We had a great morning with Giada! She took us on a sweet-savory-discovery tour that we thoroughly enjoyed. We started with traditional Venetian breakfast goodies and coffees; and rolled into cicchetti, cheeses, seafood, and gelato. Yum! Giada gave us a great background on the culinary history, preparation, and proper way to enjoy each dish. And as we walked to each stop, she shared some great stories about the neighborhoods, about the history of Venice, and more. The tastings at were just the right amount of food—because when we were done, we were on the right side of full and satisfied. Giada is clearly a pro at this, she always asked about our preferences and impressions, engaged us in dialogue about the city and our travels, and pivoted expertly when she realized that we had already discovered some of the places she had on our itinerary. The loveliest thing about the tour was that we felt we were seeing/discovering Venice with a good friend. Grazie mille, Giada!

We had a wonderful afternoon with Alexandra. She is a very well prepared guide with lots of knowledge and eager to meet our expectations. The result? Cannot be other than a perfect local food guide tour. I totally recommend to anyone visiting Venice to have this experience!

We do many food tours and felt completely scammed by this one. We participated in the 6 tasting, 1730 tour on 2/18 with Giacomo. We only visited 2 shops and the food consisted only of a sampling of 10 VERY small fried dough balls with different fillings with 2 small portions of wine per person. Each of these cost between 1-3 euro while the tour cost us ~$250 for both of us. Our guide ended the tour ~25min walk from where we started because it was close to where he lived (essentially we just walked our tour guide home). The whole experience lasted from 1730 to 1845 - much than the advertised 3.5hrs and we spent most of it walking and not eating. At the end he asked us if we wanted food/restaurant recommendations because we were probably hungry (!!red flag because we paid for a 3.5hr food tour!!). This is the first time we have ever left a food tour hungry. We did not try Aperol Spritz, no types of sandwiches, no pasta, no Prosecco, and no gelato. Very different and disappointing from what is advertised for this tour. I am sure it is guide dependent but we have never felt as scammed as we did from this experience.

Giada was the best. Knowledgeable, fun and kind. The food was delicious and the company even better! Would do this tour again in a heartbeat. So good. Really loved the local places and really appreciated Giada’s knowledge of the Venetian culture and heritage. Thank you!!!

Giada was the best! She took my family (husband and 2 kids 15/13) on a Venice kick start tour. We had already seen some sights the day before so she took us around to see and learn about other places and learn some really fun facts about Venice that were total surprises. Giada was so easy to be with, very personable and her stories were so interesting. Stuff you cant just google which makes it soooo worth it! Her personality is kind and super friendly. Highly recommend booking with Giada!! Also she gave us some helpful Venice tips, yummy restaurants and her communication/follow up before the trip was excellent.

Our group of three (my husband and I, and our adult daughter) had a wonderful time getting to know Venice with Giada. She took us to a variety of eateries, where we experienced authentic Venetian cuisine - everything from spritzes to cichetti to chocolate to fritelle. Along the way, Giada shared lots of information with us about Venetian foods, and living in Venice. She even provided us with suggestions for other places to visit during the rest of our stay in Venice. We very much enjoyed our evening with Giada!

Lucia was a wonderful guide. She managed to make the visit to St Mark's and the Doge's palace highly enjoyable for all family members. We all learned a lot and had a great time. Having Lucia was a game changer for our children (ages 6 and 8): they normally lose interest in museums and picture galleries after a fairly short time, but this time they were engaged for the whole 2 hours.

We spent a wonderful Sunday morning strolling around Dorsoduro with Marzia. She met us off the boat, bought us coffee and then we walked around in the peace and quiet learning about the area and Venice itself. There were some history lessons, cautionary tales, insights about Venice today and lots of smiles. Marzia was charming and if I lived in Venice, we’d go for walks all the time - so you should definitely go for a walk with Marzia too if you have the opportunity!

We had a great time on our food tour. Genny was a brilliant host and customised the tour to suit our dietary needs. Friendly and engaging 10/10 would recommend.

We toured with Adair as a family of five, including some members with allergies and intolerances. We still had a great time and were able to enjoy ourselves! Adair adjusted our stops and offered substitutes for those who needed them. We would absolutely book with her again!

Claudia took us on a walking tour of the Dorsoduro area of Venice. She was lovely from the start and very knowledgeable. It was great to talk about Venice with a local guide who became more of a friend as the tour went on. We have visited Venice many times but we saw new things and learnt a lot from Claudia. We ended the tour on a roof terrace close to the Rialto Bridge. It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Thank you Claudia

Claudia did a great job for us. The tour she prepared was very diverse, walking, great churches, a ride across the lagoon to Giudecca. The two and a half hours went by very quickly. We highly recommend Claudia as a fun, knowledgeable and personable guide.

Elena was the perfect guide; when are ferry got delayed, she immediatley offered to meet us at a different starting place, and was there before we got off the ferry. She was engaging and full of stories of the history of Venice. She was engaging from start to finish. We truly enjoyed our time with her and would highly recommend her to anyone visiting Venice.

We were able to move the meeting spot easily to accommodate all travels. Claudia was perfection! She gave us the sights, educated us on Venice history and architecture/layout, and got us so much food and drink we almost couldn't walk home! We rode a gondola across the Grand Canal as part of the tour, too! She even pointed us to the easiest water bus back to the airport. Highly recommend this tour with a local. 5 stars!

Elena was an amazing guide. In two hours she taught us so much about Venice. Her knowledge and accommodating style is perfect for a kickstarter tour.
