I would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with the apartment we stayed in Turino - Studio Glicine by Wonderful Italy. A series of issues occurred during our stay. To begin with, the apartment was quite dirty—the floor didn’t even seem to have been swept, the bed sheet was torn and heavily worn from overuse, some dishes were stored unwashed, and the apartment’s heating broke on the first night, when the city was at 6 degrees. The bathroom towel heater wasn’t working either, and the air conditioning in the bedroom was also broken. Fortunately, there was a small portable heater that worked, so at least we didn’t freeze, as there was no heavier duvet available—just a thin and very old blanket. The TV had no image, and the maintenance worker who came to the apartment (but couldn’t fix the heating) mentioned that the TV had been broken for over two months and everyone there was aware of it. We contacted them via WhatsApp, but nothing was resolved while we were there. They wanted to send a house keeping, but we would have had to stay in the apartment while the cleaning was being done. Since we had commitments in the city, it was impossible for us to wait. They simply apologized for everything that happened, but nothing was effectively done. We felt financially wronged, as the stay was not cheap—on the contrary, it was very expensive for what was offered. Our experience at this property was disappointing,

We had a wonderful experience at the winery. Marco provided an insightful tour, walking us through each step of the winemaking process, from seeding and harvesting to production, all with a deep respect for natural methods. The vineyard itself is beautifully maintained, making it a perfect spot to spend a few hours immersed in nature. Highly recommended for anyone looking to enjoy authentic winemaking in a serene and lovely setting!

Please try and put some effort into actually COOKING it. I shouldn't have to pay to cook it myself when I have paid you. The dough was raw. As well as the other ingredients. A little disappointed.

This was a highlight of our trip in Sicily. Chef Ettore met us and took us through the local market where we learned about specific ingredients and history of some of the product. Tasting along the way and meeting and greeting all the local merchants. Then we were transported to an oceanfront balcony to undertake a class of making Arancini. This was such fun, we enjoyed getting our hands into the recipe and doing our best to replicate Chefs special Arancini. Would highly recommend.

We stayed in an apartment for our 3 days in Sicily . The apartment was very clean and we had no issues. The only thing I was not crazy about was lack of lighting in the halls walking upstairs . We used our phone flashlights. The apartment was conveniently located to the sights we wanted to see and we walked all over Ortigia Island which offered beautiful scenery and fantastic seafood overlooking the water. We also did a boat tour of the sea caves and got to do some snorkeling!

Hello everyone, following our conversation with customer service Carla , I summarize the details of the problems that were in the property. We arrived to the apartment on address Via Montesano, 36, 95131 Catania,Italy on 26.09 at 17:00 PM , the apartment was not suitable for sleeping, the sheets and pillows were dirty, the house was full of dust and it was impossible to breathe. And there were no blankets in any of the rooms. As soon as we realized that we did not want to stay in the apartment, we called Carla at 17:45, Carla asked to send photos as proof, after we sent photos Carla sent the cleaning company. A lovely girl arrived who did a stunning job in the apartment, a few minutes later her manager arrived and we assured her that we would return to the apartment in two hours. We returned at 21:00PM to the apartment, it is important to note that we had to stay in the apartment for almost two full hours without being able to go anywhere, after we returned to the apartment we noticed a few other things: 1. There were still parts of the apartment that were not clean 2. The hot water faucet did not work in the shower upstairs 3.The boiler in the shower on the first floor did not work and it was not possible to shower in the shower. 4. The railing of the left room was broken and risky for use In summary: the apartment was not suitable for accommodation from the first moment, there were many defects in the apartment that were not suitable for sleeping, we remained locked in the apartment and could not leave until the cleaner arrived, and even after we gave a chance, we received the apartment again dirty and not suitable for sleeping, this is a blatant violation of any agreement for proper living! I am asking for full compensation for the 2 nights and the heartache caused to us, as the owner of an apartment rental business in the US, I never thought that such a respectable company could allow living in an apartment without first checking that the living conditions meet the basic standards!

They just randomly cancel the booking. terrible terrible customer service. Bunch of lazy italians.. not sure how you can just overbook and not let anything know for 2 weeks

The tour was amazing. Sante was an absolute delight and showed us the vineyard. After tasting all the wine, he took us to Dozza village which was beyond beautiful. Will definitely go again

I booked a snorkeling session for top and received no further news until I arrived in sicily when they refused my booking without any information. I went to the location to ask for more information and see if I could book for another time. Everything was closed with no sign of anyone anywhere. I checked here and reservations were still open even for the day after, but they were nowhere to be seen. Could it be a scam ? Or maybe they just forgot to close their tripadvisor account ?

Convenient way to get to San Luca. Not worth it to book tastings. Also Bologna Welcome Card includes express to San Luca. Perhaps in busy times this makes more sense to reserve your spot

Worst place ever! There are bugs and cockroaches everywhere. And they don’t offer to help very dusty and musty. It’s disgusting.

Do not book accomodation with this company. Dozens of reviews warn of the dreadful experience they had we should have listened. We had two separate apartments cancelled the last three days before we travelled. It is impossible to make contact with the company they do not respond to emails or answer their phone. We ended up making a last minute booking with another company. I cannot understand why air b&b do not block this company from advertising on their site. Please no not book through them read all the other reviews first.

We stayed in apartment ViviBoccadasse Primula in Genoa. This agency is a scam!! Horrible, dirty and broken apartment in Boccadasse. Not at all like advertised on Booking.com. Customer service non existent. The walls were literally full of food and human disposables, three out of five beds were broken, the sofa and fridge were broken, the floor was sticky. After we complained they sent a cleaning team while we were not there without warning with all our valuable belongings there!! They could have told us and respect our intimacy. We were there with our three kids in this disgusting situation. The doors don’t open and close properly, my daughter got locked in the bedroom. There was so much wrong that we decided to leave right away and we didn’t get any compensation, not even understanding from this agency while we paid a lot for something that was really far from what they offer on booking.com. They just ghosted us and don’t answer our calls and literally blocked our messages and mails. One big scam!

The crew members were friendly, polite, and considerate throughout our journey. All the arrangements and timings went smoothly, and we enjoyed a truly peaceful and rejuvenating experience.

A great experience with a fantastic guide. Taught us about the mission of their wine company and then took us on an incredible tour of the factory, finishing with the most amazing selection of wines to taste. They even have a shop at the end where you can bottles to take home!
