      TERRIBLE!
DO NOT BOOK WITH THIS GROUP! We paid in full two weeks before our scheduled trip. What they neglected to tell us until the day before was we needed to get to another harbor in Santorini. Unfortunately, multiple cruise ships come in and the harbor closes because there is limited space to get into the harbor and up the cliff to reach the "trasport" to their location. Guaranteed, they are fully aware of this problem, gladly took our money and whoops, sorry, no possible way to fulfill the trip. Very disappointed, bad service, bad customer relations, shame, shame, shame!

      Santorini stay
We stayed in Perissa in the South of the Island, in a bed and breakfast a basic room with bed, shower fridge and tv, hair dryer for the ladies. Our place was called Sandy's infinity. The pool was very nice. That's the up points. Now for the points that weren't so good. The proprietor is a chancery, if people are thinking of staying there, please take plenty change of euros with you, if having a day at the pool. it began when we arrived, the tourist tax was paid, then it was €6 for 6 bottles of water (optional) but as we arrived late at night we handed over €10, She said she would owe us €4, but we decided later to tell her to give the €4 to the wee man who delivered our water, an afterthought that wee man would never have seen it. The same night after we got our cases in the room, we decided to have a drink at the bar, again she said she had no change. We decided then and there that we would buy the necessary stuff elsewhere. After speaking to others, we found out that everyone had the same story. An enjoyable holiday but I would advise holiday makers to avoid Sandy's

Great way to see the entire island
This was a great day! We were a bit apprehensive since it was to be an 8 hour tour but we had a wonderful time. Yaniset is a great guide. He is very knowledgeable. We basically saw the entire island-highly recommend if you want to see all the sights efficiently without stress. The sunset from Oia was an amazing way to end the day!

Santorini day tour for an easy day!
This tour is quite nice if you don’t want to rent a car to go to the other villages and want a take-easy day. It gives a quick overview of the island. However, if you want to stay long in the areas you visited within it, you won’t be able to do so because it’s a group tour with time to go in and out. We did not feel like driving here and were is a go-go mode up to this point, so the tour came handy. We made friends in the bus. The tour guide spoke fluent English and was quite pleasant and fun. Susanna was very kind, knowledgeable, and careful with the group.

Amazing tour but terrible errors on the pick-up location and time
Amazing tour, very knowledgeable guide. Very helpful staff on the boat. Very nice comfortable boat. Really enjoyed this full day tour and sunset in Oia :) 😀 But...Didn't give the best mark because there was a huge confusion about pick up and drop off point and time. We selected a pick-up point, but on a ticket given to the driver, the pick-up point was completely different. When the driver didn't find us. They didn't call us they simply sent a text about no show. Thx god, we managed to catch the bus in a different location, but we were very short of missing the tour all together. 😞

      Terrible experience
Booked a tour via Viator and as you can see according to the attachment they were suppose to pick us up at our hotel. We were there from 9:20 to 9:45 (the pickup time was 9:30am) and they never showed up. When I called them at 9:45 the receptionist said they sent us a notification that the pickup location had been changed which was a complete lie. I asked them for a full refund and she said since we booked it thru Viator we need to call them. I called Viator and explained to them what happened and they said they will contact the tour operator and issue a refund. A few hours later I received a email from Viator and they said in contacting the tour operator, the operator told them that they had informed us of the change of location ( once again this was a complete lie ) I called Viator again and asked them if the tour operator gave any proof of notification and they said no they did not. Once I sent my proof, Viator gave me a full refund. So you see not only did they waste a very precious resource when someone is on vacation (Time) by not showing up for pick up, they were trying not yo refund my money and between all the phone calls for this during my vacation I made, they wasted another couple of hours of my time. This tour operator should be ashamed of themselves for throwing my 1 full day in complete chaos out of 3 that I was going to enjoy in Santorini. This company should not be allowed to run a tour operation and wasting everyone’s time. No wonder they have so many bad reviews. DO NOT book a tour with this operator. I will be contacting Viator separately to remove them from their preferred vendors list for giving such a horrible experience.

