I can't recommend this company enough- they were top notch from start to finish! We used them 3 times during our visit to the Amalfi Coast. Peppe and Diego took great care of us. Starting with a pick up in Naples with a two hour tour of Pompeii and then drop off in Positano at our hotel. The highlight was the full day tour of the coast with Peppe including highlights and stops in Amalfi, Ravello, Praiano, Tramonti, Maiori and Minori and he told us lots of interesting history about the different towns. He brought us to a hidden gem for lunch (our favorite meal throughout entire trip) in Tramonti! It was fabulous and I would love to go back! It is well worth going out of your way for their incredible food and service- put Tramonti on your itinerary or better yet just reach out to Peppe from Amalfi Coast Driving Dreams! You won't regret it!!

The reviews are, indeed, true! Peppe was referred to us by a friend. We stopped with a Viking cruise for a day in Naples. We decided on an 8-9 hour tour of the Amalfi Coast. Despite forecasted bad weather, we were still able to experience the beauty of the coast, being transported by Peppe in a well-maintained, comfortable Mercedes van, giving us almost constant commentary on the way. He knows the best places for photos and allowed us just enough time in each stop. Wonderful experience. Will be returning, hopefully, for more tours with Driving Dreams!

While planning my honeymoon, I researched several different options for a driving tour along the Amalfi coast knowing that there was so much to see and I didn't want to drive in Italy. I found this company and thought it might be too good to be true, but went ahead and booked a day drive from Naples to Mt. Vesuvius, Pompei, Sorrento, and stopping at our hotel in Positano. Peppe was quick to respond upon booking and followed up the week of the event. We learned that his colleague Diego would be our driver and Diego picked us up on time at our hotel to begin the tour. Diego was absolutely fantastic - he led us to Vesuvius (getting us past where the common tourist could travel) and allowed us to get up and hike to the top of the volcano. Afterwards, he drove us to Pompeii and coordinated a private tour with a freelance tour guide, Paulo, who led us on an incredible 2-hour tour. Pompeii was easily one of the highlights of our trip and Paulo was fantastic. After Pompeii, we were very hungry and were in the mood for a little booze. Diego led us to a winery where we had a great lunch and wine tasting of several local wines - it certainly hit the spot. From there, we drove along the Sorrento coast stopping for pictures along the way before ending up in Sorrento where Diego let us explore a bit through the town center before heading down the Amalfi coast safely to our hotel in Positano. Diego was extremely nice, knowledgeable, and professional. The trip was well coordinated and I was so happy we hired him for the day! Definitely lived up to the hype!

If you are traveling through the Amalfi Coast, I highly recommend Peppe. He took us to all the most beautiful non-tourist sites. This included coffee, pastries, shopping and lunch. It was amazing day! Thank you Peppe!!

After reading such positive reviews here, we booked Peppe for a one day private tour of the Amalfi Coast. We were a group of five ladies and all of us were so impressed with the day - we felt totally safe on the scary roads with Peppe’s skilful driving, loved his knowledge and passion for the area and he took us to a totally amazing restaurant in Ravello. We would not hesitate to book Peppe again in the future!!

We used services from this company for 2 days. Pick up from the airport and transfer to hotel was efficient. The next day we were picked up on to.e and drove to amalfi coast making several stops along the way at our own pace. The next day we went to climb vesuvius, visiting herculaneum and Pompeii with a guide. It was very interesting and we had an amazing time. Giuseppe dropped us back to the train station and also helped us change our train tickets. Amazing private service offered by this company;prompt email communication. Definitely recommend Giuseppe and his team for private tours around the southern Italy.

We visited Italy from the US from June 1-14. Good but exhausting group tour from Venice down to Sorrento for the first 8 days. We found Pepe on the Internet, and his excellent ratings are spot on. He picked us from our hotel in Sorrento for the beeter half of our trip to Italy: The Amalfi Coast. He took us on a personal tour along the coast to Ravello, where we were staying for 3 nights. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and a superb driver. He explained all the sights along the way, from the insiders perspective. Our drive included an unbelievable lunch at a mountaintop restaurant in Tramonti, a stop at a legendary bakery, and a stop in the town of Amalfi. Three days later he drove us from Ravello to Positano, where he knew the owner of the hotel where we were staying. Pepe absolutely put the trip over top for us. We couldn't thank him enough. If you go, book with him!

Hiring Pepe as our driver on the Amalfi Coast was the best value of our holiday! He brought us to all the “must-see” places but also some small local “hidden gems” as well. He was a great source of advice and information on how to get the most out of our short stay.

My wife and I found Peppe and his team on trip advisor. We were keen to tour the Amalfi Coast without stress, in comfort and hoping to learn a little about the surrounding towns along the way while having time to breath in the stunning scenery. Peppe's tour did not disappoint in this regard and we managed to achieve all the above and more. If you're not planning on driving the coast (which I wouldn't recommend, especially if you've never driven the coast before) then Peppe and his team would be the perfect option for you. We both had a great time and we will definitely be recommending him to family and friends.

We are a family of nine people and Peppe arranged a series of very successful day trips and transfers for us, not easy when there are four young children involved! Transfers to and from the train station and airport went very smoothly, and the full day excursions were so memorable despite some variable Spring weather. Peppe was able to tailor day trips on-the-fly to accommodate tired kids and occasional rainy weather. Our trip to Paestum and a mozzarelle farm for lunch was a highlight, something both the adults and children enjoyed immensely. I found Peppe on Tripadvisor and glad I did. Booking was quite easy and the price was reasonable for a full day private tour for two. Salvatore picked us up in Castellammare di Stabia and dropped us off in Naples for a full day tour. We went to Positano, Amalfi and he took us to a special spot high up in the mountains above Amalfi for lunch. The view was spectacular and the food was amazing. Our last stop was in Ravello. Salvatore was a great tour guide as he is a Napoli local. He fed us all kinds of history and made strategic stops for our viewing and photo pleasures. I would definitely recommend Amalfi Driving Dreams for a tour.

We found Peppe through Tripadvisor and other reviews, and decided to book our one day trip from our hotel in Sorrento to Amalfi, and back to Sorrento. We knew this was not a drive we wanted to do, and did not want to take chance with buses or other modes of transportation. Peppe was fantastic, from the moment he picked us up in the morning, through all the narration of the area, history, local stories, and personal experiences, the special lunch high in the hills, and finally drop off back in Sorrento. Peppe really made this excursion a 'driving dream'. Would highly recommend Peppe, and hope to return and utilize him for another adventure some day!

Our family of four hired Peppe as our driver from Naples to Positano with a stop in Pompeii. Peppe grew up in the Amalfi Coast and shared his vast knowledge of the area with us. He helped us arrange a hiking tour on the Path of the Gods (a must see). We liked Peppe so much we hired him for the next day for a full day tour of the Amalfi Coast with several stops to take pictures, explore Amalfi, Ravello and Minori along with a stop at a local restaurant that was amazing!
