Had an awesome time canyoning through Grimsel! This was my first time canyoning and I can’t wait to do more. Andi was a great guide, felt safe the whole time and he made it a fun trip! The drive to Grimsel was beautiful and I loved hearing some facts and history about the surrounding areas as we drove to the canyon. The sandwich afterwards with local cheese really hit the spot too. An epic trip overall - thanks Andi!

Over all we had a great experience. Room for improvement: The video provided to us was short. On top of it, the company logo was covering many parts of the video. Please provide raw video as well and let the customer decide. You're already doing great customer service don't ruin customer experience by adding your company logos on personal videos for advertisement. It's a negative experience. I was happy with video and service. I tagged your business on Instagram as well.

Excellent for first time rafters. Lots of excitement. The Irish Guide Eoghain was Class. Made it more memorable. If they up the Class of rapids for my next Trip id be even happier

We went white water rafting and had an amazing time. Our instructor, Robin, was very knowledgable and informative. All staff were very frindly and helpful. The trip down the Lutschine was a perfect mix of thrills and spills, plus an oppertunity to take in the beautiful scenary during the clamer sections.

We booked a 10 am tour early that day in the morning because we thought it was going to rain. I had read that it could be cancelled up to the start of the tour when I had looked to book the day before. I didn’t realize that each website had different rules of cancelling when I booked it the following am so I called to cancel up to the time of the tour. Once we realized that it would be sunny and not a downpour, we had our hopes on different activities closer to where we were staying. When I called to cancel once their office opened, they said it was actually not refundable. Weird. I found it was on a third party booking site for their tour that said you could. They would not honor the third party booking site. We decided to go and make the best of it since we just paid over 300 CHF for my son and I to go. We made a conscious effort to go with a good attitude to try it out. My son had never done it before so he was good with trying it. From the minute we got there, the staff acted like we weren’t there. They asked everyone where they were from, except us. There was a weird vibe either because they are socially awkward or they had talked about us wanting to cancel. Trying not to write a story, we just smiled and made friends with the other guests who were really cool. Besides the two guides being weird, the tour was the softest and easiest walk through the water. I went back in the 90s before the flash flood that killed 14 people in the same canyon and I remembered it being more adventurous. They have made it very basic now. So they got our money and several hours of our trip. Hands down the biggest waste of money. Spend your money on paragliding or something that is actually adventurous. Or find a company that does adventurous canyoning. I know it exists.

Absolutely amazing experience, one of my favourite ever in 30 years of travelling and adventure. Beautiful scenery, very professional, calm & considerate guides, lovely friendly group and awesome jumps, slides and abseiling. Exceeded my expectations, and forced me to overcome my fear! Worth every penny. Thank you

A very thrilling experience that was well organized. You can’t use your own camera to film when you jump off but the operator has 4 go-pros set up at different places throughout your jump so that they capture your entire experience. The initial jump off the platform has you feeling the free fall which is the most thrilling part. Highly recommend!!

Booked 2 activities with Outdoor during my short stay at Interlaken - Via Ferrata from Mürren and Canyoning at Interlaken. It was my first time doing both, and I had loads of fun! Groups were also sufficiently small for interactions and clear instructions. Our guide for the Via ferrata tour Kurt was a pro - he gave good tips on how to navigate the iron rods/“steps” and ladders, while constantly checking in that everyone was feeling alright. He also snapped some photos for the group. At the canyoning tour, Andy did a good job explaining all the instructions (in multiple languages too), and tweaked the route to ensure everyone’s safety (eg switched out a jump after testing it and realising that the floor was too rocky). Hannah and Jan were also friendly and warm throughout the tour. Thanks for a wonderful, action-packed 2 days! Would definitely recommend both tours with the above folks.

Great experience, lots of fun, and perfect for all levels. They provide all the equipment so it was easy to do as a long distance traveler without a lot of stuff (just needed a swimsuit). Our guide Stan was very friendly and helpful!

Such a fun experience! My partner and I had no experience canyoning before, but wanting something adventurous to try out, we dove in (literally), and this did not disappoint! The highest jump is the first one, and there’s really no time for hesitation or going back, but it’s was a lot less scary than I thought it would be. I wouldn’t go if I had a fear of heights or wasn’t comfortable in the water however. The guides help you along the way and are there to support you and your group as you go through the canyon. In the summer, it was nice and warm and the water was a good temperature for diving into. There are areas where you have to hike. The jumps and slides might bruise you up. They made me extremely sore for a few days following.

We traveled as a family to go rafting. Everything was fine, except that they did not allow us to take our cell phones to take photos or videos, and they told us that they would do it, however, no one on their team takes video or photos, so we missed leaving a trace of our adventure. . An area to improve, which can even give them more income, and greater customer satisfaction. Likewise, a good part of the return trip is on foot, that is, walking, instead of being taken back in a truck or car.

Heck YES! this was wayyy worth the price! not only was the experience amazing, but our rafting guides were superb! Super funny and engaging with the group, informative on basic rafting skills, and actually we used our new learned skills while on the 4 hour tour.. I kinda wish it was longer, maybe even 5 hours,.. my wife and i were having soo much fun that time went by quickly... kudos to the staff that were with us,, all the people there were amazing! they need a raise! Look for Hudson! he made our tour even better with his silliness and great attitude!
