Cancelling tour last minute. Very unprofessional.
The tour was cancelled last minute on us without giving us even a chance to rebook. They could have at least did it some time in advance. No apology or reason was provided. The tour was confirmed by the operator a month before the date, so they had plenty of time.

Interesting, informative, Enjoyable Day on a Coach, Tram, Train, and Boat. Great Scenery and different places to visit.
Great day excursion, super guide (I think his name was Igor) he was very informative and enthusiastic. Interesting stops during the day to a variety of places. Very good coach driver who made the trip along the windy mountain roads more leisurely so we could take in the fantastic views. Igor advised us of what to expect at every part of the trip, making it relaxing and enjoyable.

        Better than average tour
Always fun to partake of a organised bus tour instead of renting a car or try the local buses. My impression was that people from all around were bussed to Palma/harbour at the cathedral and then stayed on one bus. However when returning the guide hastily read who should switch bus outside of Palma. Never outright said "this bus will NOT continue to Palma even though it left Palma this morning". My wife and I equipped with the absolute #1 surname in Sweden were referred to simply "Surname" with no further clarification that indeed it was us. This was less than good. The guide said the same things in five languages which was a bit to much. A plus would be information that there would be possibility for lunch near a beach, we could have brought swimming gear. The caves were interesting though and this was a good way to see them

        Great service!
The service and help from the staff is absolutely amazing. The trip itself was a great adventure! Our tour was on 5 different languages so there was a lot of talking on the speakers of the bus

        Terrible customer experience
Absolutely disgusting as they treat people undergoing chemotherapy awful saying you don't look disabled so you're not. That's besides having a torn ACL & fractured knee. Staff refused to move away from handrails & refund refused. Avoid at all costs! Real shame as the actual caves are so beautiful. Wouldn't let her sit in a disabled area because she didn't look disabled made her cry a special place I planned to take her on our wedding anniversary

Soller port with train and tram
The coach picked us up at 8.30 to go to the port, unfortunately the boat part was cancelled, however the bus took us up through the mountains which were stunning. We saw and experienced things we would never had seen if the boat was on. Our tour guide Vivienne was an absolute hoot and our driver Louis was the best driver ever as we were going on roads that were the most scary we had ever seen. This trip was well worth the money. A very long day but very so worth going on.

A lot of travel by coach
Saw a lot but there is a lot of travel by coach which isn’t mentioned in the description. We spent over 2 hours on the coach going on the windy roads through the mountains. The trip also ran slightly behind schedule so there was very little time to spend in Sóller which was one of the main reasons for the trip.

        Short but not so sweet
We went on this trip earlier today and whilst the guide was informative and the caves quite a marvel it’s not worth what you pay to only get to be there an hour. You don’t get enough time to go on the boat which the tour guide advises against due to time constraints which spurs the experience as that’s one thing that would make it more special. The pearl shop is okay but not in the least affordable. Also having a description such as the caves, Porto Cristo and the pearl shop surely would make you think you get to see some of the port as well but alas it’s fleeting and then you’re packed off to get through the caves and expected back within an hour never mind stopping to get food or a beverage. Overall just a bit underwhelming.

Not quite the full range of transport anticipated
It was quite a varied experience. I loved the initial coach trip (especially as we were sat at the front with a great view of the many bends in the road). On the other hand my wife found it quite scary considering that we were overhanging the edge of the road with drop offs beneath us. Sa Calobra was busy, but we took the opportunity to walk around to the cove and sit on the pebbled beach with our previously prepared picnic. This was relaxing within a quite stunning location. Unfortunately the weather (slight sea swell) meant that we weren’t able to take the planned boat trip from Sa Calobra to Port Soller (which was disappointing), so we had to do that journey by coach. A number of cyclists have done the climb up to the Col quicker than we did! Once we got dropped off in Port Soller we had a fairly short group walk to the Tram Stop. This area of town was very busy, but our pre-booking ensured that we got onto the tram ride to Soller, by having precedence over lots of other people waiting for the tram. (Can’t call it a queue!) After getting off the tram at Sóller we had time for a quick drink before boarding the train back to Palma. This was a gradual climb up through the mountains (via a few tunnels), and then a drop back down the other side. The final part of the journey was back to our hotel pick up point via coach. Overall it was a full day out with the only times to stop were approx. 15 mins drink and toilet stop at the Aquaduct, 90 mins (including lunch) in Sa Calobra, 10 mins in Port Soller and 25 mins in Sóller. Lots of good photos though of the stunning scenery.

