It was a perfect experience, it is very challenging but the view is so amazing. Juan is very kind, helpful and professional. The other company had to cancel our trip at the last minute, so we asked Juan to organise another trip for us. We have 2 trips with him during our stay in Mallorca, both of the experiences are great. We had a very great time, definitely recommend it.

We had the most fabulous time rock climbing with Juan. So much fun! Everything was very professional and well equipped. We got a private guide for as long as we wanted (quote “until exhaustion”) - such amazing value for money, worth every penny. The views from the climbing were insane. Juan is super lovely too. All in all - a glowing review!

We (family of 4, with 2 teenage daughters) booked a day of climbing at Valdemossa with explora Mallorca. Great communication on suggestions for climbing venue and planning with Juan. Our guide Xenxo picked us up and brought us to perfect crag for climbing in the shade and select great routes for some toprope and lead climbing. All-in-all a perfect day of fun climbing! I can fully recommend Explora Mallorca and when we come back to Mallorca we will certainly check some of the other activities like coastering or canyoning.

Booked with Juan and received a great service with him answering all our questions. We were met off our cruise ship by David who was our guide for the activities. We are a family of 2 adults in our 50's and 2 teenagers (18 & 16) and we all had an amazing day. Before hand I was a bit unsure of this, i can swim in a pool but I'm not great in water, but David brought along a jacket for added confidence for me and was very encouraging during all activities and I surprised myself. I really enjoyed my day and always felt safe.... a great way to push your boundaries !!

An awesome day with Juan Fran and his team on the "Explora Day" Tour. Trekking on the beautiful East coast of Mallorca, abseilling, climbing, cliff jumping... But the highlight of the day was definitely seacaving! Never have we seen such a wonderful cave! We highly recommend this tour, and Juan Fran! It was a great way to discover a bit of Mallorca.

Juan is an excellent guide, very friendly and cautious. We did the tour « coastering » and it was perfect, dynamic and for all levels and tastes !!! Muchas gracias Juan!!

We stumbled across Explora Mallora through a Google search and sure glad we did! Corresponding with Juan Fran before our trip we decided upon an Explora Day which included hiking, rappelling, caving (with a swim in and out of the cave) and rock climbing. We met Juan Fran in Palma, easy to find pick up point and a scenic drive out to where we met the rest of the group. Juan Fran was very personable and knowledgeable. He was also very great about safety and helping adjust to different needs and experience levels in our group. Our group also had different languages - spanish and english - and Juan Fran was great about sharing in both languages and making everyone feel included across the language barrier. The cave we went into was beautiful and the swim, crawl and walk through was breath taking as we saw the different areas of the cave. The scenery during the hike was gorgeous and we got to see two different beaches. Couch potatoes may want to skip this as you do need a basic level of physical fitness. You are hiking with your gear (light on the way there and a bit more weight on the way back as it is wet), swimming into and out of the caves and rock climbing up after the swim. Would happily do another tour with Explora Mallorca if we are back in Mallorca!!

Found this company via trip advisor and decided to go with them because of the 5 star reviews and the uniqueness of the activities they have. Juan, the owner, has communicated with us patiently and professionally. Also, he is the one to pick us up at the hotel area. He is a very attentive, positive and caring instructor. He explained everything in detail and calmed me down when I did my first 5 M cliff jump. I was too scared. So I had to start with a half meter baby jump first. lol He didn't push my husband or I if we were uncomfortable. He even took pictures and video taped for us when we were doing activities. All the equipments were very new and well taken care of. He prepared everything, wet suits, shocks and shoes. Basically you just need to bring yourself to have fun!! And the most important part I felt safe, when it comes to this kind of activities, and especially this is my first time. We did cliff jump, zip lining, rock climbing horizontally, cliff climbing from the bottom to the top, and the other one is cliff climbing from the top to the bottom ( Forgot how it was called.) Everything was so new to me, it was SUPER SUPER fun!! Only thing I wish was warmer weather. If I go back to Mallorca, I will definitely join Juan again with other activities he has. :)

Been in the mortitx canyon with a couple of friends. Excellent experience. Very diverse canyon with a rather tough via verata at the end. Thanks Adri for keeping us safe!

The communication in advance was very friendly and professional. Juan met exactly on time at the agreed point. The tour was awesome, pretty hard but with Juan it was the best guide you could wish for. this was one of our best tours ever. thank you for this unforgettable day! Not a tourist rip-off, but personal care, individually tailored to the guest. I guess that is the best company on the island. It's nice that such a thing still exists. Look forward to future tours with you.

My partner and I did a beginner's day canyoning with Juan. He picked us up from our hotel and we took us a short trek away from the entrance to the canyon. We had a great 2-3 hrs in the canyon with slides, jumps etc. and felt very safe in his hands! As the water was quite high we had to hike back instead of climbing out of the canyon, but we loved it as it was a beautiful 1.5 hr hike. All at such a reasonable price too! If we come back to Mallorca we would definitely book another trip with Juan. Thank you!

Really enjoyed our ‘explora’ day; hiking, abseiling, caving and climbing. Great fun thanks to our expert guide Juan! Would highly recommend.
