        Thanks for the Great Odissey
Second experience with Nordic unique travels after huskies farm. Great moment again. Gigi and Guyamor were very nice. Gigi can switch into 4 different languages to lead the group. Driving snowmobile was a première to us but very enjoyable. We highly recommend.

Amazing husky sledding! Well-organized, great guide, stunning views. A must-do in Lapland!
Our husky sledding experience was absolutely unforgettable! The entire attraction was exceptionally well-organized, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable adventure from start to finish. The sled ride itself was simply magical – gliding through the breathtaking snowy landscapes, feeling the crisp Arctic air, and witnessing the incredible energy and enthusiasm of the huskies was a one-of-a-kind experience. One of the highlights of this adventure was our guide, who was not only friendly and approachable but also extremely knowledgeable. He took the time to answer all of our questions and shared fascinating insights about how the huskies are trained for the season, their diet, and many other interesting details about their care and breeding. We had an amazing time and would highly recommend this experience to anyone visiting Lapland. If you're planning a trip here, make sure to put husky sledding on your must-do list – it’s truly a once-in-a-lifetime experience!

Beware. They WILL cancel on you
Oh hey! I actually didn’t go on this. You know why? I booked another excursion to do a cooking class. They texted at 5pm the day before, nope, sorry, you need two adults. Me: can we just pay extra since it’s one adult one child? Them: Nope! Want to go on this tour? Me: Not really, let me think about it. Them: Whoops! This tour is booked too! They gave me less than an hour for us to change our plans. It is entirely crappy, we don’t have time to scramble and they are so incredibly blase about. I expect a refund within the next 24 hours but I cannot believe they didn’t at least put a hold on this tour for us so we could potentially go. Giving less than an hour to decide on a drastically different itinerary is unfair, unprofessional, and annoying. They — Sara — said they “couldn’t hold a reservation” as the reason for the cancellation. But they weren’t holding a reservation. I had as reservation. Now they’re holding my $ hostage for ten days. And it’s over $300. What a joke of a company.

Thrill seeking experience in a lovely snow covered forest.
We booked a 1 hour experience with our 2 kids. We expected it to be my husband and I on a snowmobile with our kids on behind us. Instead the instructor had the kids on a little sleigh to the back of his snowmobile with blankets to keep the kids warm. This meant mum and dad could then learn to drive the snowmobile whilst the kids watched us. Afterwards the kids then got a go on the mini snowmobiles which they both loved. Highly recommend.

Great activity, great guides, very Accommodating
Brilliant activity, well worth trying Our guides Gigi and Vicki were both excellent and helpful, when our group was taking a slower approach Vicki moved us over into Gigis group allowing us to go full speed with his group. Perfect for people wanting to go slower or those wanting to go fast 100% go again with this group if I'm ever back

        Rovaniemi Half Day Tour.
From the welcome in the office and booking this trip was effortless. Our guide Thalis was right on time and our trip was underway, a small party of 7. First stop was the Husky ride, everything was explained and we got time to spend time with the dogs afterwards for pictures. Next was the reindeer ride and the same can be said for that. Onto the Santa Village which again was all explained very well by Thalis, we had lunch and finished at the museum. Overall an excellent day out and well worth it. Big round of applause for our guide who was experienced and attentive to all.

        No trip, no refund
The tour was canceled an hour before it was supposed to start. After requesting a refund I still haven't received a refund. It's been over a month now.

