This was not the first time we used Tours in Tuscany and it definitely won’t be our last! This year we had the pleasure of having Benjamin on a full Italy tour from Positano to Venice. To say this man went above and beyond is an understatement. Traveling as 3 women can have its challenges, especially in Italy when elevators aren’t always available, steps and hills are inevitable, and transportation isn’t the most readily available, but Benjamin being the incredibly caring and kind individual he is, was our knight in shining armour and made sure these never put a dampen on our trip!

I had a wonderful full day in the Sienna region of Tuscany, and it's really thanks to Benjamin who made that possible. We visited (in this order): San Gimignano, then a nearby family winery, Monteriggioni, then a Montalcino winery, and finally Pienza. Benjamin was incredibly knowledgeable, passionate, kind, and gave me his undivided attention for the entire 12+ hours. I really appreciated everything and would definitely come back to Tours in Tuscany and Benjamin at my next visit to this beautiful part of Italy.

Our group of 6 women wanted a private transport service to drive us to various spots during our 1 week visit to Tuscany. Tours in Tuscany did not disappoint. Our drivers Maurizio and Lorenzo were delightful. Always pleasant, friendly and professional. By the end of the week we were all old friends. The drivers were always on time at our villa which was admittedly somewhat difficult to find. The cars were new, spacious and clean. The office staff was ideal to work with. There was no question too small or silly that Chiara, Francesco or Marco didn't answer promptly and with endless patience. After the first day we knew that we were in very good hands and that our transportation needs were well taken care of. Thanks you again Tours in Tuscany. The only bad news is that we are no longer in Tuscany! A beautiful, beautiful part of Italy, Bellissimo!!

My son and I took a wonderful Brunello Wine Tasting Tour through the Tuscan countryside with this company. We visited two small artisan winemakers near the beautiful medieval city of Montalcino. We had a delicious wine tasting lunch at one of the wineries. Our guide and driver, Benjamin is fantastic. He is a great communicator, and he is very friendly and knowledgeable. Benjamin gave us a very good understanding of the history, geography, and culture of the region. We would definitely recommend this tour, and we look forward to taking a different tour with this company when we return!

We did the Tours in Tuscany - Private Tours. I went on the TripAdvisor recommendation and hopped for the best! From the moment I inquired about the tour via email, this company was extremely responsive and attentive. Answering all my questions, making changing to our plans when I asked. Any email I sent to them with questions, was promptly replied to. Very much appreciated in this day and age. We were picked up by a private van from our cruise, taken to Pisa, and then to Florence. The driver was very friendly, playing music for us and showing us all the sights on route. When we arrived in Florence, we were received by a private tour guide who was able to secure last minute entrances to la Academia as a last moment request from us. (none were available online for us to book). She was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and patient with us as we had 2 small kids. All in all we took a chance on this company booking online.. If/when we return to Italy, we will surely call upon them. Another plus. they were very punctual, no needing to wait around for them. We highly recommend them!!

Thank you for a fantastic day! While on Virgin Voyages with my family and friends we booked a day trip with Tours in Tuscany. We were a large group of 22 people, and everyone had a blast! Starting with Chiara my experience was fantastic. She was very patient and worked with me for a few months before we decided on our day to Cinque Terre. It was our first time to this region, and I had a lot of questions :). Our day could not have been better. From the moment we met our drivers we knew it was going to be a lot of fun. Francesco, Benjamin and Lorenzo were really great! They kept us laughing, spent time showing us around, helping us with the train tickets we needed and just made it such a special day. There was fun banter between them and poking at each other hoping we chose one over the other as our favorite. The truth to be told is they were equally great - thank you guys for a blast! And oh what a beautiful place - I highly recommend visiting Cinque Terra.

We set up a private tour for 5 to visit and take a walking tour n Siena and spend the rest of the day visiting 2 wineries and enjoying the Chianti countryside. Tours in Tuscany arranged it all including our outstanding guide, Anja, in Siena. We also had the pleasure of Francesco as our driver and guide. The wineries selected were both excellent. This was an amazing day and experience. It was pricey and we had high expectations. The tour far exceeded what we hoped for.

We went as a family with 3 young boys who were all throughly entertained! Our driver was most patient and engaged very well with the kids. We got some great facts and stories about the stunning towns we visited and felt personal. The winery visit to Il Colombaio was perfect pitstop with great hospitality, wine and food. Benjamin (driver) kept us to time to maximise our experience but never rushed us! It was good value for money and I would highly recommend as it took the stress out of a busy day trip! Kids say Benjamin was very funny and made our trip even better!

Benjamin was an excellent guide. He took us from Florence to a Medieval village, vineyard, Lucca, and the city where my grandfather is from. He was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and went above and beyond our expectations. This was a custom tour. We are from Florida and highly recommend booking with them! Thank you!

We booked a transfer from Rome airport to Florence, four tours and a transfer with a stop. All the tours were very satisfactory in every aspects. The Diver/guide were very professional, spoke English very well , provided us with history, important things to do, restaurant reservation , maps, places of interest, security and safety. Nice , clean and luxury vehicles throw-out our tours. Divers/guide went out of their way to take care of our every special needs in terms reserving restaurants that can have vegetarian food of our liking. We strongly recommend this company any future travels . Special thanks to our driver/guides Marcos, Benjamin, Lorenzo and Daniele. Chiara and Alessia provided excellent input in setting up the tours. We really appreciated all your efforts in making our tours something we will always remember with great memories.

Lorenzo was a very friendly and knowledgable guide and who helped pick some great winners. We enjoyed the wine and lunches that were selected and with just two winners a day was the perfect length of time to be on the road and still have a little time to enjoy and explore the cities that we stayed each night!

I engaged Tours in Tuscany to provide my friends and me with a scenic transfer from Florence to Montepulciano and then two days later from Montepulciano to Rome. We hit the jackpot. Tours in Tuscany provided us with a comfortable and safe trip with interesting stops and excursions. We also had a fascinating and engaging and fun driver, a nice gentleman named Benjamin. We were happy to have Benjamin as our driver/escort for both days. I highly recommend Tours in Tuscany. The experience was wonderful and better than expected.

Benjamin was our driver picked us up from 8am from our hotel & took us on the most wonderful day trip to Santa Margherita, Portofino & Camogli. Benjamin was the most fantastic driver, filled with lots of information, interesting & a great guy! We had a truly amazing day & one that will be wedged in our memories for a long time!

This full day wine tour to Montalcino exceeded our expectation. Our guide, Lorenzo, was warm, welcoming and shared lots of information with us about Montalcino and Tuscany in general. We visited two wineries, Capanna and Fanti, both of which had excellent wines. Capanna is a smaller winery and family run. Fanti, although larger than Capanna, is still a relatively small winery. We had an unforgettable tasting and lunch at Fanti that cost 50 euros per person. We were served many different wines, including the yet to be released 2019 Brunello, alongside a delicious Tuscan meal on the veranda overlooking the hills. A wonderful day!!
