In my opinion a very dishonest outfit.
In my experience, this is a very dishonest outfit. I bought tickets for me and my family to visit the Alhambra at 12 p.m. on June 28. We were taking the first rain from Malaga to Granada for the tour arriving at 10:45 a.m. in Granada. The day before the tour was to take place, they sent me an email saying that the 12 p.m. tour had been cancelled because of sever heat (The high for the day in Granada was 74F so this was not true!) and I was put on the 10:30 a.m. tour. I told them that my train did not get in until 10:45 a.m. and would then have to take a taxi to the Alhambra and they responded that I should take an earlier train. I pointed out that this was the first train from Malaga to Granada. They said "too bad, you should have come the night before". I asked them if I would be getting a refund and they said "No!". They said the tickets would be printed for our pickup when we got there, but it was useless since entry into each section of the Alhambra is very closely time managed. In my opinion they are crooked.

    Inspiring tour
Guillermo was super! Made this tour fun, entertaining and informative with a group of various cultural backgrounds. Still he was able to engage everyone and keep us interested. His tour was inspiring. From a tour guide to another, bravo keep it rolling Guillermo and best wishes for your newborn!!!!

    Better with a guide
It’s such a large area that it really helps to have a guide to explain it. Smallish group and friendly, informative guide. I would have bought ‘normal’ tickets for the Alhambra if they hadn’t been sold out but the guided tour was well worth it.

    Disorganized and poor customer service
They get 2 stars just because our Alhambra tour guide JJ was really good. The rest was a mess, very disorganized, they changed the meeting point twice without notifying. This is a place where there are hundreds of people looking for their tour. Nobody knew anything and the person who we were supposed to look for, had an orange umbrella that was closed laying on the floor. Who could see that among the crowd!!! We had to miss the other tour we had with them because my 8 year old son got violently sick, vomiting. They wanted me to go get a doctor's note in order to refund me. We are in a new city for 2 days in a foreign country and I was supposed to go look for a doctor for them to believe I got a sick child at the hotel. Absolutely ridiculous. They stopped answering my messages, no refund was issued. The four of us missed the tour and I notified them with plenty of time.... free money for them. We won't recommend this tour company to anyone. I wished I could leave a zero star review.

We missed the visit of alhambra because granada a pie forgot to booked our tickets in advance. Not professional…
We booked in advanced a tour for alhambra with this travel agency. The day of the visit, Granada a pie informed us that they did not book our tickets to enter the alhambra ! (impossible to get in without those tickets if not booked in advance) It is supposed to be booked by them but in reality it is not. Be aware ! Not professionnal at all… and very disappointed (no other concrete solutions were proposed by them) If you want to be sure to have your tickets, avoid this travel agency and book on the official ticketing alhambra website.

Welcome to Disney World in Granada
Went with a guided tour. Alhambra is huge, and we felt like we were part of a herd of cattle. Tour guide really didn't allow us to stop to take pictures or go on a leisure walk to appreciate the palace. Would recommend doing this with a small private tour. Alhambra is worth visiting, and you could easily send 2 days exploring it.

    Beware don’t use this company
We arrived on time and got bumped from group to group! Finally told no English guided tours today, even though in the confirmation email it said in english. We asked the guide who we where meant to be with, but they didn’t speak english so couldn’t help. The company then told us we would have to pay more for an Audio tour in English and go on our own after already paying €60 each! All this after paying for a guided tour! We managed to get someone to talk to the head office to translate and try to resolve the issue. They found them rude and unhelpful. In the end we had to guide ourselves otherwise we would have missed the opportunity to see the Alhambra. We would not recommend this company! At no point did we feel they tried to resolve the issue and customer service is not acceptable.

    Terrible Experience Huge regret !!!
Horrible Horrible experience!!! Our booking was for 9 am We arrived at 8.50 am, we verified with an official we were in the correct area. We looked for our guide (who we told would be holding an orange umbrella) , we never did see an orange umbrella. At 9 am we rang the tour company they did not answer. We repeatedly rang them over the next five minutes, finally the answered and told us that guide was running late , it was now 9.10 am at 9.15 am we rang the tour operator again , we told by the tour operator told to go to the Porto de Vino (15 minute walk from the main entrance) again no tour guide. I tried to call the tour operator however they refused to answer the call , as this point I did receive the tickets via text from the tour operator however had now missed our window for the Main palace. Appalling customer service they treated us with absolute contempt. Their English speaking skills are poor and twice we had to engage an Spanish speaker to translate for us. We have been on tours throughout the World, and this is without doubt the worst experience we have ever had. If you book with them do so at your own risk, We came to Granada from Australia specifically to visit the Alhambra and these opportunists profited financially and denied us a once in lifetime experience. I write this review hoping that others will not be duped as we were , there are many reputable tour operators, do your research , unfortunately I didn’t

