- 454kierano0 contributionsA great, safe experience with bragging rights if you do the 10 metre cliff jump.A fun and exhilarating experience with safety paramount at all times. We were collected from our hotel and taken to a bay where, after a safety briefing, we were guided to jump into the sea from increasingly high rocks, slid down a zipwire and climbed across a rockface. The experience culminated in a 10 metre cliff jump, which I'm still talking about. Our instructor, Ni, was fun and supportive at all times and it was a well organised experience.Written 7 October 2024
- ambergR9009LD0 contributionsIncredibly unfriendlyNot did the experience itself, I’m sure that’s great. However one of the employees was incredibly rude at the start of the trail. If you’re done with tourist then don’t be working in the tourism sector…Written 22 August 2024
- VerSe800 contributionsGreat experience and a lot of funWe actually wanted to go canyoning, but the water level didn't allow it. We didn't regret it, quite the opposite in fact. It was a great experience with a mix of activities from cliff jumping to exploring caves (which was amazing!). Juan was a very friendly and proficient guide. The communication and arrangements were very easy. If you want to do something at short notice, it's best to call directly. Bottom line: Highly recommended!Written 19 June 2024
- DaveandAlisaWilson0 contributionsJumping off cliffs - what’s not to love?Great day climbing, cliff jumping, abseiling and swimming through pitch black submerged caves. Both guides were lovely people and extremely competent and helpful. Quite a physically demanding day for this 53 yr old and teenage son, but one I’d repeat in a heartbeat. Loved it.Written 19 June 2024
- X3065MBtonys0 contributionsFamily Coasteering ActivityActivity was very fun. Nico was an excellent guide and helped everyone in the group based on ability. Group was able to jump off cliffs of different heights, rock climb, swim and finish on a zip line. Great tour and highly recommend it. Thanks Nico!!Written 11 June 2024
- Honestreflection0 contributionsCoasteringDid coastering today, and had a great time! Did it with 2 teenagers, and all of us loved it. Jose (guide) was chilled , relaxed and so helpful. Scenery - without this trip It would never have been known, the jumping a huge buzz. Absolutely no pressure to do any of it, I was actually advised not to do the big jump, but I'd have never lived it down with the kids already doing! Anyone wants a different day out, and you like adrenaline, then definitely do this! Only comment is, if you drive, go against instincts and follow the instructions😂 the parking is somewhat of an experience in itself;Written 17 August 2023
- 195garethp0 contributionsA great way to traverse the beauty of the Mallorca coastlineForgot how salty the sea is until you jump of a cliff into it and spray the under side of your brain via your nose !! The tour is well organised and supported, with a clear meeting location and a phone number that was answered on the day to confirm:any queries. Our lead guide Alba took us to the start point and got us kitted out. The equipment is in good condition and suitable for the task ahead. Side note, if you are as white as me and on your first day of vacation in the Balearic sun be prepared for sun burn/tan in the shape of the sleeveless wetsuit! The action from here consists of 3-4 cliff jumps into the sea from gradually increasing heights, one (quite short) abseil, some deep solo rock climbing and then a swim through a dark cave in the rocks (possibly the highlight for me). The guides have a great sense of humour and really try to help people who are struggling through (especially on the climbing where strength and height are big advantages), however they really don’t force anyone to do anything they are uncomfortable with. My partner opted out of the highest cliff jump, and they only asked enough to be sure she didn’t want to do it before taking her on an alternate route into the water to rejoin the group. One hint I would give them though, is that all the guides were continually at the front of the group, would have been good to have them at the back and middle to support those at the back of the pack. All in all, worth a go!Written 8 July 2023
- C1698ZIelizabethg0 contributionsReally fun, very nice guidesThis was awesome! I’m 45 and chubby and was worried about my physical abilities. The instructors are super nice and make it fun, you can do whatever parts of the activities you’d like. I ended up doing much more than I thought I was capable of. This was the perfect activity for me to do with my adrenaline loving teen.Written 7 July 2023
- kevinoF3696BE0 contributionsPoor customer experienceWe received communication for trip preparation from Xanthe through text message and all seemed great. We arrived at the meetup location detailed on the booking confirmation and no one showed up. Over the phone Xanthe tells me I missed the trip because she messaged me the correct location through Whatsapp instead of texting me. When I told her we don't use Whatsapp in the USA and I never got the location message she proceeds to tell me, "Well everyone in Europe uses Whatsapp", putting the blame on me. If Experience Mallorca is going to cater to international customers they need to realize a lot of American's have never heard of Whatsapp, and never place the blame on the customer. Not a good experience with "Experience Mallorca".Written 22 June 2023

We jumped from different cliffs (up to 10m), did some free climbing above the water & abseiling with a rope. I felt safe the whole time with Miguel as my guide. Thanks for this wonderful experience & for your patience during the abseiling with me.Written 14 August 2022

