We showed up on time for the tour but the guide was a no show. We contacted the tour operator but they never responded. We did get a full refund which is appreciated but no apology for wasting our time and the round trip transportation cost.

Guide never showed up. Waited 15 mins. Contacted Aviator for refund. And went thru their live chat, which was a lot of back and forth. Said they initiated refund but no excuse or reason given for the guide not showing or contacting me prior

Very nice tour. I was one of only four guests, which was lovely. Natia was lovely, and very knowledgable. This was a great way to really appreciate the Old Town, beyond just walking around by yourself. I got a good feel for the history, and saw a lot of interesting things I wouldn't have known to look for on my own.

The guide did not show up hence the bad review. No communications at all from the tour operator which was very frustrating as we could have booked another tour if they had cancelled prior to the time. Just a waste of time for us and really disappointed. One positive was that the payment was refunded once I requested it.

Great fun. Informative tour. Lots of interesting history. We had time to stop at many different talking points and ask questions.

This is a great overview of Gamla Stan in Stockholm. Our guide was knowledgeable on the history of Stockholm and had many stories to share. Would recommend for those who want a quick tour.

We started our trip to Stockholm with this tour and were delighted. Chad was very knowledgeable and friendly. The tour was one of the highlights of our stay.

Chada was our guide through the beautiful Old Town and did a great job answering questions and providing us with the history! He was very kind and helped everyone with recommendations and answers. He even assisted one set of travelers in getting where they wanted to go after the tour. We would gladly do this again!!

Tour was supposed to be two hours and was less than 1 hour and 15 minutes. Guide didn't seem to know much, indeed didn't seem to understand the questions being asked. She told us about "ground zero" which should have been "point zero" and she said it was somewhere other than it was. She didn't know that the German Church was Lutheran or why the Swedish Royal family attends a German Church. She kept looking at her phone and reciting facts. It was pretty bad. When we asked a Church employee the answers to our questions, they were answered, but when I tried to pass that info along to our guide, she was uninterested. I know those seem like small details but in a 75 minute tour the German Church was about 10% of the total tour. What's worse, I thought the price was in CAD but it was in USD so we paid more than $60 each for this quick and superficial tour. Do not recommend. Maybe your guide will be better...

We learnt some things about the old town and the history in general. If I compare it to other tours, it lacked pzazz and humour. Also I booked it as it was described as imaginative taking us back in time with story telling. This tour fell short of that. Let’s just say the young woman did her best but it wasn’t memorable in any way, unlike other tours we’ve done. I’m not sure she was feeling her best so maybe we didn’t get her best. Nothing personal just honest.

A well presented old town tour that covered the history of the area and its’ buildings/people. Alice was an excellent guide who responded well to questions in addition to passing along suggestions for an afternoon lunch or dinner. Would highly recommend the tour which keeps the group to a small number. Only four of us on this particular two hour trip.

Really enjoyed our tour! Old town is very large so we were happy to hear the highlights and interesting stories. Great introduction to Stockholm.

The most interesting and enjoyable tour I had in stockholm Ema was my guide she was very nice and friendly She told me much about the old town It was very nice walk and talk She also was helpful to recommend me a restaurant for hotel when I asked I recommend her to any one Also we was lucky that weather was very good I was extremely enthusiastic in this tour

This was the most terrible dinner experience that i haved ever been to. The personal was a little bit rude against me just because i asked for extra sauce and because i didn't now Swedish (I'm a tourist). And the worst part was that i got some raw fish that I didn't ask for . It was so overpriced.
