      Not Jungfraujoch for sure
Bus ride was from Zurich, stopped at Interlaken, then to junfraujoch. Kid was the guide and he is good, you need to have a sense of humor with him as he is quite straight forward but because of him we survived the top. The only problem was at the top of Europe. When we got to the top is when the crazy began. It was full of Indian tourists, speaking loud, shoving and pushing us into elevators and into the cable car. There was no peace at the top and it’s horrible with no crowd control and no manners. People were acting like animals instead of behaving in an orderly fashion. If you are spending $, and want a peaceful experience, this is not the place for sure. Everything else was good but not the top of Europe. Also please be of good health, else you will feel dizzy and out of sorts with less air and the crazy crowd. Please have some crowd control at the top, why would you let people behave this way after spending so much $.

      Fabulous day
We were fortunate to have a beautiful day on the mountains. It was made even better by our guide Kid. Funny, attentive, and he all around made this a best experience. Memories that will last forever and pictures, so many pictures. Kid orchestrated a tour for the ages.

Mountain way too crowded, won't go back
While the tour itself was fine and well-planned, the sheer number of people they allow up to the top at the same time was terrible. We couldn't go anywhere, we got pushed and shoved into and out of elevators, and we wanted to just cut it short and go home before we got hurt. The tour was fine, I guess, but there is no way we would go back due to the crowds alone.

      Enjoyable bus tour of Delphi
My wife and I joined a bus tour by Keytours in Athens to go to Delphi on a day trip. The guide Marianna Tsigaridou was superb. She showed so much experience and knowledge of Delphi and most importantly we kept good time and enjoyed the tour even though it was a long day. There were regular break in between for toilet breaks and for us to stretch ourselves Marianna knowledge of Delphi is second to none and we saw everything without missing anything and the follow up visit to the Delphi museum was also exceptional. All in all a good dose of Greek history and mythology

Don't take the tour with the guide. Save yourself $100 and book it at the train station
There was an Asian tour guide who was absolutely the rudest person I have ever seen taking people on this tour. He is posted in several photos on this trip advisor post, so I will not post another one. He yelled extremely loud at a lady who sat on the train instead of just kindly requesting her to move. I have never been so embarrassed to be with a tour guide like this. I really wanted to quit the tour at this moment. No one should act like this, and especially not when you are leading a group of people. It is so simple to politely ask people to move and if they don't, it's the train’s workers who are responsible to request it. Yelling is not acceptable. I would save the money and do the train ride yourself! It will be much more enjoyable. I found him to be quite obnoxious after this whole incident. Go to the train station and buy your ticket there instead.

Stunning Trip - Do not miss this tour!
Very interesting to explore the sites of Zurich. It was entertaining to learn about the history of the city. We saw some wonderfully gorgeous Chagall windows in the church - a must see.

      So so tour
We left the bus station at 12:15 pm. We drove a couple of hours and saw some beautiful country side along the Black Forest. We arrived at Titisee in Germany about 2:00 or so. We first had a bathroom break. You will need a debit card or Euro coins. Our guide Suzanne took us to the other end of the village for a presentation of the cuckoo clock. It is mainly a sales presentation and I would just skip it because it eats up so much time. There are several shops and restaurants. Make sure you have Euros because the restaurant we ate it only took cash and would not take cards, US dollars or Swiss Franks. There is an ATM if needed. We left at 4:00 and drove an hour back into Switzerland to the Rhine Falls. We got on a small boat and went over near the falls. We did enjoy that. We got back on the bus at 6:15 and arrived back at the bus station at 7:00 pm. The tour was ok, but I wouldn’t recommend it for the cost.

      Terrible!
This is a trip basically without a guide rather just renting a bus. The so called guide disappeared right after we arrived at the first stop and met us after we were on the way home. We were told nothing except where to be picked up. It would make more sense just ride a train there.

      Excellent
We remained in Interlaken from 11th to 14th of April 2024. A city with beautiful landscapes and incomparable. Salubrious environment without any dust and noise. With a lot of Indian hotels and for pure vegetarians a hotel by the name of Choti Wala near Interlaken West. Paragliding is super. Beautiful flowers and a very big park add to the beauty.

Incredible Views and Accessible for (Mostly) All Travelers
Breathtaking views, this is a trip I will reminisce on for years to come. Extremely accommodating for someone in a wheelchair, like myself. If you can walk a few steps or have a friend who can assist you up a couple of steps on and off the bus/train you will have no problem enjoying this tour. Highly recommend this trip for anyone looking to see the mountains of Switzerland.

      A Treasure trove of superlatives!!
A Treasure trove of superlatives!! This is a great tour and very reasonably priced. I learned a lot about Zurich and about Switzerland even though I have lived here for three years - we were taking friends around the city. The narration (in English) is good, clear and interesting but overly full of superlatives and grand statements about Zurich and Switzerland. Its good, love - but its not that good.

Even though itinerary says 40 mins in Heidiland, actually it’s 10 mins walking to the place, 10 mins waiting for tickets, 10 mins seeing the place and 10 mins walking back. If you can’t pace yourself you need may end up having less than 10 mins at Heidiland. For a tour that’s advertised as Heidiland, it is scam to not to clearly mention that Heidiland is just 10 mins.
The bus is good and the guide is excellent. But if you want to book this tour because of Heidiland, know that you are paying for 10 mins.

