Your culinary journey across Sicilian cooking traditions will begin at the market; here the chef will show you how to shop, choosing the best seasonal products from land and sea, always opting for the best quality. You will walk along alleys and back streets, tasting the local life. A coffee break with fresh fruit and Sicilian specialties will be offered to you.
You are then transferred to the restaurant kitchen, where you will learn to cut, knead, cook, bake, dress, taste and above all create the best dishes of the Sicilian traditions. During the lesson, you will also experience a wine tasting combined with samples of cheese and specialties of Taormina.
After two delightful and very entertaining hours of work, you will be invited to sit at the table and taste all the meals you have prepared, as well as those prepared by the chef.
For the most curious foodies, the restaurant offers the possibility to learn to make fresh, traditional handmade pasta, macaroni, stuffed ravioli, bread, pizza dough and how to cook legumes.
