Overview
Ascend the Eiffel Tower, a treasured Paris landmark, on foot with a small-group of people. Beat the elevator queues and climb up 704 steps (more than 30 flights) to the second viewing platform, with entrance fees included. Enjoy sweeping views over sites including the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs-Elysées. Upgrade to take the lift to the summit.
What to Expect
Make your way to the foot of the Eiffel Tower at your chosen morning start time (giving yourself time to clear security), and meet your guide to begin your climb.

Head up the more than 30 flights of staircases toward the top of the Eiffel Tower and listen as your guide sheds light on the life and times of Gustave Eiffel, the tower’s architect. The higher you climb, the better the views become.

Stop at both the first-floor and second-floor viewing decks, and take a circular walk around the platforms. Along the way, gaze out over top attractions including the Louvre Museum, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Sacré-Coeur Basilica.

Upgrade your tour to continue upward to the summit of the Eiffel Tower independently. See Gustave Eiffel’s office—restored to its original condition—and perhaps savor a glass of bubbling Champagne in the summit bar (own expense).

Afterward, take the elevator to street level to end your visit.

Stairway to Heaven

What an awesome way to get to the second level of Le Tour Eiffel. Don’t try this unless you are in decent shape. It took a lot out of these 56 yr old legs. Our guide was great and knew her stuff!

Amazing!!!

It was an amazing tour. The weather was a bit cold, windy and rainy but I had so much fun climbing the tower with our tour guide Tamar. She told a lot of interesting stories and funny anecdotes. Would highly recommend this to my friends.

Fantastic experience, I thought it would just be an hour with a few brief bits of history and then photos, but it ended up being a completely engaging 2.5 hour guide that covered not just the Tower but Paris and France with helpful tips of...More

I would definitely allow at least 4 hours. You may choose to eat lunch there and spend more time. The tour is about 2 hours plus whatever time you would like to spend at the Summit, the gift shops, coffee shops or the... More
