Fun tour of the city’s recent public art.
This was a rewarding and educational art + background tour around Aarhus for our small group. Marina is super knowledgeable about the city and its art. Lots of fun! I hope Marina will put her own art out there in the near future. George

    Time Travel in Aarhus
The description was not clear on the amount of time and difficulty factor. This was a five hour walking tour over uneven streets with rock and dirt. While our guide did her best, our group of 14 (not 10) trudged along for a while, but many eventually left the group due to the difficulty factor of distance and uneven walking paths. We experienced some rain, but not too difficult. I would make the description clearer. We walked 5+ miles which was a challenge.

    Good
This is just your average everyday art museum, not the Louvre or something. I mean, there was a rainbow roof where you can get some pretty cool photos. I will recommend this museum to Tourists in Jutlandia, we in Denmark speak english very well, and for the locals because it's not that expensive and takes a few hours. And last but not least, the cafe. The cafe is pretty bad I don't recommend the cafe, go eat somewhere else, this cafe is a cafe so you can drink a cup of coffee, but if you are hungry, go eat somewhere else. Oh and I forgot the gift shop! The gift shop is pretty large, recommend buying something there if you love art. And out of context, the toilets have a really interesting design that I have never seen before. If you have a phone you can scan a qr code to come in there without any queue, but don't miss it's right where the entrance is if you miss it you are gonna stay in a looooong queue. Overall don't plan a whole trip just to visit it, if you happen to come by just go there, it's cheap it's short, and children under 18 go for free.

    Timeless
Timeless, go early then it's less crowded and you can enjoy all the experience without having to wait. Must try the eats as they are fairly authentic. If you manage book online so you don't have to wait if you go later in the day. Enjoy

    Rooftops and Art Works Explained
Our guide was very well informed, knowledgeable and passionate about the artwork of her city. She also gave us a crash history lesson and led us to places we would have never found on our own. I would recommend Mariana and this tour for anyone who has limited time in the area and wants to enjoy a very pleasant morning.

    A refreshing experience
Street art usually is not my cup of tea but this one was different. Very refreshing to see talented artists' art on places where you normally do not find it!

    Highly recommended!
We were in Aarhus during our AIDA cruise and booked this tour because we love street art and wanted something different than the tours you can book via AIDA. Doing the tour with Marina was great!! She is very friendly and knowledgeable and it was so refreshing talking with her about all aspects of life. She really took her time and showed us some great places we would not have found otherwise (e.g. the best place for coffee / we went there after the tour was finished). The stop in Aarhus was one of the bests we had during our cruise thanks to Marina! We also got some great photos out of it.

    Eclectic and Essential!
This was absolutely one of the highlights of my first trip to Denmark. Marina is so knowledgeable about every aspect of the city, from the medieval history to the best bakery, and everything in between. There's a fascinating story behind every piece of street art, and they all sparked interesting conversations. On the day of my tour there happened to be a festival going on, and we got to explore some art installations as a wonderful unexpected bonus!

    A must see
We could have spent all day here. An amazing place with different buildings from centuries back to the modern day. Many of the buildings have wonderful and detailed exhibits from different times in history. There are also people in role and we were entertained finding out about paying rent, being a servant, and the issues facing people in the 1860’s A good restaurant and facilities. Don’t miss out the Aarhus story and additional museums in the modern part of the site. Parking on the road alongside the museum.
