Marta was a terrific guide. There is so much to see in Venice that is not on the big thoroughfares and Grand Canal. And the history and stories are fascinating. We highly recommend this tour.

We had a very interesting walking tour of the quiet part of Venice with Nicola. Highly recommended and a nice escape from the crowds.

Lorenzo was FABULOUS!!! Myself, my husband and 14 year-old son had only one day to spend in Venice and we opted for this small group tour. It ended up just being the 3 of us and what a great morning we had exploring the different areas of VENICE. Lorenzo shared some incredible history with us that non of us knew, He was very personable and answered our questions as the came up. We HIGHLY recommend this tour and especially Lorenzo if you are looking for a small casual tour of some of the most incredible parts of Venice (away from the crowds and usual attractions). We added the tour of Murano Glass Factory and that too was NOT a disappointment. From the beautiful taxi (boat) ride to and from the island to the unique tour of the glass factory, everything was seamless.

Marta, being a native of Venice, was a perfect choice as a guide. Her English and knowledge of Venice were both perfect! Loved it

The meeting point link on the app directed us to the Rialto bridge. The meeting invite provided a link to a completely different location near the train station. We had to scramble to meet up with the group. The tour description was different than what we experienced. We walked through the Jewish ghetto but none of the other scheduled stops like the gondola shop happened. It said the tour was 2 hours but only was 90 minutes. Not the best experience, certainly not the caliber of experience I have come to expect from Viator.

We had an incredible walking tour of Venice with Natalia, and I can't recommend it highly enough! From the moment we met, it was clear she was not only knowledgeable but also deeply passionate about her city. Natalia shared fascinating historical insights, bringing Venice’s rich past to life in a way that was both engaging and easy to follow. Her storytelling made every stop along the way feel meaningful. Beyond history, Natalia provided helpful tips and local recommendations, making our experience in Venice even more enjoyable.

Interesting tour but the tour guide spent too long standing still, telling us about an area. A slow walk would have been better . Being taken into a jeweller's off the main route was not welcome as I felt really pressurized into buying something. It was a pricey shop too. It felt like a set up . It was an extremely expensive tour compared to others, not worth the money . I booked it before travelling, as advised to by several people, as the tours could sell out .I now think that's very unlikely.

For those interested in the real venice beyond the routine tourist sites, this experience is a must. Our guide, Guiseppe, was knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the origins of this beautiful city. From street names to authentic Venetian culture and areas like, he provided numerous anecdotes which filled the time. We went on a private tour, which is worth the cost.

This guided walk was amazing. Even during the height of Carneval we were almost alone in quiet streets and squares. The wonderful young guide who escorted us had been born and raised in the city and her knowledge of its history was very impressive. The time flew by. A huge thank you!!

Perfect intro to Venice. We took the tour our first afternoon and walked through beautiful, quiet neighborhoods and learned more about the history and local life here. We opted for the boat trip to the Murano glass factory which was nice, the boat ride was the best part. I would not recommend this part of the tour only because from the moment you arrive, you realize that this is like a time share presentation. Handsome, well dressed Italian men, free Prosecco, and outrageously priced glass. Better to buy what you want in town.

This was a real gem of a walking tour, with only five of us in the group it felt quite personal. Paula our guide was so kind and informative, showing us some rather unusual sites and hidden gems. The VR headsets at the end of the tour gave us a real insight into the older Venice with its trading and merchandise, our gondola ride was such an adventure, I’d thoroughly recommend
