Disappointing Tour Experience at the Uffizi Gallery
I recently joined a guided tour of the Uffizi Gallery and was thoroughly disappointed. While the guide, a middle-aged woman, knew English, she was clearly not comfortable enough with the language to communicate effectively. Her hesitant delivery and frequent struggles to articulate made it difficult to follow her explanations, detracting from the overall experience. To make matters worse, her unpleasant breath made any close interaction uncomfortable, which is especially unacceptable in a role that requires extensive dialogue with guests. A guide’s ability to communicate clearly and maintain a professional appearance is fundamental to this line of work so this tour was absolutely not worth the cost.

      I love this gallery.
This museum is a must see. Fortunately this was not my first visit. Our guide had nothing but trouble with his headset. After several attempts, new devices, nothing worked. I have a hearing loss so it was particularly difficult to understand him. We went very fast as the technical problems had delayed our start time. Not the best tour, but still worth it as it is filled with art work I adore.

Book the tour and feel the passion of the artists
We have just finished with Elizabeth, and her passion and knowledge brought the whole experience to life. Her enthusiasm and preparedness to answer our very naive questions has ignited an interest in and appreciation of early Florentine artists and sculptors. So worth the money

      DONT GO HERE
They were absolutely no help to me when I needed information about my trip. Don’t give me a refund when I wasn’t able to make the trip and ignored all of my messages asking for assistance. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER

      Tuscany
There were four of us on the tour. Two people we didn’t know and myself and my daughter. Our tour guide was a very nice older gentleman. The tour sequence was well thought out and not particularly rushed. I do wish that we had more time to explore in the little cities. Even 10-15 minutes would be great. The place we went for lunch had amazing views but the food was only ok and the service wasn’t great. We asked to have our table moved one over but they refused stating that all the empty tables were reserved. When we left all the tables were still empty. I’d recommend that the tour company pair up with a different restaurant.

      A wealth of Knowledge
Our guide Gianna was very prompt, accommodating, and extremely knowledgeable. The gallery is absolutely amazing from the art to the history of the building itself and it’s views of the Arno and the Ponte Vecchio.

Good trip for anyone, great for wine lovers
Greet trip if you like wine and sightseeing. The Tuscan countryside is as beautiful as you imagined it. Simona was our driver and she was great. Fun, lots of interesting information made the long drive seem shorter than it was. Having lunch in Penza was a good break between tastings.

      Nice Day Trip From Florence
Great tour with our guide Luca. Provided lots of history on the drive down and back. Wines were tasty and food was good. Bonus, we got dropped off near our hotel so we did not have to walk.

      Fantastic tour
The tour guide, G, was a knowledgeable and enthusiastic communicator of the art in the museum. I learned so much about sculpture; I now view sculpting in a new light. The tour was perfect!

      Excellent Tour
Ivano provided an informative and interesting tour of the Accademia Gallery including: The Statue of David, other sculptures, paintings and musical instruments. Ivano was easy to understand and provided pictures to support the information he discussed. I highly recommend Keys of Italy for tours.

      Nice small group tour
Overall the trip was good. There were parts that were really fun and others that I didn’t enjoy too much. First, it is a long drive out of Florence into the towns. I expected that. We got stuck in traffic leaving and coming back so that was a lot of the tour time. On the way there, the not super friendly tour guide bombarded us with TONS of information. Wayyyy too much too fast for 8am when we are stuffed like sardines in a small-ish van. She made some odd comments about past visitors (they forget everything!) and other countries (they make the gas so expensive!) she also confused us sometimes to the point that we had to ask each other for help to decipher what we were supposed to be doing. The wineries and towns were great. The guides there were much more pleasant and appropriately informative. I think our tour guide rushed the second winery guide and she got flustered which was uncomfortable to watch. All in all, it was a fun small group and I’m glad we did it as these towns are small/hard to get to and the wine is good. But not sure I’d use this company again, especially for the price.

      Beautiful and tasty!
I enjoyed this tour so much in the summer of 2023 that we used them again for a girl's trip a couple weeks ago. The wine and the sights were excellent, but made the day special was our guide, Simona. Her knowledge and personality made the day very memorable. Thank you so much Simona! Leigh, Beth and Joy

This was a very interesting tour. Martina was very knowledgeable and provided us with a first rate history of the Medici's and the Republic's influence on the development of Florence. Highly recommend.

The first tour of our visit and thanks to Riccardo, our guide, the greatest start we could have had. So knowledgable and full of details the visit was great and the added recommendations of less well known museums to visit added to our trip. We can’t thank you enough.

We didn't know just how gorgeous the inside of this building was, and this tour was absolutely wonderful. I don't think the palazzo would have been half as meaningful without a guide to walk us through it! Our guide, Viola M, was very excited and knowledgeable about the palace and Florence in general.
