Fine Drive Around Reykjavik.
Feb. 2020
We really enjoyed this three hour trip around the city with our driver Simon. A very well informed young man who showed us around Reykjavik and entertained us for over three hours. I would recommend this shortish tour to anyone to get an overview of the city. It would be a bonus if you get Simon as your guide. Speaking with other travellers who went on a different (longer) tour, they also had Simon as their driver/guide. They agreed with us that he is a first class guide with a super sense of humour. What ever they pay him, it's not enough !

Interesting trip around Reykjavík
Jan. 2020 • Couples
We booked onto the morning city tour if Reykjavík with Grayline. The trip lasted three hours and our knowledgeable guide told us so much about the city, surrounding areas and the Icelandic traditions. Unfortunately, through no fault of the tour operator, the first hours or so of the tour took place in the dark as daylight hours are limited this time of year. Despite the adverse weather our driver plodded on and gave us a morning to remember. Grayline have an excellent team working to ensure tourists get as much as possible from the trips they offer. They run a slick service and are friendly and helpful. A definite recommend for anyone wanting to book tours of Iceland.

Interesting
Dec. 2019
I enjoyed the Perlan best and the view from the observation deck. I didnt realize that none of the attractions listed are in the downtown area. They are surrounding Reykjavik. The minibus is unable to fit on the smll downtown streets, according the driver.

Reykjavík City sightseeing
Dec. 2019 • Solo
The stops were interesting enough, the guide was well informed but not the best public speaker. Unfortunately there was a couple that seemed to think the entire group should have to wait for them to finish their photo shoots at every stop, and were not on time for a single departure. The guide should be able to leave people when they are being so inconsiderate of the others in the tour as it cuts into the time of other stops.

Perfect way to see Reykjavik
Oct. 2019
Our tour guide was so great and made the tour really fun and interesting. It was a great way to see the city especially when the it could rain or get pretty cold to simply try to walk around on your own. The mini-bus was a more ideal format for us to be comfortable and yet get to all the spots easily. This is a must-do while in Iceland and its perfect to give you ideas on places you might want to go back to and visit on your own.

Exactly what is advertised
Sep. 2019
We booked this tour while in Reykjavik on a cruise port stop. We wanted a nice, comfortable way to see city highlights for some of our group with mobilty issues. This tour delivered that very well. Pickup at the port was punctual. Our driver/tour guide was excellent. We recommend this tour.

Brilliant Introduction to Iceland
Jul. 2019 • Couples
Great trip around all the main sights of Reykjavik with numerous stops and even took us outside of the central area to the Presidents palace and to the pear Museum. Excellent driver and guide in Hildur and really great value for money. We were picked up at the cruise port and also returned there. Grey Line are a big organization and one that one feels can be trusted to deliver what they say.....we were delighted with them.

Could have skipped it
Apr. 2019 • Solo
I kept one day for free roaming in Reykjavik and I was able to cover more ground in terms of what to see in the city on my own. The team size was small and we went around in a small bus, but I felt I could have skipped this tour. The guide was knowledgeable, but I would have liked to spend more time at the locations.

Thank you default72720181 for your feedback of our 3 hour City Sightseeing tour. The tour is meant for introduction to Reykjavik and surrounding areas for a further inspection later as it is difficult to tell which areas our visitors are most interested in seeing and spending more time at. I do hope that you managed to make time in spending more time at the locations visited including museums and parks
