This tour was absolutely amazing! Uri was so knowledgeable and made the tour one of the highlights of our trip. We definitely recommend going on this full day tour. We will be back!

Me and my friends and I had the best moments in my life... my favourite place. We travelled from Geneva to InterlarkenDay 4: Day Trip from Interlaken to Jungfraujoch by Bus and Train enjoyed the wonderful view from Jungfraujoch Dinner at Hirschen, We had pork steak, cheese foundue with pickles and fish and chips. Alana had lazy banana in the room. All were feeling fruitful and tired. Finalized Day 5 to stay at Bern. Early night.

Our private tour with Phillipe from Lucerne to Grindelwald and Lauterbrunnen was absolutely fantastic! We stopped at a few stops on the way to soak in the views on our way up. Phillipe was an engaging, kind and vein guide with interesting stories! He had fun facts about various areas of Switzerland and has a great sense of humor. He gave us great tips on where to go and made sure we explored both places fully. Our family was very comfortable conversing with him and we all loved his Swiss German accent and deep pride for his country. We hope to go back someday and take another excursion with him and this amazing company. I highly recommend!

I booked a private transfer from Geneva airport to Villars Sur Ollon. The booking process was simple, quick and despite having a few queries, all my emails were responded to quickly, and nothing was an issue. Our driver (Rui) was waiting at arrivals and was so polite, helped with the bags without my asking and interacted with my 3 year old Son in such a lovely manner. The car was clean, comfy and there was water waiting. The same brilliant service was offered on our return journey to the airport. I would highly recommend this company and we shall definitely be booking with them again for our next ski trip! It’s a great experience to ride out of a cloud covered city as a cable car swings travellers up into sunshine. We chose to sledge the easy run from its start with small children and it was challenging enough for us. Parts of the run were quite steep at the end but overall it was a great experience after 4 years away from the mountains. Lucerne had great firework displays and the boat trips on the lake were ideal for family outings. Switzerland is expensive now due to a low exchange rate. As much as we loved everything we will probably check out costs in future and try France and Italy.

In planning my family’s vacation to Switzerland, I wanted to make sure all transportation was handled from city to city well in advance. From my first message to AlpTransfer, they were extremely professional, informed, and responsive with my questions. I booked five transfers: Zurich airport to Lucerne, then to Villars, then to Montreux, then to Geneva, and then to Geneva airport. At the airport, our driver was waiting for us with a sign as soon as we departed luggage claim and swiftly and professionally handled our luggage and loaded it to the beautiful Mercedes van. There was water waiting for us and the conversation was pleasant. Each subsequent trip, our transfer was confirmed/reminded via text the day before with all details. We have different drivers from each transfer and all were extremely professional and pleasant and handled all of our luggage, including toilet breaks, stops to take pictures, and they were all knowledgeable about the landscape and history of the cities we passing by. We will definitely be using AlpTransfer the next time we visit and I highly recommend them if you are considering transportation in Switzerland.

Excellent transportation company in Zürich. Drivers are very professional. One driver actually went to the hotel lobby to retrieve us for our train. Fabulous service and we would recommend them.

This was the best tour! I was a little leary because it was an expensive tour and I wasn’t sure if my 12 year old would enjoy it, but it was worth every dollar! Four countries and a day that went by way too quickly. Our guide Payam was so knowledgeable about each of the towns and countries we visited and he was great at entertaining my 12 year old during the drive. He was also great at changing the day’s plans as needed because of the weather. It was a great day (my daughter and I agree that it was the best part of our trip) and we will definitely book another tour with Payam again!