Great tour with great guide Edu (Eduardo)!
We started the tour through the beautiful Gardena and although it was rainy, Edu made it worth visiting. The Nasrid Palaces are truly special and with his knowledge and enthousiasm it was a great experience!

    Excellent guided tour by Eduardo
Eduardo/Edu was a really excellent guide - he was so knowledgeable and was talking almost constantly for 3.5 hours! He took us on a walking tour which was not rushed, and spent plenty of time at each important site. The use of the headphones to have everything he was saying beamed to us clearly was super helpful. He had in-depth knowledge of the history, the Arabic language, and all of the stories of the sites. I really enjoyed the Nasrid Palaces most of all.

    Slow and uninformative...
Tour originally booked for a cool and unbusy 8am, but moved the day before to 10am - this would have been fine, except we didn't reach the Nasrid palaces until after 12pm (the tour company had booked this entrance time), at which point they were extremely busy and social distancing was impossible. Our tour guide was audible and pleasant, but her commentary was very superficial, low on accurate history and laced with folktales. She was especially poor on Islamic art, which is bizarre, given the site.

    Unhelpful, uninterested.
I booked a walking tour online with this company because the company I wanted to book with had a fault on their website which meant I couldn't navigate to the payment page. Anyway, the confirmation and meeting place and time all came through promptly and we were there 15 minutes before the start as requested, but no guide. Eventually we saw one with the company name on her jacket, but the tour she was guiding was a Spanish speaking one (we booked an English one, being our mother tongue). Despite enquiring with her in Spanish, she was disinterested in speaking with us and told us to ask her colleague from another company! It actually turned out that our tour guide was from another company, but this was not stipulated in the confirmation from Granada a Pie. I wouldn't recommend them, unhelpful staff, a massive group of people to one guide, I was very pleased we were not on that tour.

Sabina our tour guide was great
We were a group of 15+ and we did the Alhambra and Generalife tour. The tour company was organized and gave us clear instructions pre tour. Sabina did a very good job in telling us about the history of the place while keeping it light and entertaining. She was the best tour guide we had during our trip around Spain! Definitely reccomend their tour company.

November 29th we booked and paid for a walking tour for Sunday 03 December at 5 pm. We were at the meeting point at 4.45pm and waited… at 5.10 we sent them a txt to say no guide…
we texted back and forth and at 5.25pm we gave up. They could not reach the guide and promised us a refund.
Until today we have not received the refund and they do not respond anymore to any messages. Stay away from them, they are a BUNCH OF CROOKS

They moved the pick-up point at the last minute and the confusion made me miss the tour .
They refused to accept responsibility and have so far refused a refund.
No apology or consideration for their own mistake .
Very poor communication with a phone rep who couldn't speak English.
Spanish rep who initially told me that the meet up location had been moved was unhelpful and very rude

We are sorry that you feel offended but we have already explained that we have been calling your phone all morning and we could not contact you to verify another meeting point. Our guide in Spanish told him where to go and he did not find the site, 20 minutes later he called us disoriented and the visit had already begun. We are sorry for the inconvenience, that is why we always tell our clients to check their phones or messages hours before the tour as there may be changes or modifications. As an exceptional case we have returned your money a greeting

Cristina has been magnificent, she has told it well, and how she connected with the group with her friendliness, professionalism and knowledge of the entire route. Very well prepared, Cristina has given us additional details to what we saw, to better understand the singularities of the Albaicín and Sacromonte. He adapted perfectly to the characteristics of the group, helping at all times. Highly recommended visit to understand life in Granada. Thank you very much Christina

Pedro was informative, personable and a damn great person. My buddy and I had a heck of a day. I would go again if I hadn't learned everything the first time. The only down side was the ignoramus that couldn't stop asking obvious questions.

Unfortunately this tour did not meet our expectations. Our guide, Valerie, provided little useful historical information. The tour included steep walks in the town which was difficult for some of the participants.