Do NOT use - did not turn up and then said we were a no-show. Phone GPS proves otherwise
Do NOT trust this company. We were booked on this trip on a Sunday. Arrived at the pickup location 20 minutes early and waited. And waited. When they had not arrived I gave their 24 hour service a call only to get a voicemail service. Decided to wait a while and after an hour called again - still voicemail, so also emailed. What a waste of a morning. What made it worse was that they said we were a no show and would not refund us for their mistake - these days it’s easy, I have gps data showing we were at the allotted place at the allotted time. What a joke of a company - do not use

Stick to the time table it only leads to disappointment
Firstly I want to say both the driver and tour guide were lovely. But we booked this tour for the advertised 3 hours in Oia, with a sunset view. Ok cloudy day and lack of a sunset is out of the tour operators hands, however we only got 1 hour and 20 minutes in Oia. The qué to get a photo with either the blue domes or the castle was around an hour so having to be back at the bus for the return journey meant neither were possible. Trying to get back in time for the (lack of) sunset meant we rushed round, saw nothing, got no photographs and actually felt like we hadn't even been there. The bus journey home felt like such a let down and we were very disappointed. It spoiled what pior was an ok'ish tour, but we would not have booked it had the Oia part not been included so felt rather cheated.

      Terrible Company
I was unfortunately assigned NST Travel through a holiday package I purchased to Athens, part of my package was to for myself and wife to be picked up by a driver at the airport and be taken to our hotel "NEVER HAPPENED". A local Greek lady from another company phoned them for us, she was told to tell us to wait by the pharmacy the driver would come in to get us he was just parking up. 3 hours later the woman phoned again and was told to tell us they were not sending a driver to us and we should find our own way to the hotel. The hotel then phoned the company to get to the bottom of it but they did not pick up so on top paying a lot of money we had to pay over 100 euros in taxis. STAY AWAY FROM THIS VERY UNPROFFSSIONAL COMPANY

      Amazing trip
Amazing trip - picked up on time and taken to the port. Got on a wooden boat with two bars and very clean toilets. The boat then went to the volcano and you has the choice to hike up and see the crators. Be warned this is some hike, we loved it but others in our group struggled a little. Amazing views at the top and a real highlight. The next stop was a swim stop in the hot springs. You have to swim at least 30 / 40m to get to them. So make sure you can achieve this. Water temperature certainly warms up in the spring area which is brown due to the sulphur. Then on to a second swim stop in front on an island and then a superb lunch, bread, salad, chicken, meat balls, tesiki and as much wine as you want. Then a desert is supplied. Finally off to watch the sunset and then home. Ceaser was our guide who was excellent. The bar prices were very reasonable and the boat was not over crowded making it very comfortable.

      We were forgotten!!!
An unprofessional company. We had booked a day trip to Santorini through an international company. The international company has responded very well to us, but this is not the case with SNT Santorini tours, since on the day of departure it left us stranded, did not pick us up and when we called they told us to leave at the next day, we couldn't because we were already leaving and his solution was for us to ask for a taxi, paying ourselves, and go find those on the route. We had to call them several times and they wouldn't pick up our cell phone, we had to call with another phone so they didn't know the number and picked it up. Horrible.

      Don't trust these people
I booked and prepaid a transfer from our hotel in Santorini to the port. When the driver didn't show, I rang them and was told the driver was in the carpark. I had to push to find out he was a white van. We searched ALL vehicles in the carpark and he was not there. I rang the office 3 times and they refused to answer the phone. DO NOT use this company. I have contacted Getyourguide to complain and no answer or money was forthcoming.

