The Synagogue was spectacular. The history of the Jewish people in Rome dates back to pre-Christians. The area is, of corse old, ( it’s Rome) and very beautiful. Plenty of small cafe’s to get a coffee or a bite to eat in.

Sarah was awesome, a young woman from Montreal Canada, who has excellent history of the Trastevvere Neighborhood of Rome and Jewish Ghetto area. We learned so much and loved every minute of this wonderful free tour. Highly recommend this tour.
