Loved our experience in Chianti thanks to Leo
Our trip to Chianti was one of the best days of our experience in Florence. Thanks to Leo and the way he guided the entire tour and the amazing places he took us to. We made wonderful friends during this trip, ate some great food and ofcourse tasted delicious wine. Thankful to Prestige Rent for this experience as it was very well planned and executed. I was indeed confused while I was picking a company to plan a day trip to Chianti but very happy about my decision. See you next time! And again, Leo - you are lovely :)

      Very memorable and incredible experience
We booked the ‘Private half-day wine tour of Chianti from Florence’ and the experience was incredible. Our guide, Alessio, picked us up at our Airbnb in Florence, in a very comfortable SUV. Alessio was so knowledgeable of Florence, Chianti, and the wines. He made our experience so worth while. It was a 5 hour day, and the winery we went to was amazing. We would highly recommend this experience! If you can, request that Alessio be your guide/driver. Very friendly and accommodating.

Mario was terrific - gave us great recommendations for how to spend our time in Siena and San Gimignano. We loved both - and also the drive through the Tuscan countryside and vineyards.

We can’t put into words how amazing this tour was! We visited wineries of different sizes, and all the guides were very friendly. Our guide, Leo, was incredibly humorous, and his lively explanations filled the trip with laughing.

      Perfect half-day winery tour!
Excellent wine tour! Four red wines at the first winery and four more at the second. We were served bread, meats, cheese, olive oil, etc. The tour guide, bus driver, and winery staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. It was the perfect length for a half day tour.

Wine and Food Experience in Tuscany
Leo (Leonardo) from Prestige Rent is an exceptional tour guide! The B.E.S.T! He is friendly, knowledgeable and often crack jokes. And he can sing and play guitar too! :) As for the wine tour, the last stop at Poggio Torselli was great. Beautiful villa!

10/10! Wonderful experience! The perfect day
We booked this after reading other positive reviews and could not be more pleased. It was worth every cent. There were 7 people in total and our transport was comfortable and our driver Alessio was amazing. Our tour guide Loreuso was absolutely fantastic- he was knowledgeable, funny, informative, helpful and was always available whilst also not being invasive. The countryside is Siena and San Gimignano is too beautiful for words The lunch and wine tasting was so interesting and delicious The tour company kindly organised a cake for my daughter who was celebrating her birthday I have done other tours and did not think there worth the money - too many people, too rushed and very impersonal tour guide. This was the opposite and I would recommend without hesitation Book this tour - ask for Loreuso - you will not be disappointed.

      Exceptional! The most amazing tour…
This tour was the highlight of our trip. Our tour guide Lorenzo was fantastic- knowledgeable, humorous and extremely helpful. This tour is wonderful - the lunch and wine tasting is exceptional and it is a perfect balance of guided tour and free time. Well worth every cent. I cannot recommend it highly enough- you will not be disappointed in doing this. We have been on a holiday visiting many beautiful places in Europe and this was our favourite. Some of the most beautiful scenery in the world. 10/10!!!!!!

This was the best tour of our entire Italy trip! The site had clear meeting instructions to an easily accessible location with a great check-in station & several workers. Our tour guide, Susie, was beyond fantastic! She explained the itinerary, went into great detail of the wineries & Tuscan regions outside Florence, keeping us engaged and entertained during the entire drive. We rode on a nice bus for 35 minutes to 2 wonderful wineries, where we met the sweet owner & nice staff. At each winery, we had full glasses of 4 different wines along with meats, bread, & cheeses, accompanied with explanations of how each wine & olive oil was made. We were given plenty of time to tour the grounds & snap photos of the Tuscan beauty that surrounded us. We could ship or purchase wine & olive oil for home thru the winery's store. This was my Tuscany winery dream come true & worth every penny for such a wonderful, unforgettable experience!

We had such a fantastic time! The driver and guide had such great personalities and told us about areas of Florence as we were driving out of town and pointed out an American World War II cemetery that we passed by. The first wine tasting included a tour of the cellar followed by 4 tastings with bread, olive oil and cheese. The second tasting was nearby and also had 4 tastings with meat, cheese , olive oil and bread. We bought 6 bottles of wine at each winery and had them shipped home for a very affordable price. I highly recommend this experience!

