About the operator
Don’t take it from us – here’s what people have to say about this operator:
- Traveler6153730 contributionsNo experience as trip was cancelled and we were not notifiedOur trip on November 21, 2024 was cancelled and we were not notified by TripAdvisor. We waited at the pickup point for almost and hour. No phone number was provided. Thankfully name of the tour operator was mentioned. We surfed online to find the contact no and called up only to find out that the trip was cancelled and they had notified TripAdvisor. They were kind enough and refunded our money. This is the third trip that we booked through TripAdvisor was cancelled. One in July, a mini cruise from Copenhagen to Oslo, 2nd one was on the 20th November to Carcassconne from Toulouse and the third was this trip. Extremely disappointing when you have only days in a city and both the trips get cancelled. Will never book another trip through TripAdvisor.Written 27 November 2024
- bezli0 contributionsThis is a Must!!Great trip. They simply drive you to Carcassone, give you fast pass tickets and you are on your own. There is plenty of time to explore and enjoy a delicious meal.Written 17 September 2024
- X1299XBguru0 contributionsGood value but too much timeThe bus service was prompt, and the ticket/transportation is good value especially as it included the comical castle and ramparts. The tour info said it departs back to Toulouse at 3:45 pm but it was actually was 4:30. My suggestion is to depart at 3:30 as that is plenty of time and leaving at 4:30 pm did not arrive back until 6:30 due to rush hour congestion. You can go to tourist office at carcass one and book guided tour for 12 euros.Written 7 September 2024
- Flyingboy580 contributionsNot a tourThe location is great. However this is only a bus ride. Someone checks you in at the beginning. And tells you to be back at the bus on the other side. And nobody speaks to you the entire rest of the time. And don’t be late for the ride back. It just leaves.Written 2 July 2024
- CvJoey0 contributionsFind an actual tour, this is just a bus ride. This isn’t a tour whatsoever. It’s just a bus ride. There was no description of what we’re seeing, the background of it, or anything else. Additionally, we were presented a pamphlet with a QR code to use an audio guide that was only available in the native language (French). Otherwise there was text to read in English. There was no forewarning about this nor a recommendation to bring earphones.Written 8 June 2024
- Makeiteasyplease0 contributionsExpected much betterPaid full price €26 each to be jostled, pushed aside, and denied access to exhibits by coach loads of school children, the worst being teenagers. Would it have been worthwhile without the children? Not sure, IMAX was good, but overall not comparable to Cape Kennedy, Florida.Written 19 March 2024
- hydrojoe0 contributionsA blast from the past in CarcassonneThe site of he medieval city of Carcassonne dates back to more than 400BC. The inside of the enclosed city is only accessible by walking the various cobble stoned narrow streets full of hidden corners where artisans give you a taste of how things were done in the day. There are ample souvenir shops to keep young and old happy. A guided tour is the best way to get a feeling for the place. Unfortunately there is no high ground to take photos of the layout. The best general photo can be obtained when walking on the main street outside the village. For a cost, a small tourist train takes you around the perimeter of the village while a recorded tape explains some of the highlights through headphones.Written 6 February 2024
- Rodney P0 contributionsAlbi is definitely worth the visitAdd Albi cathedral and old town to you trip itinerary. The cathedral is apparently the largest brick structure in Europe, and although not as picturesque on the exterior the interior is what you need to seeWritten 9 December 2023
- danny71470 contributionsCould be betterThe trip was nice, it shows a lot of the main buildings in Toulouse, but the problem we had was the audio. The constant high music volume meant that it was often difficult to hear what was being said, and the narration felt a bit unprofessional consisting of a lot of personal anecdotes regarding where the unseen person lived and enjoyed going rather than explaining the history of the places. There a line between friendly and professional, and unfortunately this swayed way too far away from professional.Written 30 October 2023
- Victor_ls_333_0K_0 contributions5 personnes heureuses de QuébecThe day trip was worth the money. The bus departed Toulouse on time and we were picked up at Carcassonne on time. The travel agent who welcomed us at the bus was bilingual and gave clear instructions for the day. Apart from showing up for the bus on time, we were on our own. The ticket we were given at the bus, for entering the Chateau, let us waltz by the people waiting in line to buy a ticket. Logistically, everything was excellent. The medieval town is photogenic, and we were pleased by many views from the Chateau itself. We spent some money at the tourist shops and sandwich shops and enjoyed some drinks for an hour at a shaded bar. We were all pleased.Written 16 October 2023
- amg090 contributionsWas simply a bus ride not a tourI expected some information and directions but nothing was explained. And the amount of time spent at the second stop was too much.Written 24 September 2023
- Carolyn D0 contributionsConvenient & easy transport and tour option to CarcassonneThe tour is pretty basic. They transport you to Carcassonne and back from Toulouse via air conditioned bus and provide you with a skip the queue ticket to the castle, and leave you to explore the castle (for which you can get an audio guide) and village on your own, which suited me but may not suit everyone. It’s a good option if you don’t have a car to get out to Carcassonne, which is definitely worth seeing.Written 21 September 2023
- Rhonda K0 contributionsBack in time!A fabulous visit back into medieval times- however, go early because it is very busy and buy your tickets online. This is a must visit when you are in this area.Written 8 August 2023

