Amazing trip to the Forest Lagoon and seeing the aurora. Siggi was a great guide! He knew exactly where to go and when to be there. It was incredible!

We were so lucky to have traveled with Imagine Iceland. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the conditions that were required to view the lights and could spot them even before they appeared to the rest of us lowly mortals. The lights weren't as vibrant as normal, so he even offered us a free return trip for the next night. We thoroughly enjoyed our time with him and will take the same tour the next time we are in Akureyri.

The most amazing time, the Northern Lights literally danced across the sky for us. Arman was welcoming, funny and a great guide. He was genuinely excited about the fantastic light show we got to see. Thoroughly recommended.

The second trip with this company. The lights were okay but not spectacular on the first trip so Arman took us the following evening free of charge. Great lights which was wonderful for our daughter as it was a birthday treat for her. Would thoroughly recommend this company. Great Service

Armann was a fantastic guide! Upbeat and hilarious the entire time. I had a great group of people with me on the tour. It was a rather cold night, but a spectacular night for the northern lights. Armann even pointed out the constellations, and shared stories. Armann took photos, and also helped the group with their cameras/ phones. I highly recommend this tour!

Our guide took us to a nearby rural area and nature gave us an amazing experience. Although the predictors said it might be a good night, nature gave us a 10 star show. With our guide's tips we got pictures of every form of aurora. As we were driving back into town we saw the sky light up, he found another dark area and we stopped to see a corona . A great, but cold, 2 hours.

Set off into the cold dark night with Arman, sorry if spelt wrong. Straight away you got the feeling was going to be a good night. Funny guy, great personality. Informative and interesting. Drove us out of town to a dark cold spot. How he finds the rds in all the snow is amazing in itself. Packed up to see lights, which just got better and better as the time passed. Was well worth the staying out late in the freezing night. Made my birthday a memorable one as the lights put on a show even visible with the naked eye. Really do recommend this company and would defo use them again in future. He was right up our street with his level of sarcasm. Loved it. Wow amazing

A great trip just a few minutes away from hour hotel to see the Northern light. The guide is very experienced, very attentive and ensured that we had a great experience. The best thing is that the office was closed, however, the company changed the plan as the forecast for Northern light was good. Thank you for your flexibility!

I cannot rate this company highly enough. Armann was a fountain of knowledge, humour and enthusiasm. He was sensitive to what we needed, while gently guiding our decisions based on his experience and expertise. We had the most wonderful experience and if I could give him 6 stars, I would! Thank you so very much- we will never forget this day ( and not just because it was -27 degrees!)

Amazing day on a tour with 12 lovely people. Daniel was incredible. Lots of interesting information, fantastic humour an an all round perfect day. Aiming to bring my sons back next year and will definitely try and book the same tour as we enjoyed it so much. Thanks so much!

We did the northern lights tour in Akureyri and the experience was incredible, we saw many and the guide also helped us with the configuration of the phones to take better photos apart from the ones he took of us. Super recommended!

A fun filled visit to see the lady dance. A great atmosphere created by Armann.the tour took us to the outskirts of Akureyri and within five minutes of finding a parking spot, she appeared. A highly recommended tour

I’ve been on a lot of northern lights tours and this has been my favorite one! Jon was our guide and he was fantastic. He’s born and raised in this area so he told us a lot about northern Iceland and his process for finding the northern lights. We were lucky and saw the lights immediately but it was cloudy so we had to move around to a few places. I brought my own mirrorless camera and he helped me with the settings to get amazing pictures and he helped the other tourists in the group get great iPhone pictures as well. We stayed out for hours until the lights faded. I booked this tour from a different company so I didn’t get to see the other tours they offered but I wish I knew about them! Highly recommend this company!

Both days when we should go were cloudy so we were offered compensation ie to get the money back, which we accepted on the second day. It was a shame that we didn't get to see Norden light. We were unlucky. I rate the tour with five because of the honesty of the leader. He might as well drive us around just to take our payment. Danica

It was a wonderful day and we enjoyed the entire tour, including the guide. Forget his name now, but he was very informative and had lots of interesting information to pass along throughout the entire tour… lots of good humour!!!
