The class will begin with the dough make process. For both classes, making a good dough can make a break the pasta or pizza. Our chef will tell you all about tips and tricks on making sure the dough will turn out good. You will work first with the pasta dough, and learn how to knead the dough, how to roll it the right away, and how to make the beautiful strands of pasta that you see all on your own under the expert chef s instructions. Then the chef will whip up some tasty sauces for the pasta and show you how to make them too before moving to our pizza making portion. The pizza will be made on a marble counter top ( one of those few in Rome), and cooked in a traditional wood oven. The technique of making traditional pizza will be shown to you ( without the use of rolling pin !!), and if your skill in pizza making is advanced enough, the pizzaiolo will show you how to make your pizza fly as well! We will show you how to decorate your pizza, and you could choose whatever topping combination that suit your taste bud. You will then enjoy the both the pizza and pasta you made with an appertizer and tiramisu !!!
