I originally had this tour booked for Monday, December 9 and I received no phone calls, no text, no communication except for the confirmation. When no one showed up, I reached out a very nice customer service rep for the tour company. I still wanted to go and he rescheduled me for today, Tuesday, December 10. I thought for over 350 US I was getting more than a ticket to the chocolate museum and a one way ride. I thought I was getting a 3 hr tour. Buyer beware on this one!

Firstly, Osborne, our guide, was a complete joy to have done this tour. We were able to have easy conversation, lots of laughs, and plenty of wine. And those two reasons are why this review received two stars versus none. Otherwise, this tour is not worth your money. We went to two restaurants - had generous pours of HOUSE white and red wine. Nothing special. If this would have been advertised as *Drinks with a Local* or some such, that would have been a more accurate description.

Good your. Knowledgeable your guy. Answers all questions. I’ve gone on private tours and j k wk wha cost is. We paid 500$ US for a tour. 70 % of tour was watching a movie (15 min) or listening to audio tour in museum (one hour). Definitely too expensive and not worth the price.

Terrible place. Cancelled my reservation 3 days before and because it was Euro 2024, I could not get anything done! No explanation, nothing! Just your booking is canceled. TERRIBLE, 0 customer service, unreachable by phone or e-mail!

Guide was very knowledgeable. What's willing to answer questions from a number of different aspects of nuremberg, not just the schedule tour. Really enjoyed his personality, made it fun highly recommend.

I don’t like to leave bad reviews but in my opinion this was not a street art tour. This was a tour that went to very beautiful murals that landlords paid to have painted on the sides of their buildings. Street art is a movement and a way for artists to express what is going on in their world. That is not what this was, again, this was my opinion.

Apart from no air conditioning the whole exhibition was shoddily put together. Rough presentations and surly staff. Inherited behaviours it would seem

This tour was well worth it. Because we had a family member who had been a prisoner at Dachau, we wanted a more private tour experience. Petra, our guide was so knowledgeable and also very sensitive, knowing how personal this experience was for us. Highly recommend this tour experience.

Our guide showed up on time and gave us an informative tour of the camp. It’s not a joy filled experience, but important for the family to learn about firsthand. He did recommend a good beer garden for lunch afterward and we appreciated the authentic experience there! Overall, just as we expected.

Very informative tour with a very knowledgeable guide. Petra was able to not only give us the history of the Dachau concentration camp but also told us a lot about events that lead up to it. Very interesting and sad.

We booked a private tour through our credit card company. The guide was there on time and we boarded the train. The tour was for 3-4 hours. We met the guide at 930. He took us through Dachau but honestly the placards were more informative. We were rushed through as to make the 40 minute movie. The guide did not escort us home and gave us a rushed goodbye at 1. If I would have known we were in our own at the site I would have waited to see the movie. The tour costs was very expensive. For what was mostly a bus and train ride plus a movie. Ridiculous. Turns out the guide had another tour that I feel may have overlapped with ours. Oh and I almost forgot most of the added commentary was the guides personal conspiracy theories.