We really enjoyed the tour. Armando the driver was excellent and the tour guild Walter was very knowledgeable and had an excellent sense of humor. The drive through the Alps to all the destinations was beautiful. It was so nice to see the Swiss mountain side. We booked the tour mainly for Liechtenstein but our favorite stop was Heidiland. it was fun to walk through the area and see the old fashion village homes. The ticket for Heidiland is separate and around 10CHF/ person. We had lunch at Rapperswill but if you want to eat at a restaurant there you have to be pretty quick about choosing one and sitting down. We strolled around the castle for too long after Walter finished talking so we only had time for a quick bite at the Macdonalds.

The tour starts late. No big deal.
The issues start when the tour departs. The sleepy guide informs that the first stop will be an hour and a half long, in a small town to have lunch.
A short visit to a 20X20 meters rose garden, a quick look at a church, and off everyone goes to a mediocre (at best) restaurant.
Finally 1 hour and 35 minutes later we depart for HEIDILAND, the highlight of the tour, or at least it should have been. NOT!!!
10 minutes walk to the entrance, 5-7 minutes line to buy the entrance ticket, 8 minutes to walked back to the waiting coach. Total time spent in HEIDILAND short of 40 minutes.
Instead, everyone would have enjoyed a much longer experience and a much shorter lunch! After all the tour is named: HEIDILAND.
A disappointment to say the least.
30 minutes drive to Liechtenstein, the guide is back asleep, and 1 more hour spent roaming around the City's main street. Here is where 40 minutes would have been sufficient.
The drive back to Zurich takes 1 hour and 20 minutes.
    A waste of time.

It was a good tour in villages around Zurich.the tour was beginning with a city driving in Zurich, the guide introduced some famous places in the city then we went to town with church and rose garden for lunch. Haidiland is a very typical Swiss village. As for Liechtenstein, it was a good place to buy watches, I planned to buy dozens of watches there but it was Sunday. So I missed that chance. If you want to shopping there, please do it on other days

This day trip was beautiful - filled with breathtaking countryside scenary and an amazing and knowledgeable tour guide, Walter. At the end of the tour, Walter even took some time to show us a restaurant where we had some of Switzerland's famous cheese fondue! Martin was also a very good bus drive and made sure we got to all locations safely. Would definitely recommend this tour for anyone visiting Zurich.

Ok I’ll start off by saying I would maybe recommend this tour to seniors and maybe families with younger children. In all honesty I don’t recommend the tour to everyone in between. I’m giving the tour 3 stars because the driver was a delight and the bus was clean and modern. There were two different tours on our bus at first so we had to sit through a pretty long city tour and what’s the use in that? Can’t really take good pictures through bus windows and most of us had already been in Zurich a couple of days. The drive was pretty scenic and Rapperswil & Heidiland were ok. I hesitate to judge it harshly because well…it’s my own taste. I really was only looking forward to Liechtenstein. BUT…..we only had 30 minutes in Liechtenstein. So basically enough time to shop at the gift shop and get passports stamped. No time to venture out of Vaduz. They should cut time off of Rapperswil and Heidiland to extend Liechtenstein.

The tour was amazing and so was the tour guide. The only issue that I had was when we went to Lichtenstein the guide told us we could get our passports stamped if we wanted. He didn’t informed us that there was a charge for this and that they didn’t accept credit card.

My suggestion is to be upfront with your guest because I felt uncomfortable since I didn’t have any cash and had to buy a souvenir and the person at the register was furious. No need for this to happen if we were giving the correct information.

This was a spur of the moment tour for an open day in our trip to Zurich. The Heidi part was really more for my wife, but I enjoyed the alps and the story of Heidi.

The stop in Lichtenstein was ok. It was really more a drive to a tourist spot with a short amount of time to walk around. There wasn't really much to see. If you want your passport stamped with Lichtenstein's stamp, be sure to bring 3 francs in cash. Minimum card charge is 10 francs.

Honestly disappointed.Liechtenstein nothing to see. As all. Heidiland has beautiful views. But that is it. One thing that more or less was interesting is city Rapperswill which I would recommend to visit 100%. Has old history. Amazing views and great food. But test of the tour was no more than two starts. Tour guide Hausrudie was pretty good too.

Thank you for your feedback and thank you for sharing your personal impressions of our "Heidiland and Liechtenstein Tour". We regret that the tour did not fully meet your expectations, but are pleased to read that you enjoyed your visit to Rapperswil, the "Rose City" on the upper shores of Lake Zurich. The Principality of Liechtenstein is a small country (160 square kilometers) with an impressive landscape, the high Vorarlberg mountains and the flat agricultural green areas that are part of the Rhine Valley. Of course, the main town of Vaduz has more to offer than just restaurants, souvenir stores and a nice stroll along the main street, but our itinerary includes several highlight destinations, so time must be limited for each visit.

We truly and thoroughly enjoyed this day trip from Zurich. Armando was our deft and delightful tour bus driver and Walter was our knowledgeable and entertaining tour guide. Our tour included interesting information about Zurich, Lake Zurich and Switzerland, and we got to tour two very unique historical places, Heidiland and Lichtenstein. We are on a five-country train trip, and this tour is definitely a memorable highlight of our trip!