If you’re on a time crunch, this is an affordable tour that will hit a ton of highlights. The tour started off rocky, with a tour of an archeological site. This was the worst part of the tour as the group was too large and the guide inside the site didn’t have a handle on it. Every other group had whisper headphones to allow for the group to hear the details, even when spread out, but we didn’t. If you didn’t fight your way to the front, you were out of luck on much of the information. There was a video as well, on a small screen (maybe 35” TV), that you could only see if you made your way to the front of the group of 44 people. The rest of the tour was smooth and well paced and was led by Christina who was so knowledgeable and speaks 7 languages! She deftly led us through the majority of the day and recommended lunch spots at our first stop after the site (Aquarius, which backed up to a black sand beach you can swim in!). Part walking tour, part wine tasting, she was engaging and well educated on the information she provided. we stopped multiple times to take photos and explore old city streets, even for a quick 5-10 mins. After the wine tasting, however, she departed us and we finished the tour in Oia with only the driver who dropped us off. There, the group had about 2 hrs & 45 mins to wander on its own, with a map made by Christina. The main goal was to get ice cream (pistachio ice cream was the BEST I’ve ever had hands down) and catch a photo of the blue domes. We were rushed as we had to get back to the cruise ship so we only had about an hour in Oia to accomplish everything. If you’re looking for the domes, I would recommend you RESEARCH ahead of time as there is no signage. Also, there are seven billion people taking the same photos so give yourself time and come prepared. Finding a taxi afterward was an adventure in and of itself so again, if you aren’t taking the bus back, come prepared and give yourself time. I would recommend the tour with some modifications to the excavation site - had that been better this would be a 5/5 hands down, especially for the price!

Oia is a ‘must see’ on Santorini, however:
    • It is utterly, utterly rammed each evening in the summer season with people trying to see the sunset (many fail, given the limited viewing places).
    • Your tour bus guide will probably rush you to get back to the coach, so you’ll have limited time to look around.
    • Oia is hugely expensive.
    • You need reservations well in advance for restaurants with the sunset view.
    That said:
    • The views are wonderful
    • Your spoilt for choice with restaurants and bars
    • There are lovely (but expensive) shops
    TOP TIP
Best see the wonderful sunset from elsewhere (a boat is good) and visit Oia at a different time of day.

We took the tour in August to see the highlights of Santorini and we feel that it was an excellent value for everything we got to see. One should note that a visit to Akrotiri museum was a self-guided one, but you can navigate it easily without a guide. Also there was a stop at Red Beach (breathtaking views) but no swimming. Overall we are happy to recommend this tour.

Let’s start with the pick up. It was not from where we were staying it was a 5 to 7 minute walk to a NST bus stop. There is not clear marking of the stop. So we took a gamble, there was no other stop but one. Sure enough it was the right one. The driver open the van door and showed me my name on a paper. I showed him our ticket from the website. So we got in the van, there was no A/C was turned on we had to ask. We processed to another location to get on a larger bus. One of the gentleman that rode in the van was our tour guide. After we got out at the other location he mentioned there would be groups with one going with him and the other on another bus. When the bus did arrive he mentioned there would route and where we would go first with time tables when to be back on the bus. Jonas was awesome with all instructions and historical information as we went on our journey. Nico was awesome bus driver that ensured we stayed on the road. I believe if anyone is into specific history for Santorini this maybe the tour, it does cover everything but certain things. Be advised that at the end when going for the sunset in Ola with blue domes that is famous for Greece there will be a long line of tourists wanting that same picture. Also many restaurants, bars, sweet shops will not let you in just for a photo. You will have to dine to get in. Some places like Deilllino had tier prices for each floor, the higher the floor the price to dine minimum went up. Overall the tour was enjoyable, even the wine tasting of three types only. However at the end when it was time to be dropped off at your pick up point it turned to chaos!!! The bus was double decker and the A/C was intermittently . When it was our turn we were dropping in the town where we stayed and not at the same pick up point

    Excursion Akrotiri bus tour Oia
Once again, Christos sells us his excursion from the Heliades catalog, departure 9:30 a.m., return 9 p.m.
We had to have a guide who, in fact, will be more of a facilitator. The day is divided into several stops (including a prehistoric village with a very good French-speaking guide) and the cooperative cellar where we are offered the tasting of 3 wines. This master class, completely botched, will not be able to highlight the work of the winegrowers. Finally, our host leaves us around 5:15 p.m. We then head towards Oia to watch the famous sunset. We are surprised by this premature departure, leaving us for any explanation to return to the parking lot at 8:45 p.m. sharp. We are left to our own devices to discover Oia and find the best spot. Here again, what was supposed to be the high point of the day falls a little by the wayside (humor). The trifle still costs €80/person.

