Seville is beautiful. Don't miss it.
The Alcazar and the Jewish quarter are the reason to go to Seville. They are amazing. The Alcazar has gotten crowded with long lines to wait and get in. You can buy a tour at the gate and get in with no wait. It was really worth the money. Interesting and an incredible time saver.

TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE for my parents and I!!! DON'T SIGN UP AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
This was a TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE for my parents and I. We had the hardest time getting assistance from Tripadvisor, Aviator and the Pansho tours. They lost our ticket and did not show up in their system. More importantly, the tour guide barely gave any assistance and said, reach out to the company via whatsapp. He said it's the best way for a response. Via whatsapp wasn't any better. They kept saying we weren't in the system and I shared a copy of our confirmation/voucher. Nothing. We weren't able to join the tour or get a refund or any kind of proper support. No refund was given or a coupon for a new booking. NOTHING. We lost about $300.00 and walked away w no tour and terrible customer service. DO NOT HIRE THIS TOUR. You will NOT GET THE SUPPORT NEEDED and will loose all your money.

      Terrible
Really poor experience. Uncomfortable plastic freestanding chairs, bored sounding commentary, terrible value for money. Stupidly I didn’t read the reviews before spending €80 on four tickets

      Nice river, poor commentary.
About 250 packed in on plastic bucket seats, so get there half an hour before your sailing if you want a good view. The speaker near us wasn’t working so it was very difficult to hear the commentary, but what we heard was very dull, and not much more than you'd get from looking at a map. We complained afterwards about the speaker not working, but the people at the kiosk were dismissive and unhelpful.

Tour guide a no-show and refund refused
We booked this tour of the Seville Cathedral, but the tour guide did not show up. We requested a refund, but TripAdvisor refused. They claim that the tour operator reported that their guide was there, which is simply false. We were at the designated meeting point 10 minutes before the start time and waited until 20 minutes after. No guide ever showed up. If you book with TripAdvisor, you risk losing your money.

      Stay well clear.
I have to assume this company has stopped operating. I booked (and paid for) a private tour of Jerez months ago but, three weeks ahead of the due date I have received no instructions. Emails bounce and no-one answers the phone. I'll claim the money back from my credit card provider and book with someone else.

      Enjoy the Guadalquivir!
We went to the pier thinking that having our tickets would get us on board. This was not the case. Luckily we arrived very early and the attendant with another boat company was able to retrieve the list of passengers and validate our tickets. Not sure if it was something I did or didn't do but it was a bit stressful. Had we known, we would have just purchased our tickets at boarding location. We just wanted to make sure we had tickets in hand and not miss the opportunity. The trip itself was very calming and easy going. Refreshments are available on the ship. If you need a relaxing couple of hours, this is the trip.

Do not use this tour company!
I would give a 0 if I could. I booked a private Granada tour from Seville weeks in advance. I was charged right away and was told no changes or cancellations allowed. Just for them to cancel my tour 5 days before the tour with no explanation provided. How is this ethical? This is an extremely unprofessional tour company! I have never given a bad review, but I need to warn others, so their vacation is not ruined. We unfortunately were not able to visit Granada with such short notice since everything was already sold out! They were so quick to take my money though!

Scam company with poor communication and slow to refund
We booked tickets 5th April and received a confirmation email but no tickets. I tried to contact this company and their operator the Walker tours several times via phone and email but didn't receive reply until the beginning of May when they said all of the tickets had sold out for the day. They said they would give me a refund. I have just contacted them again today - now 14th May and they have said the refund is on its way and will take up to 10 days to reach our bank account.

      Avoid at all costs
Booked 2 tickets for the Palace tour, paid online and got mail saying tickets will be emailed within 24 hours, 24 hours later no tickets. Called to their Seville Offices on the day of the tour to see about the tickets to be told there were none, requested a refund and was told I would have it in a couple of days.....still no refund. It appears that they sell tickets in the "hope" of getting them fron the Palace ticket office. (Judging from the conversation i had with the staff member i talked to) Should have known there was a problem as everywhere else said there were no tickets for weeks. Do not make the same mistake as I did.

