Leonardo was a fantastic guide. Pickup and drop off on time, ver, safe driver, always explaning the plan what to do next and of course explaining a lot about the Vulcan Etna and it's area and history. Very interesting tour with great guide, 100% recommendation.

It was a very special trip. I took many photos and enjoyed the view. I was very satisfied with my tour guide. He explained everything with passion and offered support to guests who needed help climbing the volcano. I hope to go back there someday.

Despite an unusual weather event that saw us doing the sunset tour in pouring rain and fog on what had been a hot and sunny July day down in Catania, this was a great tour led by a brilliant guide who really brought the history of Etna to life As someone who is generally nervous of heights and mountain roads I was very apprehensive about the trip up in a minibus but our guide was a very safe and careful driver and the roads themselves were good and without the sheer drops I’d feared. Although we didn’t get to see the sunset, we really enjoyed walking through the lava cave and the trek up to and around crater rims and learning about the geology of this and other volcanos. It was a memorable trip and we’d recommend to others.

The trip was good but not excellent as I expected only because we didn’t have enough time to spend on the top of Etna for some walking. It was a “hit and run” typical of an organised tour where they also want to take you to useless “honey wine taste” where you’re not forced but supposed to buy their product that of course are sold at a very high price”touristy price”

We left from the tour office in a bus . They informed us it was going to be too windy to use the gondola but would take us up with a smaller bus to the top. It was very cold up there so make sure you have a winter jacket and pants with long socks bc the sand blasted at you . I rented a coat for $5 which was good. When we got to the top we had a very small explanation about the volcano bc it was so cold and windy. We stayed for 10 min bc it was so cold and had wine in a restaurant below.

Se had a trip today with Giulia as out guide. A beautiful soul, She was kind and thoughtful. Explained everything She knew about Etna with such passion and love for what She does. Our group was very fun and sociable. Everytime we'll think of Mother Etna we Will for sure remember Giulia and all the stories She told us. So beyond grateful for everything . A perfect afternoon. I had an absolutely breathtaking experience on the sunset trip to Mount Etna. As we explored the volcanic landscape, our guide Iorga explained intricate details about Etna's history, geology, its impact on the surrounding environment and the wealth of his knowledge about the volcano and his passion for sharing it with us made the journey incredibly enriching. Watching the sun dip below the horizon against the backdrop of this majestic natural wonder was a truly magical moment and the memory of this experience will forever stay with me.

We had the most incredible Etna Trekking Tour with guide Giulia. Probably rated as the most exhilarating and educational hike/ trek up a mountain we have experienced. Giulia’s passion and knowledge of Etna was extraordinary and made the day beyond our highest expectations. I had never previously appreciated the value of a volcano, and Giulia’s guidance has opened mine, and the rest of our groups, eyes and mind to something that we will share and grow.

Party of 12 visiting Catania added in a trip to Mt Etna. The weather was miserable - cold, windy, foggy, hail, rain...but that didn't matter too much. Daniele provided waterproofs, and demonstrated knowledge of My Etna in an easily understandable way. He also showed compassion and humour to the guests. Due to the weather we decided to shorten the tour, so we were taken to a local honey/wine making business to conclude the visit. Would recommend, but hope for better weather. There was some walking up a steep but maintained path, but most of the tour was by minibus
