      Haina and Smiley great service.
The tour was great Haina and Smiley were great on particular Haina who was very helpful. The only problem is that the tour ad does not give you approximate times of arrival to the castles being Linderhof and Neuschwanstein, I had previously purchased admission tickets to both castles and it was quiet an adventure to change times but thankfully it was resolve and all good at the end. It would help if the operator gives estimate times of arrival to the castles that way if you buy tickets in advance you don’t go through the same problem I did or buy the tickets on the bus.

Wonderful dayout, another ticked off the list
Excellent full day out, timing and arrangements worked like clockwork; Romantic Road scenic, Rothenburg amazing and castle tour interesting; probably could have done with a bit more dialogue en route, still had a great day

Day Trip by Coach to Castle and Rothenburg
Early start to get on the coach for this trip and after arriving first when allowed to board coach others were asked by guide to board before us. The journey to castle was good and not too long. The guide taking us around the castle rushed us from area to area to keep in front of group 2 following us. Not given enough time to enjoy each area fully for price of 10 euros charged. Rothenburg arrived next and our coach guide took us all to show us things to do to see and where to have lunch at. We had lunch there and found our food to be both very tasty plentiful and not expensive for what we ordered. Rothenburg we found very pretty and we very much liked the Christmas museum and shop, along with our walk around the city walls taking many photos. Returning was a 3 hour journey back to Munich before we left the coach. Enjoyable day apart from castle rush which lost it one star we felt John & Sue Norfolk UK

      Bavarian Excellence!
Ursula and her team were excellent from the initial start of the day! Ursula was an excellent source of German and Bavarian history and took her time to explain in detail thoroughly and passionately.

Fantastic Neuschwanstein & Linderhof Castle Day Tour!
This Neuschwanstein & Linderhof Castle Day Tour is simply amazing! Thanks to our friendly tour guide Ms Monica who enriched our minds with detailed explanation of the history behind these Castles before we entered them to explore and witness the beautiful Architectural Works. The scenic views of the country side along the way in this winter season are just so Instagramable. Highly recommended day tour!

Fabulous day trip exploring incredible historical places
We had a fabulous trip which began in Munich. We visited Harburg Castle, Rothenburg and so much more. We loved Rothenburg and loved exploring the town and sampling the local produce, visiting Romantic Road and all on offer. What a beautiful place to see. We also loved our tour of Harburg Castle. So incredible. Go see it for yourself. You must do!

      Take this tour with Deyse!
The premium tour to Neuschwannstein was better than we had hoped! We did this with our adult children and 6 year old grandson. Our tour guide, Deyse, was great! She gave us SO much information, prepared us well for our independent time and made this tour much better than if we had done it all on our own. The driver did a great job making sure we always had refreshments and, of course, got us to and from Neuschwannstein safely. We have done many tours and this was one of the nicest, most comfortable tour busses we have been on and having the refreshment bar was an added perk!

      A memorable trip
We were at the tour on 12/06. Though a rainy and cold day, we enjoyed the tour very much. Monika was very knowledgeable and friendly. She went above and beyond answering my inquisitive adult children about history and d more. Really very impressed with Monika’s knowledge and wonderful professionalism.

Wonderful tour day trip from Munich
This was a great day trip from Munich. The buses are clean and comfortable. We had an awesome tour guide and driver - Hannah - she provided stories about King Ludwig 2 and was super clear in her English instructions.

      Consider other options
Long travel day. It would be better without the stop at Hapsburg castle, you either had to go through it or sit outside in the cold since there is nothing else to do around. Rothenburg was great. Just wish we would have had more time. This is a large tour bus FYI

This tour of the FC Bayern Munich football ground and museum is really worth a few hours, especially if you have any footy fans.
It is super simple to book direct on the clubs website and at €25 it is significantly cheaper than going on an organised trip.
The U6 train goes direct to the stadium and it is a 5min walk from the station.
You wait inside for your tour to start at the allocated time and the guide then takes you around the stadium etc.

The Allianz Arena was one of the very first stadiums for which I was always fascinated as a child. So when friends offered me a voucher car passing through Munich for another occasion, I was delighted to go on this VIP tour of the Allianz Arena.
First of all, in terms of access, it is direct from the center of Munich via the underground, it takes about thirty minutes from Munich Central Station station. Then walk a good fifteen minutes to entrance L of the Museum and Arena Tour.
Since I had arrived 45 minutes before the start of the VIP Tour Arena, and the time is fixed, I landed for a coffee in the large restaurant / bar / cafeteria of the stadium, very flashy especially by its buffet which gives a fairly friendly effect. For the guided tour, there are 2 every 15 minutes, we have a meeting point located in the restaurant, which makes situations a little inaudible - people who get the guided tour wrong, the Guide sometimes lost, a Guide who checks people's tickets. Anyway, a little boxon. So we had a Guide to visit the stadium. A pretty friendly Guide, who shared with us some nice anecdotes about the Allianz Arena, about the club.
So we visited first the stadium stands, the private boxes, the VIP restaurant and the presidential placements, then the stadium backstage, the famous dressing rooms, then, the moment awaited the exit of the dressing rooms and the corridor of the players, with the music of the Champions League and a climb on the outside of the lawn and on the bench.
In itself, a great experience, I had already visited the Stade de France as a kid, it looked like that kind of visit.
However, I am quite appalled by the behavior of some guests during the visit which made the visit slow, painful, sometimes noisy, but it is not the Guide or the visit. On the other hand, the Award Difference between a Classic Guided Tour and a VIP just seems to be the possibility to drink a glass of champagne at the end of the tour - so that makes the Award Difference expensive. Perhaps it would be more relevant to go offer something more rewarding, such as a goodies, a souvenir photo brief... There are many possible proposals and I think it can be attempted.

