      Elisabetta or bust
We did the 3 hr Uffizi tour, with Elisabetta-the best guide we ever had. She enthralled both my husband and cousin who know nothing about art history and usually are bored stiff in museums, giving them a short grounding in art history that they ate up. She really imparted a lot of information in a very accessible way, and made it a lot of fun. Try to get on her group-the right guide makes all the difference

Excellent tour/ easy meetup & entry
The skip-the-line tickets and guided Audio tour with Giana was excellent. We learned so much from her and very much enjoyed our time at the Academia viewing David and all the beautiful artworks.

      not recommended
I have been using the application for a long time and I have never had a bad experience, but this was the worst, not recommended and the staff was very rude.

      Best experience
We had the best time !! Really one of the highlights of the trip. Luca was our guide and he was amazing. Very knowledgeable and went out of his way to make our tour perfect, he never rushed us and stopped wherever we wanted. I really can’t say enough about him. I’m a person who stresses and researches everything to pick the right tour - this is it!!

      Good tour
The whole idea for buying this tour is to beat the crowds and get in early. One couple was way to late to the agreed meeting time and we did not appreciate the tour guide waiting for them. We should have started on time. The policy states that you will be left behind. Other then this annoyance the guide was great and we had a good tour before the crowds came. This tour only encompasses the second floor and you are on your own for the first floor. Nice view from the cafe to take pictures of the sky line.

      Amazing Private Tour! Highly Recommend!
Amazing day with our driver, Luca! We didn’t stay in Florence so we had to book a private version of this tour. Luca picked us up at our hotel outside of Montalcino in a nice air conditioned van at 830am. We drove right to Montulpuciano for the first wine tour at Ercolani, a medieval basement wine cellar and museum for Nobile and Brunello tastings with food! Then off to Pienza for a beautiful lunch on a terrace overlooking the La d’Orcia Valley. Luca stopped along the way to Montalcino at scenic photo sites for us to take pics. Lastly, we finished in the Montulcino country side of a stellar female-run winery (not common in Italy). It was a great day and we were back at our hotel at 430pm, plenty of time to rest before dinner. 5/5 would recommend!

Lesson in renaissance art and history in Florence
We loved the tour. Learned a lot about the history of Florence, the birth of the renaissance and the development of renaissance art. We would have missed so much without the tour.

The Best Uffizi Experience: A Guided Tour with Expert Insight
We had a 2.5-hour early access guided tour of the Uffizi with a small group, and it was a highlight of our trip. Our guide, Elisabetta, was incredibly knowledgeable, bringing the art to life with rich historical context and insights. We highly recommend opting for the longer tour and a small group to fully appreciate the Uffizi, one of the greatest art museums in the world!

The best way to visit the Uffizi gallery
Great way to see the highlights of the Uffizi gallery and skip all the queues! Ilaria was a great guide and had excellent local knowledge not just about the art but the building and history of the gallery.

      Great day trip!
Our driver was Sal, he was wonderful! His English is very good as well. This is a great day trip from Florence. We went to a winery for tastings and visited several small towns in between. Then we went to the second tasting which was in the caves for the storage and aging of the vineyard. The lunch place was with a beautiful view and good food and wine. It’s included in the tour price. It’s a long day but includes so much, we had a great time. I highly recommend this tour with Sal and his company, Key tours, he even dropped us back at our hotel, saving us the return cab fare/walking to our bus stop and extra time.

A great way to see the Uffizi Gallery
We would highly recommend this tour as the guide everything was well organised and there was no queuing involved at all Our guide was entertaining and etremely well informed and ensured that we could see all the significant art works of the extensive collection. Following the tour we were able to stop at the gallery cafe on the terrace and then work our way through at our own pace to see any sections we had not seen. Our guide shared her passion for art and Italian history in an engaging and entertaining manner.

      Highly recommend!
We were very satisfied with this tour. We did the small group. It truly felt like a personal tour. Our tour guide was amazing and super knowledgeable. One of our biggest highlights of our Florence trip was to be able to see Michelangelo’s David.
