Very good service. Would recommend and use again. Juanma definitely deserves a mention for his excellent English and city information as he drove us from the cruise terminal to our hotel. Ruben who took us from the hotel to the airport was good too especially communicating with us to change the pick up point because the road outside the hotel was closed that day for works.

Our driver, Naaem, was great. He has lived in Barcelona for 16 years, was clearly proud of his city, was very knowledgeable and friendly. He went out of his way to make sure we had a great evening. The tour gives you a great opportunity to see one of Europe’s most vibrant cities after dark. While the city itself does not have the beauty and views as Paris or Budapest at night, it’s still well worth seeing.

The driver was waiting patiently when we came out of the hotel. He had texted to tell us he was there. Took care of the luggage and took us straight to the airport. Very pleasant and efficient.

I highly recommend Welcome Pickups. This was my first time using them on our recent trip to Barcelona. Reasonably priced, very smooth communication. Our airport pick up was seamless. The driver was very friendly and provided some wonderful recommendations. He even had to drive (very carefully) through an area in the Gothic Quarter that he said many drivers are afraid to drive through to drop us off at the front door of our hotel (It looked like a walkway, but was a roadway open to taxis and delivery is only). This was fantastic! Our transport back to the airport at the end of our trip was equally as pleasant. Very respectful, friendly drivers. Thank you for your service. We will be using you again.

The pick-up was there waiting for us when we got through customs even though it took longer than expected. It was also there at 4:30 AM to take us back to the airport 2 weeks later. Great service!

We had a very early docking time and booked this in advance to make sure our group of four could get to the airport for our flight home. Our driver Cristina was there waiting for us when we got off the ship and made it a smooth trip to the airport.
