Fernando's Boats is the BEST! We took a day trip to Capri, Positano and Nerrano (as well as some other hidden gems) with our amazing Capitan Tony, and his son/first mate Franco. It was our last day in Italy and Tony went out of his way to make the day incredibly special. He even called to book us a lunch and a dinner at his friend restaurants. One in Nerrano, one in Sorrento. We even brought our 10 month old baby on the boat, and both Tony and Franco made sure the boat was perfect for us. It was the highlight of our entire trip, and I couldn't recommend Fernando's Boats enough - but ESPECIALLY Captain Tony and Franco. They are amazing people, and we are grateful to have met them! BOOK WITH THEM and thank me later!

Tony! And Franco were absolutely fabulous and so kind! They were entirely considerate and helpful, teaching us about Capri and fun facts too! They went above and beyond recommending us restaurants and specific people/connections to help us, even further booking us a restaurant reservation at a beautiful restaurant in Sorrento! They gave us beers and Prosecco to drink (alongside offering further other drinks) and towels as well as pool floats/noodles!! There were no issues at all (no issues with payment nor the tour etc.) They were genuinely amazing and such good company too! We will miss them!

Took a boat guided tour of Capri with them in May of this. Year. These guys were great. Highly recommend.

It’s so unfortunate that I have to leave this negative review. This was one of the best days of our trip and the thing we were most looking forward to. We had an amazing morning on the boat and then started on our way to capri. We were told that if we wanted to go to the main port of Capri we would have to pay an extra hundred euros but if we would eat at their friends restaurant we would not have to pay to get onto the island of Capri. While this felt a little shady to me we agreed to eat at their friends restaurant which was decent. And we took a cab ride into the main area of Capri. The worst part of this boat ride is that we were supposed to have the boat for eight hours and he returned us to the dock after seven hours. I question the time but it did not change the fact that they shorted us one hour. I complained to the booking agent who said when they spoke to Fernando, that Fernando said we asked to go back early which was a blatant lie and for this reason I would never recommend this company. He took pictures that he said he would send to us and he did not send Them to us. I’m very disappointed because it was our favorite activity and they shortchanged us and then lied about it on top of it and I’m still questioning the hundred Euros to go to capri. I get everyone washes each other’s hand but they did so in a very suspicious way and with our money

We have just returned from a trip to Rome and Sorrento which was to celebrate our 41st Wedding Anniversary and we chose to revisit our honeymoon destinations. We packed our time but of all the activities we did, the best by far was the boat trip to Capri with Alberto. He was accompanied by his Mama and another lovely chap who did most of the descriptions of where we were etc. They were all friendly, kind, thoughtful, efficient and generally lovely people. All these attributes made for a wonderful relaxing day.

Fernando’s trip was recommended by a friend of ours who said it was the best day of their trip.......... so we decided to book the boat on our trip as well. I have to say this was an amazing day trip from Sorrento and gave us just the right amount of time in Capri, going to grottos and getting the opportunity to swim in that beautiful and refreshing water. Fernando and crew were awesome and provided drinks like limoncello, beer and water. I highly recommend this boat trip.

Our family of six adults took this boat tour around the island of Capri. It was simply amazing! Captain Fernando and his mate were so much fun and explained the sights, history, and fun facts about Capri. They took into consideration what we wanted out of our trip and made valuable suggestions to make it an awesome experience. We snorkeled, swam, went into coves, went into a waterfall, and also were dropped off on the island to eat lunch, see the sights and shop. They also provided a fun Limoncello drink and snack on the boat. It was a perfect day! Thank you so much from all of us! I wouldn't pass this up if you are going to Capri!

Simply cannot fault this trip. From the welcome at the harbour, the quality of the boat, the skipper and his mate, the knowledge, tour guidance, recommendations, jokes, these guys have the lot. Remember, you are in their country, it’s their rules. They do this every day of the week for eight months a year. Forget what you think it is they do, it’s hard work! We had a stunning day and were kept hydrated but our first mate ( beer, wine or water, coke etc). We were schooled on the way to Capri and kept informed. Lunch was simple but how they do the taste from so few ingredients amazes me. Plenty of time in Capri, a good stop off for swimming and diving from the boat and some Prosecco on the way home. A great eight or so hours spent in the sunshine!! Do it.

Fernando and in particular Filippo were a brilliant team! Very informative, interesting and extremely helpful when partner injured ankle! Couldn’t have asked for more!

Fantastic day out in the boat to Capri with a total of 12 people on boat. Bit of history given by guide and lovely boat trip swimming and snorkelling. Drinks available and limoncello as a treat. Sandwich given on Capri was tasteless and we had time to explore the island. Really recommend this trip

I highly recommend this Capri day tour. Captain Salvatore and Lorenzo were amazing hosts. Our day started by being picked up and driven to the marina. We were very happy with the size and quality of our boat. The day proceeded to exceed our expectations. Lorenzo recommended a fabulous restaurant in Capri. We were able to swim in the blue grotto, visit the waterfall and swim in the Princess’ pool. Lorenzo was informative and accommodating. Captain Salvatore was very skilled and was able to get us in some lovely coves. All six of the children had the best day ever! I’ve been on a private boat tour to Capri before and this was by far the best crew and boat. The value for money is surprising. Book it!

We treated ourselves to a private tour around Capri with Fernando and it was an exceptional day! Fernando took us to many of the main grottos around the island (except where queues were too long), but actually just cruising around looking at the stunning coastline, and stopping to swim off the back of the boat, was the real enjoyment. Fernando was very friendly and accommodating and his boat very comfortable. Fernando arranged transport for us to and from the marina and lunch on Capri at Da Gioia restaurant right on the beach; for a 'tourist trap restaurant' the food and service were excellent. A heavenly day, grazie Fernando!

Our Airbnb host recommended Fernando's Boats for our day trip to Capri. Our family of 5 was on board with one other family of 6 and we all enjoyed a great day out. We thoroughly enjoyed our day trip to Capri, stopping on the way for swimming, lunch on the island and free time to explore the magnificence of Capri, drinks on board and more swimming and scenic views on the way back to Sorrento. Would definitely recommend this company for a small group, personalised tour.