Regarding the museum, which I made at the end of the stadium visit, it is quite complete, it recalls the great competitions won by Bayern Munich. There is a corner for children, but perhaps there is a lack of an interactive corner as is the case at the FIFA Museum in Zurich. I finished it in 15 minutes because I was in a hurry but I don't think it's worth as much as a guided tour of the stadium..

The guided tour of the stadium in one hour was very good. However, nothing for those who can not walk fast.
The trip started at 10 am with sightseeing of Munich which meant that we did not arrive at the arena until 11.30 am. Then we only had 50 minutes to visit the museum, shop and eat(long queue for the food). This was an impossible equation and a great disappointment when you also had to go out after being at the museum and in the shop, and then go back in to the guided tour which took extra time. After the guided tour directly to the bus and even more sightseeing of Munich between 14-15. Speaker with very loud and raspy sound. Why not headset? so you could choose the language and if you wanted to listen or not. In addition, many children with them on the trip, which indicates that more time should have been spent on the arena because that's what they wanted to see.

If I go there again, I'll take the subway instead.

Thank you for your detailed feedback. We’re glad to hear you enjoyed the arena tour itself, but we’re sorry to learn that the overall experience did not meet your expectations. We understand that the limited time to visit the museum, shop, and eat was frustrating, and we appreciate your suggestion to allow more time for these activities. Your comments about the re-entry process and the long queues have been noted, and we will review how we can improve this for future visitors. Regarding the bus sightseeing tour, we apologize for the quality of the speakers and understand how this could be inconvenient. Your idea of providing headsets with language options is an excellent one, and we will consider implementing it to improve the experience. Finally, we take your feedback about the balance of time spent at the arena versus other activities seriously, especially since many children were part of your group. We will look into ways to better tailor our tours to suit the interests of all participants. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts—they help us improve! We hope to have the chance to offer you a better experience in the future.

Purchased 2 tickets for me and my son for the Arena guided tour.
When I can with my car to park, the gatekeeper requested 5 Euros payment in cash for being able to park.
It happened that I only had credit card with me and did not have any cash.
The gatekeeper refused to let me park since as he mentioned, only cash is accepted.
I was trying to tell him that I already purchased tickets for me and my son, but my attempts to convince him did not help and I had to leave the parking area.
Since the tour was about to start and I did not want my son to miss it, I decided that he will go alone to start the tour on time, while I was drivimg to find an ATM nearby.
To keep things short, my son was able to get to the tour on time, while I missed 20 minutes of it trying to get some cash (thanks to a manager there, I was able to rrejoin the guided tour my son was in).

This was a very dissapointing experience for me having to be late for tour and leave my son alone to hang around for finding cash, just because I did not have 5 Euros cash with me while I already paid 50 Euros for the tickets.
There is no mention anywhere during the reservation of tickets that people should come with cash and that otherwise they will lose the money they already paid for tickets and will not join the tour.
I expect much more from such a big football club.

Other than this, the tour was great.

For us, the trip was perfect. The guide gave us a lot of interesting information and there was just the right mix of humor. We also liked the "sports focus" and yet it didn't leave out any important information about life and the sights in Munich. The highlight was of course the Allianz Arena with a tour that left nothing to be desired - except perhaps that the team wasn't there. Absolutely recommended!
There were some in the reviews who hadn't found the meeting point, which is why I was unsure about booking, but it was super easy to find and visible from afar even when getting out of the train station.

What a great tour! Our kids loved it! We were sad to not overlap with a match but learned about the tour. The stadium is fantastic. Guide was engaging and fun with lots of knowledge. We enjoyed wandering through the museum prior to our tour and then grabbed a drink/soda - we were then ready for the tour. The museum is outstanding and really well done. Area for small kids. Also area does small 3x3 games. :) Great fun while in Munich. Highly recommend.

Erika, our tour guide, was horrible!!! Both her English and German were very poor and hard to understand. The things that were pointed out (reasons for traffic, & pointing out financial buildings) were unnecessary. Most of the people that were on the bus fell asleep both on the way there and back. When we got to the stadium, she was unprepared because an English speaking tour guide was not prearranged. Therefore, the German guide was put on the spot to do the tour for our group. At this point, Erica commented that she didn’t realize that there were so many English speaking people on the tour, which we had preordered, so this should not have been a surprise?? On the other hand, the tour provided through the arena, was amazing. The guide was very informative and made the experience fun. Unfortunately, we had to get back on the bus to listen to Erika again. I highly recommend going out to the stadium on your own, and booking the tour through Allianz Arena.

Without a doubt the best stadium tour I've been to. The tour group wasn't too big and our tour guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. The tour was very extensive and in the end you are able to sit in the stadium for as long as you wish. The museum had a great layout and it was very informative.

Was unfortunately late to the meeting point which was my own fault but tried to contact the tour operator both by phone and by messaging and had no reply. We arrived at the stadium to try and salvage some of our booking. We were on time for the tour but were told that the tour had started early without us and that it was not possible for us to join. I spent over £60 for this experience and spent over 2 hours at a stadium I wasn't allowed to go into. Spent money on train tickets to get there and didn't receive any of my money back at all.

Thank you for your comment. Very sorry that you did not make it on time to the meeting point. Our guide was then looking for those guests who arrived on their own at the FCB museum and tried to book late comers on the following stadion tour which unfortunately, the Arena did not allow. Our only offer was then at least admission to the museum and the return trip. However, there was nothing more we could have done at that point. Please understand that we do not issue a refund for no-shows as we could have sold this seat otherwise. Thank you for your understanding.
