Overview
Mediterranean landscape at its finest. Along the steep slopes of the Lattari mountains, the  curved road from Positano to Amalfi is the only one that runs along the coast. Throughout the year, because of its mild climate its surrounded by cascading terraces of vinyards, citrus fruits and bougainvillea. You will be enchanted by the stories of legends, giants and mermaids, fascinating landscapes and ancient  memories. Its spectacular coastline and views are considered one of the most beautiful in Europe.
What to Expect

Exploring the Amalfi Coast sharing tour in a luxury minivan begins  from your accommodation. We will leave the Sorrentine Peninsular and head up towards  “Due Golfi” this is where we will see the 2 gulfs of Naples/Salerno with Mount Vesuvio across the bay. Once we have joined the Coastal road we will stop to look and take photos of the Islands “Galli and Syrene” looking down on  the Galli island it is shaped like a Dolphin. Our first town is Positano once a playground for the wealthy ancient romans, now more famous for its coloured villas, Positano fashion and above all romance. The best way to see any destination is with people who live here. All our professional drivers are local and speak English which makes travelling in a small group of 8 people a more personal experience. On our way to Amalfi we will stop for photos in Praiano a small fishing village then Furore, a small village built inbetween the latteri mountains, Conca Dei Marini, known for its caves filled with emerald green crystal waters.Once in Amalfi discover the Cathedral with its byzantine architecture and the tomb of St Andrew or stroll around the Marina where every 4 years the historical regatta takes place. We then head up to Scala the oldest town on the Coast, this is where we will have a 3 course lunch and local wine(included in price) in a typical Mediterranean style villa. We will then head further up to the town of Ravello with its unique natural scenery, Villa Rufolo and its gardens  not forgetting a  spectacular view of the Amalfi Coastline. We then start our return journey arriving back to your accommodation late afternoon. Starting as strangers leaving as friends.

Great way to see the Amalfi Coast

Max was an excellent guide showing us the beautiful views and villages on the Amalfi coastline. The meal was good and the views from the restaurant were amazing. A really relaxed, stress free way to see the beautiful coast.
