It was very difficult to hear the tour guide. We tried to get closer but maybe it's a function of going in a larger group in the city in the afternoon. However, we did hit quite a few interesting locations in old city and gave us a sense of places we could visit during our trip (we set it our first day to beat jet lag and get a sense of the city right away). They gave us a coupon for one of the Christmas market wines which was kind. I wish there would have been more history of the city incorporated into the tour.

The downtown is full of Christmas lights and very easy to get there with Uber and train pass if you staying for a week or more. The prices are not too crazy for food if compared to London or USA.

basic good walking tour, it could be more detailed with more history and architecture facts, the guide Alla was quite nice and she tried hard to be open and welcoming even if the conditions were not ideal (snow, slush, cold weather). We liked it !

What a wonderful English speaking tour with Andrea this morning. So informative and answered our many questions about life in Switzerland, Zurich and the places we walked around. A largish group but everyone could hear Andrea. We were only in Zurich for one night so a great way to learn about the old town. Thanks Andrea

It was okay. She showed some effort but couldn’t establish much rapport with the group, nor show much enthusiasm. We just came from 3 countries with different tours. This wasn’t on top of our list

This walking tour was lead by Annemarie and she started the tour by covering a brief overview of the tour and safety brief. We heard historic information as well as stories about famous Swiss leaders and innovators. It was interesting, informative and mixed with a comfortable amount of walking I between landmarks and monuments. Although Anne was excellent, there were a few points in the tour where it was a bit difficult to hear. The tour might consider the benefit of adding hearing assistance when the group is larger. Highly recommend this tour!

We have a lovely afternoon with Barbara , she was very well informed in the history of the city , and had photographs to show us some of the origins of the city which really helped bring it to life. If you only have a short time in the city this is a great way to hit all the highlights of Old Town

Well informed guide and saw a lot we would have missed alone. Fire only two hours work the time and effort. We went back to only town for dinner.

We enjoyed this introduction to Zürich and its Old Town. Our guide Regula was excellent. She was local and shared great information and stories along the way. The group size was not too large so it was always easy to hear our guide.

Waste of money and time: The address listed on Tripadvisor is not the one Google Maps took me to. When I realized, I tried to contact the operator to send me their location, and they NEVER responded. When they finally contacted me, I request a refund, explaining everything, specially that the operator never answered me, and they refused to grant it and they they did not give me other time options. I not only wasted my money, but also my time. @VIATOR gave me terrible service.

Eugenie showed us features of the Old Town which dating back to the Romans we wouldn't have stumbled upon ourselves. On a hot day, the refreshments served next to the river were very welcome.
