We selected the self-guided tour that includes a bottle of wine to go. The wine cave is deep, steep stairs (no elevator) and mysterious. Lots to see and the educational aspect is thorough - from the soils to all of the wine regions in France. Staff was fun too...I mentioned

Dear JAC3033, It's always a pleasure for us to read this type of positive review! We are happy to know that you enjoyed your French Wine Experience in les Caves du Louvre. Our cellar is a sensory wine museum with several learning experiences. And as you said, with a PARIS PASS, you have the option to do a self-guided tour with a free bottle of our house wine!! We wish you the best for the future, Les Caves du Louvre Team

My friend and I went here after seeing it was an option on our Paris Pass. We decided to go and took the non-guided tour through the cellar. It was a nice experience in that we took our time in each area and then went to the wine tasting part of it. The scent section was lots of

As you said, with a PARIS PASS, 2 options are possible for you : - a guided visit with one of our professional sommelier + 3 wine tastings - a self-guided visit to discover for yourself the historical and unique place in Paris and nowadays sensory wine museum + 3 wine tastings + 1 house wine bottle offered!! And we will send your thanks to Nicholas. Warm regards, Les Caves du Louvre team

I was looking at the Paris pass and saw this place. Why not?! It’s tucked away and only a quick walk from the Louvre. Some decent bakeries and a little park in the area too. Anyway, it’s a small little shop on the surface but a super cool building underneath. We pre ordered

Dear buckeyede06, Thank you for giving us you opinion and your advice about your visit of les Caves du Louvre. Indeed, this place is divided in 2 parts : a wine shop on the ground floor and 600 square meters of historical cellar transformed into a sensory wine museum!! As you said, the best for you is to book your ticket before coming, but everyone is welcomed with pleasure. We are now waiting to see you again and to accompany new visitors!! We already had been on an excellent wine and cheese lunch tour the previous day and that made this one so much worse. Couple that with a guide who had a thick Indian accent and was soft spoken made it extremely hard to understand anything he said. Couple this with the

Dear NorthStar161904, As we are used to doing each time, we have read carefully your comment to understand what happened during your visit and how it is possible to improve our services. About the Indian accent of one of our sommeliers, we can only ask you to be more open-minded because our sommelier is Indian. Regarding the organization of his speech, we will make a point today with him to make it more relevant. Finally, the quantity of wine served corresponds to the professional tasting dose. Your remarks have been taken into account. We wish you the best for the future, Les Caves du Louvre Team

This tour was lead by a lovely young man who had a wealth of information. We learnt all about wines that we wouldn’t normally drink. Having a small group enabled us to meet the other guests and we had lots of fun chatting to them all. We were a little confused with the location,

Dear TRing_13, Les Caves du Louvre team is happy to read your review and the fact that you enjoyed your French wine experience in our unique museum! Our place was the official royel wine cellar at te beginning of the 18th century, but you're right to specify that Les Caves du Louvre are not at le Louvre museum. Here is the address : 52 rue de l'Arbre Sec, 75001 Paris, very close to the subway station Louvre Rivoli on line 1 (at only 200 meters away from le Louvre!). We wish you the best for the future :) Les Caves du Louvre team
