I booked a transfer from Malpensa airport to navigli and booked the pick up for 3p which was confirm on my booking docs. My flight was scheduled in at 2:05 the driver arrived at 2pm and left we were at the terminal after getting through immigration and collecting our bags by 2:50pm but he left because he waited 45 mins and was released. I’m not sure what service turns up an hour earlier than booked time and then says we only wait 45mins . They did however refund our money

we are really sorry for your negative experience but we are afraid that the service you booked was opertated by another company and not by Terravision: we do not offer transfers to Navigli (we operate the Airport-Milan Central Station route) and we do not offer door to door services: our customers have to go on the fixed bus stops and are not picked up by the drivers. Moreover, if the flight is delayed or if the customer misses the booked bus it is possible to take another one (the tickets are valid for all departures during the day, the buses depart approx. every 30 minutes). Could you please double check the name of the company you have booked your transfer with? The great experience of our clients is our priority and we would like to clarify this issue. Thank you. I wish I had read all these bad reviews before I booked. They made it sound like the tickets are limited. It’s not. Very easy to just get the ticket outside airport.
What pissed me off was, I pre-paid for a ticket. The ticket was good for the rest of the day. Well, I was delayed for more than one day and the driver just gave me a “you stupid” look and basically told me I need to buy another ticket.
I did buy another ticket with one of the other bus companies out there (there are total 3-4). Don’t waste your time with this bus company. No integrity and terrible service.

Bus transfer was on time. Luggage was no problem and had smooth ride to Milan. I would recommend this type of transfer because it is inexpensive.

The bus stop is right next to central Station in Milan. We booked the tickets online but actually you can purchase tickets right at the bus stop and there's no time required.
Staff at the bus stop are friendly to answer your questions, Driver is safe driving and on time. our travel from Milan Central Station to Malpensa Airport was 45 minutes. Reasonable price, reliable. I highly recommend this company.

The Bus was in the exact place. We found easy direction because inside the airport you can see signs to get it. The bus was confortable.

We took a bus from Malpensa Airport to Milan and from Milan to Bergamo airport in October 2019. The staff is very friendly, speak English well and the buses are coming as scheduled. Everything what needed from a transport company. Highly recommended!

Milan's Malpensa Airport is aprox 35-45 minutes away from Downtown. I prefer using the bus because they are reliable and available. Train is another option but they usually post the terminal number late and you need to run to your train, not an option if you have disabilities. Buses are clean, with air conditioner and ample space for your luggage. Taxi is personal but expensive. (long distance)

Yes, much room. Luggage is held under bus compartment and driver or manager places and unloads for you. A small gratuity is in order.
