If you are looking to learn from experienced staff, you got to check on ocean freediving. Great team, staff and installations. Besides sergio is a master on equalization techniques,if you want to improve , do your self a favor and spend sometimes learning from « maestros » :Learning from him will help you a lot!!

I had a Great few days free dive training with Sergio, I had already done my level 1 free-diving , but didn't have time time to complete my level 2 & Sergio brought me out for 2 training sessions just 2 mins from his centre , this was perfect for me on this trip , I learnt a lot & would highly recommend Sergio!

I have spent the training time with Sergion. Frankly said: he has completely met my requirements. Deep knowledge of equalization, patience, equipment, professionalism. One of the best spots for the training without thermoclines :-)

As a freediver with little experience in the ocean and depth, I had 2 trainings with Sergio, who, in addition to all his experience, is an incredibly attentive and patient teacher who taught me to find the inner peace that is fundamental to Freediving. I can recommend Ocean Freddiving Lanzarote with a clear conscience. I will hopefully be back soon in Lanzarote for some more freediving!

Lanzarote is a great location to learn to freedive--the weather is sunny and warm but not humid, the viz is good all year round (~20m), and a deep ocean (>100m) is right at your doorstep (ok, so you won't go >100m when you just started learning of course, but it's nice to have the option :p). I did the AIDA 2 course with Sergio and it was a great experience! He was patient and relaxed when teaching equalisation and other freediving techniques and constantly gave me feedback on things to improve on. You definitely want to have a patient instructor if you are a newbie! He was also flexible and accommodating with the schedule so I was able to split up the 2.5 days of the course over a week and do other things that I had planned in between. Sergio also very kindly helped me arrange to get the medical certification I needed for the course! The sports facility we used is well-maintained and close to the ocean. Here there is a lot of space to do breathing exercises, pool sessions, and maybe most importantly, you can easily get your coffee or tea (espresso for Sergio) at the lovely bar beside the pool. :)

I got the opportunity to join Ocean Free Diving school to accomplish my AIDA3 course. The experience was more than great and successful, I decided to stayed one more week in order to learn Frenzel technique as Sergio is an experienced teacher who inspires with his technique and guided me from the beginning to connect with my inner part. I faced depth challenges just I was more than ready for that without rushing up, that made me feel progressively even more comfortable. Ocean Freediving is such a charming family. The best instructors I've had, by far.

As experienced freediver I took some training sessions with Sergio. He is a very relaxed and experienced freediving instructor, giving me many hints for my personal improvement. Good facilities to be used in Fariones Sporting Centre. Very good diving conditions with depths up to 100m+ directly accessible from coast. The trip to Museo Atlantico with Sergio is highly recommended!

I recently did my AIDA 4* course (and CPR rescue) with Sergio. It was absolutely great! Sergio's knowledge about depth and especially equalizing is in my eyes unparallelled. He will teach you all the tools you need to greatly improve your equalizing skills, and by consequence also going deep. Facilities are very nice. The meeting up every morning is at a nice sporting facility where we also do our theory and pool sessions, and had a nice cup of coffee during lunch (Sergio likes his espresso). The sea is only a short walk away, with nice clear water.

I did my freediving course with Sergio and I really enjoyed it ! Since then I Have improved my freediving skills significantly. Sergio and Cristina are great Instructors and they always encouraged me to do my best and to partecipate in the trainings. I could not have asked for better, thanks a lot!
