Fabio our driver and tour leader is very knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Pompei and the Amalfi coast area is fascinating and beautiful and this was an excellent way to experience this.

We had the best time with Daniel & Fabio! We had 2 vans for our private tour of Rome for our 11 family members of all ages. They were both professional, kind and had lots of great information at each site! They literally pulled right up to each site and we jumped out and saw all the sites. They also arranged our timed tickets for the Colisseum and made reservations at a delicious restaurant right next to the Trevi Fountain. We throughly enjoyed this tour and have already given their info to friends traveling in the Spring! Thank you Daniel & Fabio!!!!

We were very happy with this service. The driver arrived on time, he loaded our luggage in the van with care and he safely drove us to the cruise port. There were a total of 5 passengers in the shared van and it was comfortable. It's affordable and about 100 dollars ( USA ) less than a private car. I highly recommend this option.

Had a fabulous Rome tour with Alex! He was passionate and knowledgeable with a great sense of humor. While one day in Rome is certainly not enough, as a cruise ship passenger with one day in the itinerary, Alex showed my wife and I a good time on a private tour of the city. Would highly recommend Alex. Easy pick up and return at cruise port. While not cheap, the private tour was so much better than what you could ever do through the ship.

Terrible! Do not waste your money! They overcharge significantly! We were in Rome for two days and we had better options the second day for 1/4 the price! They rip you off and it’s not a personal experience like they say.

5 of 5 for punctuality and service provided Fabio was very fast and pickup accommodations are excellent . Knows traffic flow well and a little too fast but if you need to be careful and closed minded then this ride is not for you 😀. Friendly and handled baggages for you and made you feel respected when we met for the first time.

We took a '4-hr Vatican Tour with Private Guide' on Day 1 and the 'Private Rome in a Day' tour on Day 2. Both tours picked us up at our hotel in Rome. I think ouir driver's name was Luigi (not positive) but he was very good. He picked us up at the designated time from our hotel and coordinated the meeting point with our private Vatican tour guide. He even told us about some of the sites we were seeeing on our way to the Vatican. He also didn't just drop us off and leave. He waited with us until we were met by our tour guide (who was right on time as well). They've definitely done this routine before and they were very good at it! A true pleasure. He was also there to take us back to our hotel at the end of our tour. No hassles with getting to/from the hotel and that's exactly what we wanted! Dennis, our Vatican tour guide was incredible! His knowledge of "all things Vatican" was very impressive, his english-speaking skills were very good and his true love of what he was doing showed in his interest in answering all our questions. He knew the smallest of details about many subjects related to the Vatican, the popes, Vatican history, etc. I couldn't ask for a better tour guide. Having a knowledgeable, friendly and caring tour guide made all the difference. Well worth the price for a private guide. 5 Stars for Dennis! He deserves a pay raise! Our 8-hr Rome Tour with Private Driver was equally impressive. Fabio, our driver was friendly and very courteous. He picked us up at the hotel in a very nice Mercedes wagon and asked if there was anything in addition to the usual Rome sites, we wanted to see. After telling him we enjoyed touring cathedrals, he made a point to include several as part of our tour. Fabio had our tickets for the Colosseum and the Forum and provided them to us when needed. It was nice that we didn't have to remember to bring the tickets with us. Amazingly impressive (and I don't use that term lightly) was Fabio's ability to maneuver our car through very congested Rome city traffic and through pedestrians that walk in the middle of very narrow cobblestone streets. His knowledge of the smallest of "streets" that would get us to our next venue was nothing short of remarkable! He dropped us off directly in front of each spot (or as close as possible), SAFELY working our way through traffic and crowds getting us directly to the door of nearly every venue. We accepted his recommendation for a lunch restaurant and we were not disappointed. And yes, he dropped us off right in front of the door! I saw no other touring cars getting as close to each venue. When I asked him how he was able to get us so close to each one he simply said with a chuckle "I'm the best driver in Rome". I believe it, too!

Our shared transfer all went smoothly. Driver waiting for us at the port before nominated time. He was pleasant, readily helped with heavy luggage etc and drove sensibly to our Rome Hotel destination. All good.

After receiving a confirmation and pre-paying, the operator canceled the shared shuttle and didn't reach out. When I went to pull up the voucher to prepare to meet the driver, I saw that it was canceled. It is unprofessional that they didn't send a what's app message to try to coordinate or notify me. It's not professional to leave people stranded. Luckily we were able to find a cab.

Matteo chose wonderful foods to taste on this walking tour. He is very knowledgeable and shares many details about the culture of this region. It is a very relaxing walk around the city and we would highly recommend you book this tour. Arrive hungry as the food portions are generous and the small group size made this a truly wonderful experience for all participants.