- Aussie_touri0 contributionsSave your money for happy hour instead.Wish we'd saved our money! The driver was lovely and the bus was clean, although the seats are squishy. Despite all that, this was probably the worst city tour we've done. The narration was boring and the girl jumped ahead too quickly before we could process what she was talking about. We felt some of the things being discussed were insignificant and maybe there aren't enough landmarks to discuss or show but we didn't want to hear about her going to parks with her dad, etc. We actually all fell asleep because it was so boring.Written 11 May 2023

This was was a great informative tour . The best place to get on was just outside the tourist information office on the Tolouse centre ramblas not far from the Air France office . Not well signposted. Once your on we were given a warm welcome by Louise and given headphones which are plugged into the bus and you choose your language. The bus then takes you on an hour and a half tour of the city and the descriptive service is very good . It's very relaxed and if you want to get off at any point at a landmark then you can . They do tell you that it will be 2 hours before they return , which gives you plenty of time to explore . The seats are comfortable and can be adjusted width ways and backwards and forwards . We stayed on the tour the whole way round and really enjoyed it . Would definitely recommend to get your bearings in the city . It cost us 14 euros each to pay as you board which we thought was good value .

The empty bus sat on the curb until right at 4:00 when the tour was supposed to start, which I found out be going to the office and reading signs. People kept asking, including myself, if it was going. Would have been helpful to have a sign by the bus. On the tour we had headphones for our language and some seats had a map with numbers but it was illegible. It didn’t go in numerical order and It was unclear which site we were at most of the time and hard to tell what the narrator was speaking of. There was lots of time it just played music when we could have gotten more info. I just tried to content myself with seeing sites and went back next day on self guided tour using an app to get a grasp of city layout and hear about the sites which was far better.

Beautiful city and nice weather. However, only one of our headphones worked and with the noises and other passengers it was very hard to hear. The tour itself was fine but didn’t really go into much detail about historic sites and was rather an anecdotal recollection of a British person who had moved here. The bus itself was quite cramped and the views are restricted especially at the back. Overall it is a nice tour of a beautiful city , however for the money you are probably better off exploring on foot.

Do you have problem sleeping? Are you totally bored? Do you hate speed? Do you feel life is short to excel things? If your answer to any of these is Yes, this activity is for you!
The slowest, most boring bus ride of the planet is here. A 30 minutes ride is done in just 90 minutes. Drive through the city with a maximum speed of 20km/h hearing the difference of one garden to the other and the one museum to the other.
All this with a rip-off price of 16 euros/person.
Don’t miss it!

Waited 45 minutes in the freezing cold for this tour bus and it didn’t turn up. Tourist information did not even come out to tell us and the others that were waiting. Getting a refund was difficult too as the TI will not do a refund back onto a credit card. Pay cash or you have to make an application and provide all sorts of information to get the money back. We didn’t receive a refund at all as of today three weeks after the event.

Booked and paid online to be picked up at Japanese Gardins at 11:47 arrived early and waited 30+ mins no bus. Had to Uber to the office to fortunately get the last bus. Found the driver arrogant and demeaning saying we were the ones late.

This was a nice 1 hour tour. Make sure that you reserve on a cloudy day because it can get really hot with the open roof. Finally, to ensure great photos arrive early and sit on the right side of the bus for a great shot of the canal. The bus does fill up fast!

It was a pleasant surprise. I didn't have high expectations and it was surprisingly interesting and pleasant. They provided the audio in English and we heard some interesting information about the city. I did the tour by the end of the tour and I wish I had done it in the beginning.
Arrive earlier if you want to make sure to get a good seat. It's better to seat in the back (the right side is the best one).

Great short tour of city with headphones and commentary in English. I always like to take a city tour to locate all the sites prior to taking a deeper dive. The commentary was light and fun

This bus tour is a great introduction to Toulouse for first time visitors, which we were. It provides a sense of the city. Sit in the covered part of the bus so you can hear the guide as he tells you about the city and the sights you are passing. It is difficult to hear, even with the earphones in the back of the bus.
The ride begins just off the main square in the city and is about 70 minutes long.

The bus tour itself took around an hour, you can hop on and off but there didn’t seem so many stops, to be honest I wouldn’t recommend this tour. If you’re able then it’s not such a big city that you couldn’t see most the sights on foot in a couple of days.
