Introduction to Rome with dessert
May 2019 • Couples
Our first full day in Rome, we met up with Giorgia for a dessert tour through the center of Rome. We had seven dessert stops - definitely sugar overload! It was more than just dessert though - we also visited some sites such as the Pantheon. Giorgia did a great job picking out very different types of desserts, and sharing background about the shops or desserts as we went. She also then gave us some ideas of good places to eat for the rest of our trip (and our favorite meal in Rome was at a place she recommended). Overall, a sweet way to be introduced to Rome.