There was so much to enjoy from the varying height jumps to abseiling to soloing to the sea cave and the lovely water of course. I would highly recommend this!!!Written 19 July 2022
- Rebecca R0 contributionsAmazing activity, legendary guides!Story time: I lost my Apple Watch cliff jumping off of one of the higher cliffs in Mallorca. Our guide, Miguel, is an experienced free diver who went looking for it but he did not have goggles with him and it was lost to the sea. A day later Miguel contacted me to say he got a pair of goggles and found it! We met at his home in Northern Mallorca to retrieve the watch this morning and had a great chat about world travels. Miguel said he found the watch on the sea bed under 10 meters (30 feet) of water! Im totally in awe of Miguel who has a PB of 4.5 minutes holding his breath while free diving. Also for his willingness to go out of his way to retrieve the watch for me. Also impressed with Apple engineering for creating a watch that can spend over 24 hrs on the sea floor under 10 meters of water and still function flawlessly. The activity was amazing, challenging, and memorable. Views are spectacular. Miguel is a legend!Written 28 June 2022

Met by air conditioned minibus & transferred to meeting point. Our guide for the day was Alba who distributed the wetsuits, shoes, helmet and backpack and explained the format of the day. We carried our kit in our backpacks up the short ascent onto the cliff face then trekked for about 30/40 mins. Breeze was welcome. On arrival at small cove, we changed into our wetsuits and helmet. As the sea was especially choppy, Alba gave us the opportunity to do an alternative experience however our small group of 10 were up for the adventure. So we swam out some way in the waves out towards the entrance of the cave. It became apparent why helmets were necessary when alba thrust each of us below the waves into a tunnel/ mouth of cave. If you’re claustrophobic this is not for you. However thereafter the chambers opened up into huge cathedrals of stalagmites and stalagtites with crystal clear aqua pools of water. It was breathtaking and a privilege to be in such a beautiful place. We explored the chamber for about 40 mins and then returned via the same entrance. Again our instructor worked efficiently with her colleague to propel each of us back out the chamber into the open sea once again. This was thrilling but felt out instructors were always in full control. We swam back to the beach, got changed & then hiked back to starting point once again.
On account of the sea conditions this was a real adventure for me and two physically able teens. We all thoroughly enjoyed this and will remember it for a long time.
(However this is not for everyone, a fair level of fitness/ swimming is required. )
Huge thanks for this amazing experience.

As indicated, it is quite sporty because it takes a good walk to get to the beach and swimming requires a good physical quality with the waves of the sea but the visit is incredible and we will keep a memorable memory! We had Patrick as Guide and he was just great: passionate about what he said, he gave us a lot of interesting information throughout and he made this tour funny and captivating. We'll remember it all our lives... an experience we only have once!

Small group (8 multicultural people) + guide Patrick (talkative, instructive and crazy pal ;-) ), felt the adrenaline droping out off the clifs to water. Enter the floadded cave. On the second room you are in the another world- world does not touched by human - world that I dont know how to describe - you must see it! It is like a desser for your eyes. On the next rooms you can have a referesh in pristine lakes. Dont worry Patrick helps you going through the next cave rooms. And Jesus it ended so quickly :-(.
Anyway: worth to feel the adrenaline+++, bon appetit for eyes, touch of history, great company, bit tired... but you remember it for the rest of your live. Worth any penny!

We had a lovely time. The guide provided all the required equipment (wet suits, life vests, helmets and reef shoes), checking to ensure it all fit. We took a scenic 45 minute hike to the caves. Upon arrival we changed into the gear and swam out to the caves. The swim wasn’t far but quite difficult with all the gear on (and I am a strong swimmer). Once we reached the caves the guide helped us enter safely and then gathered us all for some safety instructions. Then she took us through the system of chambers, some filled with ponds that e could jump into and swim through. She explained the history and science of the rock formations. She worked with the varying ability levels in our group of nine. After exploring the caves for about an hour we swam back to the beach, had a snack and changed before heading back. The return was a little less fun because we were now carrying wet, dripping gear in backpacks, but it was a small inconvenience.
One suggestion I would offer to improve the experience would be if they guide had a waterproof camera, so as to provide a few photos to each group. There was one woman in our group who had a phone and took a few pictures, which she offered to send us, but never did. It would be a nice memory to have from the tour provider.

The caves themselves get a 5 star. The information given wipes out 2 of them. Air conditioned van? Not really. Does it say that you will hike over a mile on a trail that is not even (high volcanic-like rocks almost every other step). Then you have to change into wet suits at the beach and swim about 200 yards to the caves. 16 people max? We had 21 persons. Higher than normal customer to guide ratio. This is not an easy activity. Swimming is tiring even for the experienced. If there was an emergency on the water, there aren't enough guides to handle the situation. Fortunately out guildes were competent.
We had wallets, personal items that we could not leave in the van that brought us. NOBODY told us even though the other people in the group were advised. Their suggestion: leave it on the beach with our food. Fortunately the 3rd guide we thought would join the tour (did not), took possession of our personal items.
One of the vests of one of the other customers did not work properly and it was only found out after the mile long hike when we were getting ready to enter the water. I would hate to have been that customer and write a review.
The site is well worth visiting. Water proof camera is a must. Better truth-in-advertising would make more customers happy.

Unfortunately, we could not get to the place. On the day of departure, all flights were cancelled due to weather. The airports were flooded, the orange code prevailed on the spot. We were terrified. I tried to contact the company, but I haven't received a refund so far. We are very sad.

how difficult is this and are there any age restrictions?

Not sure about any age restrictions, but you have to be fit enough to walk on rough terrain for about 20-30 min in the sun and be able to swim (with a vest) for at least 15 min
