We then proceeded through the exit arrived at the designation pick up point at cafe Paul, we were not greeted by a driver but instead told to make our way to the parking lot it then took the driver a further 20mins to arrive. We would have been far better just grabbing a taxi when we arrived. This is not a service to use. Don’t waste your time and money. We dealt with Annie at Gomez experiences. She is not helpful and particularly difficult, unwilling to accept any responsibility despite all the information supplied being incorrect.Written 7 November 2024

Christmas Day was a real disaster at Barajas airport, when they cancel the metro and buses you should (as a company that offers a service) ensure that you have enough drivers or not offer the service, I was with 3 families who waited more than 3 hours and the driver did not appear in any case. We booked with Booking, you should take note and I hope I don't have any problems getting my money back because I booked the taxi with Booking. I spoke to talixo customer service and they said they should refund my money because they didn't have drivers. Simply disaster.
