Excellent tour, the guide Karen and driver Gregor excellent. Karen was a constant source of interesting information throughout the trip. Fortunately the weather was good, so we were able to see the all the sites we visited at there best for this time of year.

We had a wonderful guide, very well planned tour. We enjoyed the trip and there were enough stops not to be too much in the coach.

Anne was our trip’s tour guide. She was responsible, engaging, and knowledgeable. She also gave good recommendations for food. Highly recommend!

Arrived this evening 5:30pm at airport went to gray line bus office in terminal and was told bus doesn’t leave until 7:30 to Reykjavik, marvellous!!! 2 hours waiting to get transferred, I had booked the transfer with BA when I booked the flights and hotel with them This is disgraceful, had no idea they run such a poor service

Tales was the BEST guide!! Informative, friendly and went out of his way to ensure we had internet. Beautiful country and friendly people. Perfect day trip to see crater, waterfalls, horses, geysers with time for lunch.

Brilliant tour - second time we’ve done it. This time with kids! Crazy doing it in November as the sun doesn’t rise until 10:30am but that adds to the magic!

Excellent tour of key spots to see. If you have to choose only 1 tour, I'd choose this one, the sights were amazing. Tour guide was very informative. Bus was large and comfortable. Grey Line was very accommodating as we missed our bus and they allowed us to join a later tour. Only downside is that because it's a big bus there are lots of drop-offs at the end of the day but not really a problem. Highly recommend!

We had a great experience seeing all 3 sights. Lasma was very entertaining and informative. She had us prepared for each stop with stories, expectations and best spots to see things from. The coaches were comfortable and relaxing.

We traveled with another couple to Iceland and this tour was part of a travel package. This is a large bus tour so if that isn't your thing you will want to find another option. The buses leave from the main terminal so it is necessary to either arrange pickup (a smaller bus) from your hotel or a nearby hotel if the bus doesn't offer service at your hotel. Other options to get to the departure area at the main bus terminal are to walk or take a taxi. The tour is popular so the bus is crowded/full. They make many stops at various tourist oriented restaurants/gift shops during the day. A positive is that the restrooms are free at these stops which is not the case at the central bus terminal. After the first stop, my husband and I reloaded the bus and found that other people had taken our seats which left us no option but to sit in someone else's seats. This practice became problematic for many until the tour guide finally got assertive and told people they had to return to their original seats and stay there. The whole seat situation produced an unpleasant "climate" on the bus and seemed juvenile; a bunch of adults clamoring back to the bus to grab "preferred" seats. The situation could have been avoided if the guide would have announced at the start that seats would be kept for the duration of the tour. The Golden Circle Tour includes three main stops. Important to note that if you go during the colder season, you will find that the paths to the geyser and waterfall will be icy. We are from North East Wisconsin so we know about ice and snow but....I would have brought some crampons for safety if I'd have known that some of the paths to viewing areas are solid ice. By the way, we were wearing waterproof Merrill and Timberlake hiking boots and they were not sufficient for safe walking. Lastly, advise for persons with any mobility issues; choose another tour venue. The buses are not "kneeling" so you have to be able to do steps with a fairly large last step to reach the ground. Getting to the sites (particularly the geyser and waterfall) involves walking on uneven surfaces that are wet and slippery. There are minimal hand rails.

The views of all the stops were so beautiful! However. I think this tour is best done in the warmer months. It was so cold that we could not really do any hiking or exploring. We saw what we were there to see, took pictures, and then headed inside for warmth in the restaurant or gift shop. The guide does not provide any information while at each site - any info received was while on the bus.

We went with Darren and Helgi, on Thursday 21st November. We thoroughly enjoyed this tour. Amazing sights and experiences. Darren is an excellent tour guide and so full of knowledge and information. Timings were perfect too.

Great day out, plenty of time to explore each location. Each location had toilets, souvenir shop and cafe/food! Great tour guide! Highly recommend 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Really nice experience with the bus, the guide and beautiful places of Iceland! This trip is a must, and good money and time investment.