      Worst boat trip ever
Although the views were ok, when we got to see them, the actually trip was terrible. We managed to get there early & sat at the front on one of the crappy plastic chairs provided. Once the boat trip started, people came from behind & stood up at the front, blocking everyone´s views. After repeatedly being told to sit down, a member of staff had to be called to tell them. They sat down for a while, but then things returned to normal & again had to be told to ¨please sit down¨! I wouldn´t recommend this trip to anyone & would probably recommend to try one of the smaller, less crowded boats to tour the river on.

Make no mistake, you'll need stamina for this one. It kicks off at midday in The Heat Of The Day and you're going for at least 3 1/2 hours. Christina did a fabulous job and was interesting throughout but by the end and of the tour we had whittled down to just about half of the original number. As long as you don't mind doing 20000 steps in The Heat Of The Day this tour is highly recommended

The guided tour started at St. Martin's gate which is on the corner of the Avenida de la Constitucion and was much less crowded than the entrances for ordinary tickets. We were in a group of around a dozen people. Our guide spoke into a microphone relaying his talk into the headsets we had been provided with, so we could easily hear what he had to say. Our tour took us to a balcony giving us an excellent view of the nave, a private chapel and the glorious choir. All these are unavailable with an ordinary ticket. We also saw the main cathedral, Christopher Columbus's tomb, and the "Vision of Saint Antony of Padua" painted by Murillo. Our guide explained how Murillo changed the relationship between the heavenly realm and the earthly realm in his paintings: a somewhat challenging point of view at the time. After the main cathedral, we climbed the Giralda Tower to see amazing views of the city

I did this tour with 2 friends of mine, it was good that it allowed us to skip the queues that were massive. I liked the cathedral but the tower was not anything much and was too crowded. The tour guide was friendly and gave us a lot of information. Just bear in mind that the entrance ticket is paid in cash when you arrive at the meeting point.

I rarely give a bad review but in this case I feel it necessary. My friend and I booked two tours for our visit to Seville…we were to visit the Real Alcazar and the Cathedral in April…Good Friday…the tours were booked well in advance in January. When we arrived in Seville the previous day I began to wonder if the cathedral would be open on a religious holiday so I attempted to call and email for a confirmation with no success. We were notified the next morning (the day of) confirming a cancellation that WE had made! I requested an explanation of the events and at the very least an apology but was given none. We got our money back but I was so disappointed that I missed seeing inside these most magnificent icons.

Guided tour in Italian of the cathedral, majestic and full of details. Interesting story and tomb of Christopher Columbus and his son in the cathedral. The ascent to Giralda very easy and wide and from up there you can enjoy a beautiful view of the city. The Giralda is to the twin sister of Katakoubia ndi Marrakech visited by us last week... wonderful to see how the influence of the peoples is so close... beautiful interior chapels, the central altar golden tutu and the organ with the very sumptuous chantry. Very good and prepared Guide.

We were underwhelmed by this whole experience. Giralda Tower is best viewed for outside. When inside, the walk to the top is through a claustrophobic ascent chock a block with tourists. Once at the top the views are not great. The “viewpoints” are small and covered with bars and chicken wire, not to mention hundreds of tourists. Disappointing all the way around.

The cathedral we had high hopes. But even there, it is too crowded to make it enjoyable. We peeled off from our tour, which made it better, but still we were disappointed. All of the more elaborate and important chapels and apses are behind bars or, in the case of the main chapel, unseen behind iron gates. Yes, the place is huge inside but we would have been happier skipping the whole thing.

The guided tour of the Seville Cathedral was an enriching and fascinating experience. Our guide was María, the best guide since we arrived in Spain. A kind person with a lot of knowledge of history, art, architecture, always with curious stories to tell us and photos to expand what we were seeing. Very good Pancho Tours and fundamentally María!

Expected to learn more about the history of the structure, especially the construction process. The best part of the tour was skipping the line. The info from the guide was nothing special or enlightening. The guide was nice but more reserved than enthusiastic.

Maria was out tour guide and she was wonderful, great sense of humour and really knowledgeable.

Pancho were great, lovely set up with an office, room, toilet to rest in while you are waiting for the tour to start and literally 50m from the cathedral.

    Fab!

This is a must-do if visiting Seville! The tower of the Cathedral gives amazing views from the top of the whole of Seville a d way beyond. There are also plenty of places to stop as you ascend or descend the tower each with their own advantageous views. The walk to the top is gradual slope rather than steps, which makes it easier to ascend. It's well worth the inexpensive cost. Definitely a must-do. Best to book the tickets online in advance.