        Great experience
This was a really cool activity to do, I do wish there were some things we know before we signed up. We were staying at Vaattunki resort which is a little out of town. Our meet time was 6:15. We drove to city office of Safartika (stopping at Santa village for a pickup) and then had to wait about 30 mins for a bus to arrive to take us and the other 27 people booked on the trip. Apparently this trip is sold out every day. We left office at 7:30 for our 30 min ride to the lake. We were then split into two groups. We were in the first group who changed and floated. Getting in and out of the lake is a little precarious as there is only 1 guide suited for the float. We had about 6 children in our group and it is quite a scary feeling getting in the cold dark water. One of the kids panicked and started splashing and kicking around. As you cannot really move your head left to right without really lifting your head, I imagine the parent of this child would have also panicked. We floated for about 30 mins and at that point I would’ve been happy to leave, however we had to then wait in the tepee for the next group to go through the whole experience. We finally got back after dropping many off along the way at 11:30pm. This is a good experience but could be streamlined by Safartika. Northern lights were visible through iPhone this night but you couldn’t really be able to see from the water as it’s too hard to keep your head up. It’s also hard to get photos. One woman in our group gave the camera to the guide and we airdropped after the event.

        A complete rip off
£191.20 PER PERSON- for a 13 minute husky sleigh ride, followed by being led to a small kuta (hut with a fire place) so the guides could talk along themselves with 2 or 3 groups of people wedged into a small hut. The guides made absolutely no effort to then go and try and see the northern lights, you pay £191.20 per person for a 13 minute sleigh ride, the dogs were great but for a 3.5 hr tour I expected a lot more, so many other guides offer this experience but for a lot better value for money; please do your research before making the same mistake we did. A complete rip off.

Reasonable prices, hotel pickup and BBQ
This was the cheapest tour offering with a pick up in Rovaniemi in January. The tour shuttle picked me up from my hotel on the outskirts of the city to a central location where a bus took me on the tour. The staff were pretty friendly and informative. They take you to a small camp just off the highway with Native American style teepees. Campfires are built inside and outside the tents and we are given marshmallows and sausages to cook over the campfires. There is plenty of berry tea drinks to go with it. Northern lights are pretty fleeting and a lot depends on the ambient atmosphere during the tour. I did not have any luck seeing any Northern lights. But, you have to try by going on such tours. It was a good experience with this company. The tour was well organized and you do get cold so wear proper winter wear.

        DREAM COME TRUE
It was my only night in Rovaniemi and therefore ONLY chance to see northern lights. Since I did a solo trip, I decided to book this photography tour and let me tell you - it did not disappoint. Everything was well organized - if you stay in Rovaniemi center, you’ll meet the guides in the main office, where you can also change into warm overalls (not mandatory). Then you get on a bus and drive approximately 1H to reach the location. However, we never made it there and stopped on some other frozen lake on the way because the aurora activity was already very strong. Some guides set the photo set while others already prepare everything for the BBQ. You need to wait in line to get your turn and of course it takes time (our group was huge - full bus) so you’ll be freezing (make sure to dress up REALLY warm) but it’ll be worth it. While taking your picture, it is important to stay completely still for about 10s so that the camera captures everything perfectly. Once you’re done, you can join the other guides by the fire where you’ll be offered a VERY delicious reindeer sausage (veg option available) and a cup of hot blueberry juice (local treat). There’s time for questions and the guides are also happy to help you with setting your phone, should you wish to capture aurora on your own. After everyone is done eating, the bus takes you back to the main office/your original pickup point. We finished your tour about an hour later (after midnight) as we were exceptionally large group. The whole experience was worth every penny, our group was super lucky with the weather conditions and we received stunning pictures sent to our email the next day. If you’re not lucky, they offer joining the same tour within a week for 50% price. SPECIAL THANK YOU to our guides Antoinette, Marijn, Chrissy and Maria for making my dream come true on my first night in Finland!!!

        Something fun to do !
Activity combining icefishing and a 20 minutes snowshoe walk in the woods, lunch by the fire with salmon/bread and marshmallows. Informative training on how to drill the ice and fish. Nice staffs. From my understanding, it's rather rare to catch fish. More like a fun try. Duration a bit long though.

The Midnight Sun sauna boat trip in Rovaniemi was an unforgettable experience, beautifully blending relaxation and natural beauty. Mathias and Kido, our guides, were exceptional. Their knowledge, enthusiasm, and warm hospitality enhanced the trip immensely. They ensured we were comfortable, safe and informed, making the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. The sight of the midnight Sun was surreal and magical. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Rovaniemi!
