  • on the main road outside of the centre of Bellagio Lake Como, you can work in the main with Chef Luigi, in the main kitchen will also send you off with a home made bottle of olive oil, an apron, a diploma of participation, as well as a recipe book (in English) focused on dishes typical to the region, you be for one day one of the real kitchen team of the Restaurant Salice Blu, after you go home with a professional chef uniform and when Chef Luigi and all the staff finish the activity returns you to Bellagio ferry area with all of your culinary souvenirs of the day.
