Great way to explore the three cities. This is a unique concept and the self driven cars are a lot of fun. Unfortunately the GPS was not working on the cars due to matters outside the company's control, but they more than made up for it by having a member of staff drive ahead of us and direct us. He was also able to give hilarious commentary to us via radio and told us fun facts about the areas we were passing through.
Would definitely recommend to any other tourists.

The tour with rolling geeks was a lot of fun and gave a good overlook over the Three Cities in Valletta.
We did this tour at the end of our holiday and exploreda part of the Three Cities already by foot. This tour was the great addition and additionally it was an interesting experience to drive with this car. But be careful by driving - the highspeed is only 20km/h and the roads are a little bit bumpy.

Great experience. Well organised and very slick operation. The vehicles used meant that we were able to access areas and streets that other tours could not drive through.

This experience was amazing. It's a unique way of visiting.
It enables to visit many places more easily and it gives also a lot of historical explanation about the visited places. The people who work there are really friendly and always ready to help if needed.
I highly recommend and I would do it again.

We were a large group and rented 6 RGs. Due to our group size, we had a tour leader. She was fantastic and made sure everything went smoothly. We had plenty of time to explore, take pictures, stop for beverages at a harbor side cafe, and etc. The interactive tour was a lot of fun, and you are spared from a hot summer day in Malta. It’s a must do tour!

We hired an electric buggy to explore the three cities. Otherwise it is impossible to visit all these places.
They have a great website and their email service is spot on. They provide you with all the information on the website or via email. The tour is possible in multiple languages.
You are free to drive around the GPS-track they made for you. You follow the track and can stop where you want to have a drink or enjoy the view.
If you want to visit the three cities. Do not hesitate and make a booking at Rolling Geeks, you can’t find a better way to visit the three cities.

Hello, I would like to know how to get to your meeting point from the cruise ship harbor.
I would like to know how to get to your meeting point from the Cruise Ship harbor.
Your self drive tour is interesting. We are two people aged 76 & 68 arriving on October 5th by cruise ship. I see that you meeting point is the other side of the harbor. How do we get to your meeting point and at what time should we be there.
Thankyou

You can either get a ferry or a small boat from near the bottom of the Barraka lift

Hey there,
I am not sure, we booked approx. 1 month in advance...maybe it's better to contact them. They have a very active presence on facebook ( facebook . com / RollingGeeksThreeCities ) :) Staff was quite helpful and friendly, I'm sure they will help you out.
I actually have 2 questions. How close to the cruise dock are your cars available? My husband has a current driver's license and a clean driving record, but he is 87. Any exceptions to your age 75 ceiling?
Coming in on a Princess cruise on Sept. 25. How do we get to your location?

There maybe 2 options. Go to the upper Barrakka Gardens, get the lift down and follow the sign for the ferry, very short walk, 2/3 mins. You gat the ferry or better option is to get one of the small Maltesse boats, think it was 2 euros one way.
I also think you maybe able to walk from your terminal to the ferry area as i remember it being on the same road, but not sure.
Also, when we were there last time I did see some of the small maltesse boats at the ferry terminal, so you maybe able pick one up there.
I would recommend going to the upper barakka gardens as the view is amazing.

We'll be Malta next week and I was wondering if this car can take you to any location or it is pre-set with specific rout?

The GPS is programmed with a specific route that takes you round "The Three Cities". It is licensed and insured for a specific area for the tour. It is not designed to be a runabout. The route covers a number of sites of notable, and historical interest, and includes many viewing points. The tour allows time for stops along the way. Well worth it.