AMAZING experience! The driver/tour guide are literally personal photographers, willing to take so many photos with different angles at every stop. I was so pleasantly surprised to find that at both wineries they had gluten free options for my husband as well. We were able to ship wine from both wineries back home to the U.S. The shipping cost is 60-100 euros depending on how much wine you get. It came out to be about $30 a bottle, which I feel is more than reasonable for amazing Italian wine. If you’re wanting a Tuscan winery experience this is it, cannot say enough good things! Probably the favorite tour of our whole Italy trip!

It was extremely easy to find the departure location. The intrusions were clear on what was expected and we were able to leave a little early saving us some time.

Our tour guide, Daniele, was fun, energetic and knowledgeable about the city and the surrounding area, without being too much.

The driver, Irene, navigated the bus with ease and provided an extremely comfortable and enjoyable ride.

The trip delivered exactly what was promised and then some. Our first stop was incredibly insightful and a great learning experience about wine and the region and local area. The wine was exceptional and we walked away with a couple of bottles because we simply couldn’t resist. Next we were treated to some delicious food we could hardly finish and some wonderful wine, amazing olive oil and a venue you cannot top.

Five stars, would recommend to anyone!

Our trip was absolutely fantastic (couple, mid20s).

We booked the afternoon tour leaving at 2.30, arriving at the meeting point at 2.15. Start to finish was fun, great views, romantic, couldn’t recommend more.

Matteo was super - really interesting, funny personable tour explaining all about Florence, the history or Tuscany and wine on our journeys. We were newly engaged and he was so helpful to find quiet places or places for photos around the winery.

First winery is amazing, preferred the wine here, it was like something out of a film. 4 glasses of wine, with the opportunity to buy more to walk around the vineyard with.

Second winery was again beautiful. More food with cheese, truffle oil, bread, meats. The guide (I forget his name, but beard and long hair) was hilarious, very approachable for the wines. We had white, rose and reds in the second winery which was a great twist on classic red-wine tours.

Short 40 mins on the bus back to Florence, music playing, people singing - and some sleeping!! Got back to Florence for 7pm, 25 minute walk back to the city centre. Perfect timing to get to Ponte Veccio for sunset.

For the afternoon tour I would recommend making sure you have a big lunch as although you get food the tour is much more about the wine (as it should be)!

Fantastic time - please book this tour.

We booked the small group wine tasting as part of our trip to Florence celebrating our 30th wedding anniversary. Prestige Rent provided a first class tour. Jonathan was excellent as our tour guide being both knowledgeable about the region and amusing with his comments to the group.
He was accompanied by Pino who drove us to & from both Vineyards out of Florence.
We would thoroughly recommend taking this tour to experience the beauty of the Chianti wine making region & to sample its wine & food.

We joined this half day wine tour which gives you a bit of a tour of the Tuscan countryside before visiting two wineries that are within 5 minutes of each other - Casa Emma and Fattoria Montecchio - the latter tasted four reds, the former started with a white and rose before adding some contrasting reds. It’s a 45 minute drive out and back with Antonio being a safe driver of the new Mercedes coach - it seated 30 odd but there were only 20 or so on the tour. Jonathan the guide is an extrovert host who provides a good tour on the way, interspersed with lots of wine knowledge. The hosts at each venue are proud of their estates and wines and convey that well.
In contrast to other wine tasting tours we’ve been on overseas the tasting measures are generous, there’s a good amount of time at each winery and the snacks that accompany the wines are generous. I’d recommend this if you’re staying in Florence (two of our group had made a 2 hour trip from Rome to make the 9am start). We were staying in the centre and it’s a 25 minute walk to the meeting point (there was a coffee truck there but food and drinks are not permitted on the coach), with public transport not really being an option.

Jonathan and Nino were absolutely amazing, so much knowledge and good spirits! So much wine was had and it was all amazing, we even ordered some to be shipped to our house we were so impressed. We spent the entire day talking about what a good time we had, Jonathan even reserved a table for us for dinner in the city at a place his family is close with, another amazing treat, would highly recommend touring with them and eating at Trattoria Armando!

Our guide was excellent with his knowledge of Tuscany but we felt too much was crammed into one day, maybe one less stop or less time at the shopping location and more time in Pisa. We both climbed the Tower of Pisa and by the time we’d gone up and down it was time to go which didn’t even allow a toilet break. The winery and farm lunch was beautiful but we didn’t really learn about the wine. We were sat on a table in a corner, the winery guide only really spoke to the other three tables in front of him. He never ventured towards us or even tried to speak in our direction so we couldn’t hear him. Unfortunately we were on a table of people who didn’t drink wine or care about it. This is not us. At home in Australia we live in a wine region and are very interested in discovering more about wine in other areas/countries.
