We met our guide Anna at the departure point and as it turned out, we were the only 2 on the tour! She took us to the Farmer's market as well 6 different food places. Began with a bakery followed by 4 eating establishments, all with alcohol, and ending with melt in your mouth tiramisu. We were worried it would be too much food but over 4 hours it worked out perfectly. So glad we signed up for this unique adventure.

The meeting place was easy to find though there were other tours departing so it took me a couple of attempts to find the right one! We were a group of 7 which felt just right. Our guide (Ana?) was excellent - lots of information but not overload. She made sure we got business cards and the names of wines etc for each stop. The places visited were great and I will certainly be returning to a couple of them. I also tried some new dishes which will definitely warrant repeating.
Although we filled in a survey for the company, there was no hints or pressure about giving Trip Adviser reviews though I am very happy to recommend this to anyone.
Although I did already know about it, the recommendation for the roof terrace at Fodaco dei Tedeschi was a great touch too.

My friend and I had such a wonderful experience with our guide Anna, who everyone else said was the best. And surely she was. She was familiar with history, culture, and the whole city of Venice. With her guide, we gained a very good understanding not only of the food but also of the past and the present of the city. However, this trip could have been perfect if we had been told that the market was always closed on Sunday. When we made the booking, there wasn’t any information about this. It was the solo pity of the whole trip. After all, no one should miss this rich colorful Rialto Market.

My husband and I enjoy experiencing food/wine tours whenever we visit new places because we feel it’s a great way to learn about the area, and the traditional foods in venues that are usually local favorites. Ana was our guide, and she was awesome! We met some great people during the tour, and we had such a great time. The food venues we visited were fabulous, and Ana shared so many interesting tidbits about the food, the places we visited, and historical information about the area. Highly recommend this tour!!

We had a great food tour with Ana. The market was closed the day we went (Monday), but that didn't matter as it appears the market is quite small and there's plenty of great places to eat in the surrounding neighborhood. I enjoyed learning about Venice, its history and culture, and of course, its food. Speaking of food, there was so much of it - and so much wine! I'd recommend this to anyone visiting Venice.

Highly suggest this! It was excellent.

The meeting spot was easy to find and the tour guide was wonderful! She was very knowledgeable of the area, spoke very clear English and made the whole experience enjoyable.

My husband and I went on a Sunday so the market was closed (I'm sure the tour is different when the market is open) but it was wonderful none the less. We learned some great history (but not so much that we were bored or standing around). The food we tried was great and there were plenty of drinks!

I would (and have) definitely suggest this to friends/family planning to go to Venice.

Nico was my group's tour guide. He was accommodating of my nut allergy. He was friendly, kind and knowledgeable. Our group was small and we had a great time. There were 5 food stops, each with alcohol involved which was great. Massive portions - honestly do not eat breakfast before you go! I tried squid ink spaghetti, Venetian combo pasta, Aperol spritz, prosecco, Chardonnay, Merlot and other ones as well. We had Venetian cheeses, meats, olives, pastries, dessert, Rissotto, boiled squid, octopus, polenta, salted cod Cicchetti. Honestly, so much food you couldn't believe it. My group was good fun, alcohol oiled the wheels so to speak and we all got along very well. We even ended up for Tiramisu ("Lift Me Up!") at the beat place in Venice - I Tre Mercanti!!! Amazing Tiramisu! Overall I definitely recommend!!!

Fantastic tour.
We visited places that I would never have found, eating superb food and tasting local wine.
Our guide was great, informative but not Ott. The food was superb, 13 item plus wines and Prosecco, plus a formal lunch.
Definitely worth the money.
I’d recommend without a shadow of doubt.

The tour was excellent. Our guide (Ana) was really informative and had a good sense of humor, which helped make the tour fun as well. We went to numerous different local small restaurants and bars that we never would have found by ourselves. Had a lot of different appetizers and small food samplings, along with many local wines and prosecco as well.
Very good tour, would highly recommend.
