- jasminedG9499YI0 contributionsEnjoyable day overallThis was an enjoyable day (very long). The description says there will be no more than 63 guests on each tour, however ours had 77. It made the tour a little less efficient and a lot of waiting at stops for people to arrive, be accounted for etc. The wine tasting was nice. I would not describe the lunch there as hearty, however, and not sure how they determined it was 3 courses (there was meat/cheese at the beginning and then pasta for the entree).Written 6 January 2025
- manolism3310 contributionsA nice glimpse of Tuscany!Everything was great! Don’t miss the lunch at the winery it’s really worth it! Ilaria the guide was really helpful and kind! Really good vibes! All of the team was nice indeed!Written 6 January 2025
- D L0 contributionsEnjoyed the day trip would do it again!Enjoyed the day tour with our guide. I was happy we took the walking tour in Siena. It was only about 30 minutes and we still had time for lunch and exploring the city. The wine tasting was fun too!Written 5 January 2025

- 623fedraa0 contributionsThe Beautiful TuscanyOur first journey in Florence was incredible, we spent 7 days during the Christmas holidays in 2024 and the tour in these magical places like Siena, Chianti, San Gimignano, and Pisa were unforgettable, part of this wonderful time had to do with our gorgeous, professional, charismatic, very friendly and ready to help everybody in the group at any time, our tour guide Martina, without her, it wouldn't have been special, thank you very much for sharing with us so much history of your beautiful country on Thursday, 26th, we loved it and keep it dearly in our hearts. Maria and FedraWritten 30 December 2024
- U745CBbrettd0 contributionsWonderfulAmazing experience, exceeded expectations. Chef Matteo was the best, freindly, knowledgeable about everything local. Loved the Market tour before cooking. Would highly recommend.Written 30 December 2024
- Jen C0 contributionsGreat day trip from Firenze, amazing customer serviceThis tour covers SO much of Tuscany - from the iconic leaning tower of Pisa, the lush green fields of the region with an stop at a local winery and lots of time to explore the smaller regions of Siena and San Gimignagno. We had two seniors and two young kids in our group and our guides Yakobo/Jacob and Tabatha (hope I'm spelling that correctly!) helped us keep pace to make sure we had time to see as much as we could at each stop. You get about 2 hours in the smaller regions, 1-ish for lunch and another 1 hour at Pisa. It's a perfect full day trip for groups of all sizes. We even left something every important on the bus and the driver Raul retrieved it for us and is in the process of shipping it to us. (in addition to being an expert driver on winding streets, country roads and city traffic). Appreciate how communicative and easy it was to travel with Ciao Florence!Written 29 December 2024

Incredible. We did the tour with Fabian, a total genius! You do your job with passion and convey everything in such a way that we end up being part of history. He dedicates adequate time to it, it doesn't go fast, it doesn't go slow, it's super dynamic. Ask to take tours, you won't regret it.

We were recently in Florence and had the opportunity to go on a walking tour followed by a tour of the Accademia Gallery. Our tour guide, Debora, was very knowledgeable and personable. Having a qualified tour guide greatly enhanced the experience! I hope to return to Florence one day and will set up my tours through Ciao Florence.

This is the absolute worst touring company I have ever booked with! We had tickets for the academia tour special skip the line, guided tour. They changed our pick up time 30 minutes ahead without telling us! We were finishing our tour at the Uffizi Gallery when they called at 11:18 and said you were supposed to meet us at 11:15! We were still on the way to the academia when they called. Our pick up time at ciao Florence sales office was 1145. We have it on our print out on our confirmation and everything shows 1145. Ciao Florence changed it , didn’t tell us they changed it and argued with us that it was our fault we missed our pick up time. We walked to the academia gallery and got to the academia gallery at 11:45. We found our group with the pink Ciao Florence lanyards and talk to the guide. She said no, she did not have our tickets and there was nothing she could do because we missed our meeting Point at 11:15. We showed her our paper confirmation of meeting .1145 and she said sorry can’t do anything about that. Tickets are completely sold out for the rest of the day and we have to now to catch a train at 4:30 this afternoon going to Rome without seeing the most iconic statue in Florence thanks to ciao Florence for screwing up our trip. They are hateful. They are not professional. Do not book a trip with this company . Also did not refund our money that we paid them months ago when we booked this trip. They said they didn’t have our tickets or money! Thief’s!

Our day in Florence was wonderful thanks to the expertise of Ciao Florence. Our guide was super knowledgeable and personable. We had a driver who picked us up at our cruise ship and then drove us to Florence and back, first stop at Piazza Michelangelo. He was so interesting and enthusiastic! On our return drive he squeezed in a stop at Pisa and got us back in time!