        Perfect Day
You can cover a large part of the island that would otherwise take several days. The Calobra is beautiful and the old train is nice.

        Nice caves
Wonderful excursion to the caves, they pick you up near your hotel if it does not coincide with the established stops. Much better than renting a car, the traffic in Palma de Mallorca is horrible.

        Worst trip ever
Possibly the worst trip I’ve ever been on. Boring, coach and train full of screaming kids and older parents. Guide was speaking in 4 different languages at the same time and we missed vital information. 15 minute walk to the coach after last visit.😡😡

        Not worth the cost
I thought this tour was going on the boat but it was just an orchestra on the boat. The cave was amazing and beautiful. The tour guide didn’t take my booking correctly which annoys me a lot.

An amazing day absolutely loved it. We had a luxury coach fully air con. The Gude Sebas was amazing. At the end of each cave you have a classical music experience. Just check with booking if you have problems with mobility.

I’m writing this review purely on my experience only and I appreciate everyone’s will differ and have different expectations.

Firstly we went to a very sweet old school market, this was very pleasant and the surroundings are vintage and the residents are elderly, there is a lovely church which you can go in a take photos and a little coffee shop. The market there is the usual which are handbags, watches, soap, food etc.

We are then taken to the Pearl Shop, this was pretty bad, if you aren’t going to buy anything pearl related it’s pretty pointless, you get taken through an exhibition which is all videos, you don’t see anyone craft/make any necklaces or bracelets etc. You are given 30 mins to look around and grab something to eat, there is a coffee shop at the bottom and then it’s back on the bus.

You then go to another market in Porto Cristo, this is very standard, without being rude it’s no different to a car boot sale, this market again was pointless.

You then finally get to the caves where we joined a long queue and walked around a cave, that’s it. You then sit in a concert type seating and watch people come by in a boat and play music, you can then join a queue and wait to get on a boat or walk out, the boat ride is about 1 minute and the queue is minimum 20 mins.

All in all I wouldn’t recommend this tour to anyone unless you really want to see the caves, €50 each is pretty steep for what you get.

Dear Customer, We are pleased to know that although you did not like the Pearl Shop and the second market, you enjoyed very much the first market you visited. The Drach caves are one of the underground beauties in Mallorca and are very visited, but each person has a different opinion, and we understand that you don’t like caves. Thanks for joining our tour. Best Regards, Fun and Tickets Team

Firstly, the caves were absolutely stunning and well worth it although it was overcrowded, it was brilliant. However, we should have just booked our own bus and gone there ourselves. The tour in itself was a bit pointless.

Firstly, it was advertised that we would be collected from our hotel. We were contacted the morning of, stating they couldn’t collect from hotels in the city so go to a meeting point at 1:20. After waiting for over a half hour, we rang a staff member and he said he told us the wrong time, it was meant to be 2:20. He was very nice and apologetic.
We then arrived at 2:20 to wait another 20 minutes for the bus to show up. We then waited approx 30 minutes to take off.

We were supposed to go to a pearl factory which was basically a shop with lots of jewellery to buy, a coffee shop and a small exhibition about making the pearls that takes about 2 minutes to get through. Not the actual factory, which is located in Manacor.

We then were driven to the caves which was great, however we ended up rushing in the end and had to skip a lot of it to get back to the bus. We wished we just booked a bus ourselves in order to have enough time.

The tour guide spoke in English, French and Spanish however the microphone on the bus was ringing which was hard to listen to for 2 collective hours. She didn’t seem too enthusiastic to be there.

Dear Sara, We apologize for the confusion at the meeting point. As stated in our program, we include a visit to a Pearl Shop not to the Pearl Factory in Manacor. Honestly the worst “tour” I’ve ever been on in my life, no exaggeration, quite possibly the most pointless experience, it’s over crammed in there so you can’t move around freely, the music is pointless and has nothing to do with a cave, £52 for an hour of nothing. Honestly don’t waste your money.

I truly enjoyed the classical music during our trip! Everything was too impressive ( the caves, the pearls shop, the Porto Cristo)
The bus had air conditioning, they were friendly
Everything was explained in English, Spanish, German and French! So all the tourists and the locals weren’t confused about the tour

We stopped at the pearl shop first, two ladies were showing there skills at pearl making, lots of lovely jewellery to buy. The caves were amazing, spent an hour in there. Then onto Porto Cristo where we had some lunch (not included in price) a picturesque village 😊
