I felt so grateful for having the chance to do a week meditation retreat with Inês and Nuno. Since the moment I arrived I could feel their care and commitment to make it relaxing and nourishing and time. There were moments of contemplation, movement and solitude harmoniously organized. The meals were a true savoring experience. At the end of retreat I felt lighter 🌼 I love it! I definitely recommend it!

From the moment I arrived, I felt at peace and welcomed into their unique space with love. They went out of their way to be the most attentive and nurturing hosts, teachers and friends - more than I could ask for. I loved every detail of the journey and could see they put 100% of themselves into the smallest detail of my experience. This allowed me to focus on releasing focus and truly go within. The food was personally prepared by them which was both nourishing and delicious. Another aspect that I loved was their flexibility of their program to incorporate more of what I wanted to practice on, without judgement or resistance. I had ample time to myself between practices to reflect, write and relax. I stayed in their main house which had an amazing bath! Ines gifted me with rose petals from the property and Portuguese salt to enhance my water bath - thank you! Nuno was incredibly receptive to my inner intentions and several times provided meditation practices that mirrored my private thoughts - extremely intuitive, sensitive, and like magic. They create a very safe space to relax and enjoy the property while exploring myself deeply. I am American and their english was amazing so communication was easy! I had a fantastic journey with them and this was the reason I travelled 3500 miles from my home... and I would do it again!
