About
Among the hills of Cagliari, that of Sant’Elia tells important testimonies of the military history of Cagliari: from the Spanish towers to the construction of the fort of Sant 'Ignazio, from the lighthouse of Calamosca to the anti-aircraft batteries of the Second World War. Starting from the Torre del Prezzemolo we will reach the fort of Sant’Ignazio, immersed in a naturalistic and environmental scenario of great beauty, to then end with a good glass of wine.

Unpleasant experience in the customized kashmir tour arranged by Thomas Cook.
We had a customized tour to Kashmir during April10 to April 17,2024 for 8 peoples booked by mr Abraham. We approached Thomas Cook because of our good experience in dealing with you for a US tour during 2019. But this time it was totally disappointing. The first day stay said to be in meena boats(actually we were accommodated in some other boat hilton...) was not a standard one. All facilities there were rated as 3rd class. After that we were accomodated in Valley view resorts, pahalgam. There we were alloted 4 rooms behind the main building without proper access. The foot path behind the building leading to our rooms was untidy and without proper lights during night. The tolilets attached to rooms were also not maintained well. The closet seats were revolving due to loose clamps. The staff of the hotel were also staying arround us, in the same building. The resort ( we can't call it as a resort) has no seperate restaurant. Lobby, reception, restaurant all are accomodated in a limited space. Totally the stay there was totally miserable. Due to this we lost the confidence in Thomas Cook.

I am writing to share my feedback on our recent stay in Novotel during the Maharashtrian food festival "Mejwani." As a native of Maharashtra, I must commend Novotell for providing an exceptionally authentic culinary experience that truly felt like home. The selection of dishes showcased the rich diversity and flavours of Maharashtrian cuisine, which left a lasting impression on us. Not only was the food delightful, but the ambience and service were also commendable. The atmosphere created a welcoming and cozy environment, enhancing our dining experience. I must specifically mention the exemplary service provided by Minti, whose attentiveness and professionalism contributed significantly to our enjoyment of the evening. Furthermore, Chef Nisha Deshmukh's expertise shone through in every dish served. Her passion for Maharashtrian cuisine was evident, and it added an extra layer of authenticity to the entire experience. It was a pleasure interacting with her and learning more about the culinary heritage behind each dish. Overall, the family had a fantastic dining experience at Novotell, thanks to the exceptional food, service, and ambience provided. We sincerely appreciate the efforts of the entire team in making our visit memorable. Thank you once again for organizing such a wonderful event, and please extend our gratitude to Chef Nisha Deshmukh, Minti, and the rest of the staff F& B Sunny, Rakesh, and Ram for their outstanding hospitality. Looking forward to visiting Novotel again soon for more culinary adventures.

Visit in the realm of the dead
One of the seven hills is the Necropolis, the town of the dead. The burial place of the former Phoenicians and Punics. Its approach is a bit complicated. We took a bus number 8 but we had to walk a lot. Bus number 1 would have been better. We wandering among the tombs carved into the limestone. Some of them are 3-8 metres deep. It’s free and I think it’s worth a visit.

😊 Continuerò a seguirla. ❤️