We had a sunset tour to Oía , with other stops throughout the day before we arrived to Oía. Our guide was Sofia. She was not in the bus initially, but later joined the tour once everyone had been picked up. Even though Sofia was very pleasant, I was very shocked that prior to arriving to Oia, she announced that she would be leaving the tour and not accompanying us ( everyone in the tour) to Oía. She gave us some instructions and advised for everyone to be back on the bus no later than 8:55 because the bus would be leaving at 9 pm. Then she simply was dripped off and we continued to Oía. This place was beautiful but filled with people and it was difficult to know where to go. Everyone was confused. In order for us to see the sunset in the area that was recommended would have been impossible to make it back by 9 pm. We had to see the sunset across the parking lot from the bus. We payed for a tour guide which included a tour guide, not to be left behind and to figure things out on our own. I am very disappointed and unsatisfied with this tour. Many people in our tour voiced the same concerns. Not sure if this is how the tour was designed or if Sofia just decided to leave. Either way, this is unacceptable. I personally would not have payed for this tour, instead I could have just taken a cab.

I was solo traveling but in a group, if that makes sense, and I opted for this excursion via the Collette tour company and boy, am I glad I did. This was fascinating, the guide was easy to understand and spoke in such a way that even early teens would learn something. I neglected to take pictures as I wrongly assumed there would be postcards available but there weren't so I'm SOL. The included sunset boat tour to Oia was very nice and I was grateful the motion sickness patches worked perfectly so I could enjoy the vistas and magnificent sunset. So glad I went.

We did this tour yesterday and it was a very good experience for us to visit the different places across the island. We started with a visit to akrotiri and the prehistoric ruins of the city that was destroyed by the volcano and our guide was very informative of the history of the island. We then visited the Castilli of Emporio and the churches in the town which were interesting to see. We spent our time in Perrissa on the black beach while we stopped for lunch at one of the many fish restaurants in the town. After lunch it was time to visit the highest point of the island at the monastery of St Illias where we took in the breathtaking views of Santorini where we could see the whole island. We left the monastery and headed down to the Secret Earth winery for a tasting of the local wines and then finished the tour in Oia to watch the sunset. I would highly recommend this tour as a way of seeing some great places in Santorini.

From start to finish this was an excellent full day tour our guide Janus was fabulous he really made the trip and his knowledge of the island exceptional all the more so when he is not a Santorinian. Knikos the driver was a first class navigating some really tight roads. I would thoroughly recommend this tour if it was the only thing to do when on the island this should be it. The culmination of the trip is the sunset in Oia the guide does not accompany you on this part but he does give full instructions. There are plenty of places to see the sunset you don’t need to go to the Castle it quite a club through the labyrinth of tiny streets and a/ you don’t have time to get lost and b/ you will be well earned about the gangs of pick pockets who swarm that area..

This tour was a great way to view the beauty of Santorini. Our tour guide Lena was very informative, we loved listening to the history and her stories of her time on the island. She went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful time. You have to pay into the archaeological site and show your vaccination status at the entrance. Our group was then given a private tour by Penny which was very interesting before we then stopped for some lunch. Afterwards we went to the highest point in Santorini before heading to the wine museum for some wine tasting. At the end of the tour we went to Oia to watch the sunset then we were dropped back at our hotel. I would recommend this trip to anyone wanting to explore Santorini it was a great experience that we wont forget.
