100% our favorite stop on our trip from Florence through Umbria to Rome. The family was incredibly welcoming. The address on Apple Maps and the website is the families home and wine processing location. Tasting location is down the road to the left of the family home. We got confused but the family was able to guide us to the tasting location. Cannot recommend this enough!

What enjoyable time we had. They were very friendly, welcoming and knowledgable of the questions we asked about. Great choices of wines and explained the production process of each wine we tried. Would recommend this visit!

Beautiful little winery with a special location. Julia was warm and gracious. She made us comfortable and she is most knowledgeable about wine and olio. A beautiful fall day. Food was delicious and plentiful. Wine was terrific. Would do it again.

Imagine being welcomed in to your best friend’s (and professional chef’s) home to prepare a meal together, and then savor the results. That’s how our cooking class with Maria played out last week. We prepared tiramisu, miniature lasagna, chicken rolled with cheese and bacon, and the most superb eggplant parmesan (without breadcrumbs). Although the result was beyond delicious, the experience of chatting with Maria as she demonstrated the culinary art of making fresh pasta, or turning pounded chicken breasts into a savory masterpiece, was delightful. It doesn’t matter whether you’re a seasoned cook yourself or not; this is an experience anyone who loves to eat will enjoy. Thank you Maria and your team for sharing this time and your art with us.

My favorite activity in Assisi. It was great time, enjoying and learning. Good food and wine pairing, everything local and fresh.

We had a wonderful day despite the rain. Maria, the owner, and her daughter. gave us a new understanding of organic winemaking and many varietals that we have not tried before. Our favorite was the Sagrantino We also got to taste olive oil that was pressed that morning,. and Maria explained the process, how to taste it and the flavors we would experience. It was all so good that we can’t wait to experience it at home when our case arrives :)

They were amazing hosts. They had an igloo type seating area set up so we could still be outside and enjoy the beautiful view. Appetizers were delicious and the wine was fantastic- bringing wine, olive oil and balsamic vinegar home with us! Highly recommend!

The setting is lovely, and the hospitality is even better. The Tili family and their staff are attentive, and passionate about their craft. The wines are memorable, paired with care, and lovingly described. In every way, it is an experience to savor.

Our visit to Tili was an exceptional experience and I say that as someone who frequently goes wine tasting, mostly in California, but also in France and Italy. We tasted 7 wines and had delicious pairings of Umbrian appetizers alongside. It sounds trite to say we felt like family, but we were treated so warmly and we felt so comfortable sitting outside admiring the vineyards and view to Assisi and Perugia. The wines were outstanding-and we have a deeper understanding of the varietals and the history behind them. It made for such a lovely memory and I hope to return someday.

Our second visit but it won’t be our last. Maria makes you feel like part of the family and is a truly wonderful lady. Nothing is too much trouble in terms of dietary requirements and it was the best experience of our recent holiday Thank you Maria, Annalaura and the team Andrew & Tracey White

My wife and I enjoyed a fantastic wine tasting experience with a fun and friendly staff. The selections were a little different from we were used to but all very pleasing on the palate. We can't wait for our case of wine to arrive so that we can relive the beautiful afternoon. Till Vini is truly a special place!

My wife and I went during our honeymoon. Genuinely the best wine of our lives, and the views were absolutely incredible. The staff were knowledgeable and super friendly, they even gave us free wine for our honeymoon. If you’re thinking about booking this, just do it!

We had booked a lunch and wine tasting for 4 people. What we received was so much more than that – it was a family welcoming with excellent service and food. First the service and wine tasting aspect. The woman guiding us gave such personality to her descriptions as she went. She was always referring to what Mama liked and wanted and didn’t like and want. It gave great personality to the descriptions. She was also very knowledgeable about the wines and how they compared to other wines of the world. We expect that an upscale winery, what was not expected was how good the quality of the food was for a lunch. Each wine brought a new course and with each one our foursome was even more impressed. The chef here could go it alone as a restaurant even without the wine sampling. Then, as we were waiting our final course and wine, who should show up at the table to great us but Mama herself. A charming woman who also knows her wine. We were the last table to empty from the lunch offering and went through the building to our car. Sitting there as we left was the entire team sitting down for a glass of wine and a lunch for themselves. What a perfect place.

We had a really great time. Giulia picked us up from the rendezvous just metres from our Airbnb apartment and was a charming and knowledgeable guide to the superb wines, and balsamic that we tasted. The bruschette and tozzetti were delicious too. The view from the terrace was spectacular. We then moved to the winery and Giulia explained the whole organic process and answered questions in perfect English. Very highly recommended indeed.
