What to Expect

This is an introduction to the food and history of Madrid.

We will meet at Puerta del Sol and will start by explaining the layout of the city.

The stroll last 2 and a half hours where we will learn the different types of ham and the richness of Spanish cured meats.

The food provided is enough for lunch. A ham tasting, a calamari sandwich with a drink, fresh tomato , Manchego cheese, loin or ham paired with an excellent red wine from Rivera del Duero

We met Luis with another couple for a history and tapas tour. It was supposed to be 3 hours, but it turned out to be 4 hours. We were having so much fun with Luis’s hospitality and engaging personality that we lost track of time....More
