Hello Madam, we are so sad to hear you were disappointed by the tour in Cordoba. We asked Carlos to give us a relation on the day trip and he reported as follows: He apologizes for his accent, anyway he believes that, most of the time, customers opened the car windows so that they could not hear him very well. He reports that the car was clean. In Cordoba he reports that at no time he said that the city was Sunni or Shiite, but simply commented that the mosque was started by Abderraman I, and that it is the only mosque in the world that looks at Baghdad because it belonged during the first beginning to Baghdad. The only thing that they corrected him was that it belonged to Damascus until Abderraman left there, to which he excused himself for his mistake. Then they went to the courtyards and there they stopped to buy a silver pendant. From there they went to the stables that were closed from half past one and he asked them that, if they wanted, they could go later to what they said yes. They went to the synagogue and the souk and everything was fine. In the hamman of the Arab baths he explained it because it was part of the Médina. He booked them a restaurant with Arabic food and they gave up. He told them how much free time they wanted and they told until ten past four. Carmona: There he started at the door of Córdoba and explained why this door was made and from there they went to the hostel, then they took their time in the bathroom and there was a falconry assembly and he explained what it was. He never said that Peter I was Arab, but used Arabic elements in the hostel. When they went to the door of Seville they told him they have to pray. They stayed In Carmona from a quarter past five until six fifteen, they marked all the schedules. They arrived at 19:30 more specifically less at their hotel. Carlos realized many other day trip to Cordoba with us and usually he receives good reviews from customers, anyway we apologize for the disappointing tour and for the misunderstandings that there might have been.
